Abstract
本发明一种陈姜保健按摩油及其制备方法,属于保健品技术领域。具体制备方法包括,首先将生姜贮存一段时间得到陈姜,压榨陈姜得到姜汁,熬制姜汁得到金黄色的陈姜油,最后加入辣椒油、甜杏仁油、桃仁油、天葵子油、茴香油、小麦胚芽油、玫瑰油、乳香油,熬制后得成品。本发明制作工艺简单、各组分配伍合理、功效全面。本发明可以提高人体免疫力,紧致面部、舒缓皱纹,杀菌、消炎、排毒,活血化瘀,美容减脂,配合按摩手法,可以对伤寒感冒、咽喉炎、肠胃炎、骨关节疾病、经络病症、妇科病症、小儿病症等进行辅助治疗。

技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种陈姜保健按摩油及其制备方法。
背景技术
生姜在我国作为药用已有悠久历史,传统医学认为味辛、性热、归脾、胃、肾、心、肺经,有温中散寒,回阳通脉、燥湿消痰的功效。在汉方中生姜以干姜主治发热恶寒、头痛、身痛、镇吐、解毒等用于种种方剂,自古以来广为应用。现代医学研究证实,生姜具有保肝利胆、健胃止吐、促进血液循环、调节中枢神经、消炎、抗菌、杀虫等作用,最近的医学研究又发现,生姜具有抗凝、升压、降血脂、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等作用,与其相关的生理活性成的研究也相当活跃。已有的研究和实践均表明,生姜主含的挥发油和辛辣成分是生姜起疗效的组分,正是这些具有生理活性的化学成分研究使得人们对生姜药理学的研究取了较大突破。从现有资料来看,姜油的功能作用大致可归纳如下:抗氧化作用、抑菌作用、抗凝血及防血栓作用、调节血脂和防治动脉粥样硬化的作用、健胃止呕作用、保肝利胆作用、消炎镇痛作用、活血去寒、避腥臭。
目前使用姜油作为按摩油的产品存在组分单一、功效不全面的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种制作工艺简单、各组分配伍合理、功效全面的一种陈姜保健按摩油及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a. 将新鲜的生姜在阴凉干燥处保存一段时间,得到陈姜;
b. 取100-500质量份的陈姜,用木制刀具切片,然后用木锤捣碎陈姜片,过滤得姜汁;
c. 大火将姜汁煮沸后,转小火,熬制2-5h,至姜汁变为澄清的金黄色,即得陈姜油;
d. 将20-50质量份的辣椒油、30-100质量份的甜杏仁油、30-100质量份的桃仁油、20-50质量份的天葵子油、30-50质量份的茴香油、50-100质量份的小麦胚芽油、20-50质量份的檀香油、50-100质量份的玫瑰油、20-30质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合,大火煮沸后,转小火熬制1h,晾凉后即得成品。
本发明优选地,所述步骤a中生姜的保存时间为1年。
本发明优选地,所述步骤b中陈姜的质量份数为300。
本发明优选地,所述步骤c中熬制时间为4h。
本发明优选地,所述步骤d中,取35质量份的辣椒油、65质量份的甜杏仁油、65质量份的桃仁油、35质量份的天葵子油、40质量份的茴香油、75质量份的小麦胚芽油、35质量份的檀香油、75质量份的玫瑰油、25质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合。
本发明还包括根据上述方法制备得到的一种陈姜保健按摩油。
本发明的有益效果,本发明选用的辣椒油、甜杏仁油、桃仁油、天葵子油、茴香油、小麦胚芽油、檀香油、玫瑰油、乳香油为食品级B级香精油,制作工艺简单,产品性能稳定,安全无副作用。各组分功效如下。
姜油:可去头风、止头痛;可用基础油稀释按摩来消散瘀血,治疗创伤;改善月经不顺,也可用于产后护理,以消除积存的血块;特别有助于改善体内湿气、体液过多的状态,如流行感冒、多痰和流鼻涕;也能减轻喉咙痛及扁桃体炎症状;温暖情绪,使人感觉敏锐并增强记忆,心情愉快;在泡脚的热水中滴入几滴生姜精油,可以达到活血经络的目的。
