Technical Field
The present application relates to a cooking appliance and an exhaust method thereof.
Background
Most of the existing electric pressure cooker products with microcomputers are provided with electromagnetic valves, and after cooking is finished, the electric pressure cooker can automatically exhaust and reduce pressure. Similar techniques are disclosed in Chinese patents CN200620065798.9 and CN200620148235.6, which are incorporated herein by reference. The electric pressure cooker products mostly have a quick exhaust button on an operation panel, and the common software program setting is that the electromagnetic valve starts to work and exhaust after the exhaust button is pressed, and the electromagnetic valve stops working after the exhaust button is pressed again. The electromagnetic valve is opened once and closed once again, and the electromagnetic valve has a period of conduction time in the switching process. If a large amount of food is cooked or food such as porridge is easily spilled, the spill may occur even in the short solenoid valve on time. The user experience is poor and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides an exhaust method capable of avoiding liquid overflow and a cooking appliance.
Specifically, the method is realized through the following technical scheme: an exhaust method of a cooking utensil, the cooking utensil has pot cover and pan body, there are exhaust passages and control this exhaust passage on the pot cover normally closed electromagnetic valve of make-and-break, the cooking utensil also has exhaust buttons, press this exhaust button manually, open this electromagnetic valve in order to open the said exhaust passage to exhaust; and when the exhaust button is released, the electromagnetic valve is closed to close the exhaust channel to stop exhausting. Compared with the mode that the air exhaust is started by pressing the air exhaust key once and the air exhaust is stopped by pressing the air exhaust key once again, the time for switching the keys is not available, and the liquid overflow generated during switching can be avoided.
According to one embodiment of the application, the system provides instructions to open the solenoid valve to vent after detecting that the vent button is pressed. The electromagnetic valve is controlled through a software program.

According to one embodiment of the application, when the cooking utensil is not covered in place, the exhaust button is manually pressed to open the electromagnetic valve for exhausting; after the electromagnetic valve is loosened, the electromagnetic valve still maintains the opening state and continues to exhaust. When the cover is not closed in place, a program that the electromagnetic valve is not closed after the exhaust button is loosened is set, so that the cover can be quickly closed by always exhausting air quickly.
According to one embodiment of the application, the solenoid valve is closed to stop exhausting until the cooking utensil is closed in place. After the cover of the hot pot is closed, the exhaust is stopped so as to enable the cooking utensil to continue to work by pressing.
The application also provides the following technical scheme for realizing: a cooking appliance and an exhaust method using the cooking appliance are provided. Compared with the prior cooking appliance, the cooking appliance has no time for switching the key, and can avoid liquid overflow during switching.
According to one embodiment of the application, the pot cover is provided with an opening stopping rod, and when hot air exists in the pot of the cooking appliance, the pressure in the pot is higher than the outside, the opening stopping rod is jacked up, so that the pot cover cannot be closed in place. The open-stop rod controls the hot pot not to close the cover.
According to one embodiment of the application, the cooking utensil is provided with a reed switch, when a cover is closed in place, the reed switch is conducted to send a cover closing signal, and after the system receives the cover closing signal, the electromagnetic valve is closed to stop exhausting. The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The present application relates to a new exhaust method for a cooking appliance, which is controlled by a solenoid valve, and can also be referred to as a new method for controlling the conduction of the solenoid valve.
The cooking utensil is provided with a pot cover and a pot body, and a cooking cavity is formed between the pot cover and the pot body. The cooker cover is provided with an exhaust passage communicated with the cooking cavity, and the cooking appliance controls the on-off of the exhaust passage by using a normally closed electromagnetic valve. The cooking utensil is provided with a microcomputer, the electromagnetic valve is controlled through a software program, the exhaust channel is opened for exhausting when the electromagnetic valve is opened, and the exhaust channel is closed for exhausting when the electromagnetic valve is closed. When the pressure in the cooker is reduced to a safe value after cooking is finished, the electromagnetic valve is automatically opened to exhaust and reduce pressure.
The display interface of the cooking utensil is also provided with an exhaust key so that a user can conveniently carry out manual exhaust operation before automatic exhaust because the user is in need of opening the cover urgently. When a user manually presses the exhaust button, the electromagnetic valve is opened to open the exhaust channel for exhausting; and when the exhaust button is released, the electromagnetic valve is closed to close the exhaust channel to stop exhausting. The air exhaust button of the air exhaust device is pressed to exhaust air, and the air exhaust is stopped when the air exhaust button is released. In the prior art, the exhaust button is pressed to exhaust and then pressed again to stop exhausting, the electromagnetic valve has a certain conduction time in the switching process, and if the cooking food materials are a large number of food or food materials which are easy to overflow such as porridge and the like, overflow can be generated in the short conduction time of the electromagnetic valve. The exhaust mode of the exhaust button does not have the switching time between two buttons, and the overflow condition can be avoided.
The microcomputer reads the input information of the exhaust key and correspondingly controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve. When the system detects that the exhaust button is pressed, an instruction is provided for opening the electromagnetic valve to exhaust, and when the system detects that the exhaust button is released, an instruction is provided for closing the electromagnetic valve to stop exhausting.
In the present embodiment, the exhaust button is a touch button. Of course, it may be a mechanical key or a certain display area of the touch screen.
In addition, the application further provides an exhaust scheme after the cover is opened halfway, and as shown in the combined figure 1, a user sometimes needs to feed halfway and close the cover again to continue cooking after the cover is opened. However, because the pressure in the cooker is higher than the external pressure due to the hot cooker, in consideration of safety, some structure is usually provided to prevent the cover from being closed under the condition so as to prevent the liquid from overflowing. Therefore, before closing the lid, it is necessary to perform evacuation and pressure reduction. At the moment, the mode that the exhaust button is pressed to exhaust is used, the exhaust mode is stopped when the exhaust button is released, and the user needs to continuously exhaust until the pressure can be reduced to a safe value and the cover can be closed in place.
The exhaust method further can detect whether the cooking utensil is in a cover closing state, and when the cover is closed in place, the mode of pressing to exhaust and loosening to stop exhausting is adopted; when the cover is not closed in place, the air is continuously exhausted, namely the air exhaust button is manually pressed to open the electromagnetic valve for exhausting; after the electromagnetic valve is loosened, the electromagnetic valve still maintains the opening state and continues to exhaust. Therefore, when the hot pot is required to be closed after the cover is opened halfway, the exhaust button is operated once to continuously exhaust, so that the cover can be closed quickly by convenient operation. Furthermore, after the cover is opened halfway and the air is exhausted by adopting the mode until the cover of the cooking utensil is closed in place, the system receives a cover closing signal and controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed to stop exhausting. And after the cover of the hot pot is successfully closed, stopping exhausting so that the cooking appliance can continue to work under the upward pressure.
The application also provides a cooking appliance, and the cooking appliance adopts the exhaust method. The overflow problem caused by switching keys in the prior art can also be avoided. The cooking utensil structure is a conventional structure, and is not shown in the drawing. The cooking utensil is characterized in that the pot cover is provided with an opening stopping rod, and when hot air exists in the pot of the cooking utensil and the pressure in the pot is higher than the outside, the opening stopping rod is jacked up, so that the pot cover cannot be closed in place. According to the cooking utensil, the reed switch is arranged on the handle, when the cover is closed in place, the reed switch is conducted to send a cover closing signal, and after the system receives the cover closing signal, the electromagnetic valve is closed to stop exhausting.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker.
