the first part comprises a first interference part which is fixedly arranged, the second part comprises a second interference part which can move relative to the cover body and a driving structure which can drive the second interference part to move between a first position and a second position,
when the steam valve is mounted on the appliance cover, the second interference part is positioned at the first position, and the first interference part and the second interference part do not form interference;
when the steam valve is neglected to be installed, the second interference part is positioned at the second position, and the first interference part and the second interference part form interference;
the second interference part comprises a sliding block, the anti-leakage structure further comprises a guide structure arranged on the cover body, and the sliding block can slide along the guide structure;
the sliding block is provided with a first mounting hole, the appliance cover is provided with a second mounting hole and a containing cavity for containing the steam valve, the driving structure comprises a driving piece, a first end structure of the driving piece can penetrate through the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole to extend into the containing cavity, and the driving piece can move in the vertical direction of the cooking appliance so as to drive the sliding block to move in the transverse direction of the cooking appliance;