辣椒油:促进血液循环,增强机体的新陈代谢,加速脂肪的燃烧分解、抑制细胞对脂肪的吸收,改善肥胖体质,使减肥一次成功;其蕴含天然植物成分使肌肤红润、嫩白、光滑富有弹性;能温中散寒,健胃消食;外用治冻疮、风湿痛、腰肌痛。
甜杏仁油:易吸收,含矿物质、蛋白质及各种维他命,具有滋养、保湿、舒缓与抗过敏的功效,适合干燥、敏感、发炎及无光泽的肌肤;可刺激内分泌系统的脑下垂腺、胸腺和肾上腺,促进细胞更新;长期使用可以有效地消除妊娠纹;对于运动过度引起的肌肉疼痛,若以甜杏仁油按摩可加强细胞带氧功能,消除疲劳与碳酸累积,具有镇痛及减轻刺激的作用。
桃仁油:适合所有的肌肤,尤其敏感性或干性肌肤,可以保湿和改善肤质;对脸部保养是很好的一种油,有益早衰、敏感、发炎红肿;也适合用来调配身体油或乳液,按摩时用桃仁油可帮助舒缓紧绷的身体。
天葵子油:有清热解毒、消肿散结、利尿通淋的功效,可以用于治疗瘰疬疔疮、乳痈、瘰疬、毒蛇咬伤。
茴香油:具有强烈的茴香香味,具有樟脑后味,具温暖和兴奋作用;能够改善肌肤松垮和毛孔粗大的问题,有紧实除细纹的作用,保湿效果好,防止皱纹或产生橘皮组织;其能刺激乳腺分泌乳激素,有助于乳房发育及产后妇女通乳;可调节性腺荷尔蒙的分泌,改善生殖器官功能,缓解经前症。
小麦胚芽油:理想的美容基础油,被誉为可以吃的化妆品,能加强皮肤的结缔组织,增进血液循环及保持皮肤弹性,最适合于成熟和衰老的皮肤。可以减少受伤或手术所造成的疤痕,还可以减少脸上长青春痘所留下的痕迹,对调节干性皮肤、黑斑也有很好的效果。
檀香油:可淡化疤痕、细纹、滋润肌肤、预防皱纹;可消除生殖系统炎症;用来按摩于肾脏部位,有清血抗炎的功效;可刺激免疫系统,预防细菌感染;优良的肺部杀菌剂,特别适合持续性和刺激过敏性的干咳;可以平衡荷尔蒙分泌。
玫瑰油:可预防传染病,调节内分泌。其天然芬芳经嗅觉神经进入人体后,能使人精神舒适、愉悦、惬意,缓解焦虑、抑郁、压力,帮助睡眠,促进新陈代谢、细胞再生、血液循环。
乳香油:有显著的镇痛和抑菌作用,主治脘腹疼痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤、痛经、产后腹痛,气味清香,令人放松舒缓。
本发明将上述配方组分进行合理配伍,使各组分功效相辅相成。本发明具有如下功效:提高人体免疫力;紧致面部、舒缓皱纹;杀菌、消炎、排毒;活血化瘀;美容减脂;配合按摩手法,可以对伤寒感冒、咽喉炎、肠胃炎、骨关节疾病、经络病症、妇科病症、小儿病症等进行辅助治疗。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种陈姜保健按摩油,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
a. 将新鲜的生姜在阴凉干燥处保存10个月,得到陈姜;
b. 取100质量份的陈姜,用木制刀具切片,然后用木锤捣碎陈姜片,过滤得姜汁;
c. 大火将姜汁煮沸后,转小火,熬制2h,至姜汁变为澄清的金黄色,即得陈姜油;
d. 将20质量份的辣椒油、30质量份的甜杏仁油、30质量份的桃仁油、20质量份的天葵子油、30质量份的茴香油、50质量份的小麦胚芽油、20质量份的檀香油、50质量份的玫瑰油、20质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合,大火煮沸后,转小火熬制1h,晾凉后即得成品。
实施例2
一种陈姜保健按摩油,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
a. 将新鲜的生姜在阴凉干燥处保存1年,得到陈姜;
b. 取300质量份的陈姜,用木制刀具切片,然后用木锤捣碎陈姜片,过滤得姜汁;
c. 大火将姜汁煮沸后,转小火,熬制4h,至姜汁变为澄清的金黄色,即得陈姜油;
d. 将35质量份的辣椒油、65质量份的甜杏仁油、65质量份的桃仁油、35质量份的天葵子油、40质量份的茴香油、75质量份的小麦胚芽油、35质量份的檀香油、75质量份的玫瑰油、25质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合,大火煮沸后,转小火熬制1h,晾凉后即得成品。
实施例3
一种陈姜保健按摩油,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
a. 将新鲜的生姜在阴凉干燥处保存14个月,得到陈姜;
b. 取500质量份的陈姜,用木制刀具切片,然后用木锤捣碎陈姜片,过滤得姜汁;
c. 大火将姜汁煮沸后,转小火,熬制5h,至姜汁变为澄清的金黄色,即得陈姜油;
d. 将50质量份的辣椒油、100质量份的甜杏仁油、100质量份的桃仁油、50质量份的天葵子油、50质量份的茴香油、100质量份的小麦胚芽油、50质量份的檀香油、100质量份的玫瑰油、30质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合,大火煮沸后,转小火熬制1h,晾凉后即得成品。
实施例1-3中将生姜在阴凉干燥处保存一段时间后,干物质、可溶性淀粉及姜油树脂含量已基本稳定,使生姜更加适于姜油提取。步骤b中为避免金属元素与姜中的活性成分发生氧化还原反应,使用木制的容器及刀具等工具榨取姜汁。经过步骤c和步骤d的简单熬制,使姜油与其他配方油充分混合,制得本发明所述的一种陈姜保健按摩油,制作工艺简单,功效稳定。另外,姜油与其他配方油经过合理配伍关系,使所述按摩油的功效更加全面。经常使用可以提高人体免疫力、消炎排毒、活血化瘀、抗皱减脂;另外配合按摩手法,可以对伤寒感冒、肠胃炎、经络病症、妇科病症、小儿病症等多种疾病进行辅助治疗。
具体实施方式是对本发明的进一步说明而非限制,对本领域普通技术人员来说在不脱离本发明实质内容的情况下做进一步变换,而所有这些变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a. 将新鲜的生姜在阴凉干燥处保存一段时间,得到陈姜;
b. 取100-500质量份的陈姜,用木制刀具切片,然后用木锤捣碎陈姜片,过滤得姜汁;
c. 大火将姜汁煮沸后,转小火,熬制2-5h,至姜汁变为澄清的金黄色,即得陈姜油;
d. 将20-50质量份的辣椒油、30-100质量份的甜杏仁油、30-100质量份的桃仁油、20-50质量份的天葵子油、30-50质量份的茴香油、50-100质量份的小麦胚芽油、20-50质量份的檀香油、50-100质量份的玫瑰油、20-30质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合,大火煮沸后,转小火熬制1h,晾凉后即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a中生姜的保存时间为1年。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b中陈姜的质量份数为300。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中熬制时间为4h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种陈姜保健按摩油的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,取35质量份的辣椒油、65质量份的甜杏仁油、65质量份的桃仁油、35质量份的天葵子油、40质量份的茴香油、75质量份的小麦胚芽油、35质量份的檀香油、75质量份的玫瑰油、25质量份的乳香油与步骤c中制得的陈姜油混合。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述方法制备得到的一种陈姜保健按摩油。
