Compared with the prior art, the inonotus obliquus health-care tea and the preparation method and the application thereof provided by the invention at least realize the following beneficial effects:
(1) the components in the inonotus obliquus health-care tea provided by the invention are all extracts of the components, impurities in crude products of the components are removed, the inonotus obliquus health-care tea is directly taken with hot water during drinking, and the extracts of the components can be quickly dissolved and are easier to be absorbed by organisms.
(2) The inonotus obliquus extract with the functions of supplementing qi, nourishing yin and clearing heat is taken as a basis, and is organically matched with health-care food of medicinal and edible varieties such as ginseng, tremella, sea buckthorn, medlar, tuckahoe, hawthorn, orange peel and the like with the functions of supplementing qi, promoting the secretion of saliva or body fluid, tonifying spleen, benefiting lung, nourishing liver and kidney, regulating qi, dredging collaterals, nourishing heart, soothing nerves and the like, so that the health-care function of the inonotus obliquus extract on the organism is further enhanced, and the inonotus obliqu.

Optionally, the inonotus obliquus health tea provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of inonotus obliquus extract, 10-15 parts of ginseng extract, 10-15 parts of tremella extract, 10-15 parts of sea buckthorn extract, 10-15 parts of medlar extract, 10-15 parts of tuckahoe extract, 10-15 parts of hawthorn extract and 10-15 parts of orange peel extract.
Optionally, the inonotus obliquus health tea provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of inonotus obliquus extract, 12.5 parts of ginseng extract, 12.5 parts of tremella extract, 12.5 parts of sea-buckthorn extract, 12.5 parts of medlar extract, 12.5 parts of tuckahoe extract, 12.5 parts of hawthorn extract and 12.5 parts of orange peel extract.
The inonotus obliquus health tea provided by the embodiment of the invention takes an inonotus obliquus extract as a main component, wherein the inonotus obliquus extract accounts for 30-50% by weight. The invention is reasonably matched with other components on the basis of clearing heat, tonifying qi, nourishing yin, regulating metabolism, regulating immunologic function, improving digestive system and having certain antioxidation effect, and further strengthens the health-care effects of inonotus obliquus on the body, such as tonifying qi, nourishing lung, dredging collaterals, tonifying kidney and the like.
The inonotus obliquus health-care tea provided by the embodiment of the invention is granules, and the particle size of the granules is less than or equal to 1.18 mm. The Fuscoporia obliqua health tea has small particle size, and can be brewed with hot water for drinking, and the extract of each component in the Fuscoporia obliqua health tea is very easy to dissolve and be absorbed by organism.
In the prior art, most of the health-care tea is tea bags, all components in the tea bags are only subjected to rough processing, and beneficial components in the components are slowly dissolved when the tea bags are brewed, but all the components in the inonotus obliquus health-care tea provided by the invention are extracts of all the components, so that impurities in the crude components are removed, the inonotus obliquus health-care tea is directly brewed with hot water for drinking, and the extracts of all the components can be quickly dissolved and are easily absorbed by organisms.
Inonotus obliquus has effects of invigorating qi, nourishing yin and clearing heat. The invention has the functions of supplementing qi, promoting the production of body fluid, strengthening the spleen and tonifying the lung after adding the ginseng extract on the basis of the inonotus obliquus extract, and can play a role in regulating blood sugar, improving the metabolism of an organism and the functions of organs such as heart and lung. On the basis of the inonotus obliquus extract, the tremella extract with the effects of nourishing yin and lung, tonifying qi, moistening intestines and invigorating spleen is added to adjust the function of a digestive tract and improve the disease resistance of an organism. The fructus Hippophae extract with effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing liver and kidney is added on the basis of Inonotus obliquus extract, and can be used for regulating blood sugar metabolism, regulating blood pressure, regulating blood lipid metabolism, resisting oxidation, and resisting arteriosclerosis. The fructus Lycii extract with liver and kidney nourishing effect can be added into Inonotus obliquus extract to regulate immunity, blood sugar, blood lipid, fatigue and tumor. As shown in fig. 1, the manufacturing method is as follows:
step S101: extracting under reflux, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain Inonotus obliquus extract; firstly, adding a certain amount of crude Inonotus obliquus into distilled water, and refluxing twice at the temperature of about 80-95 ℃, wherein 8 times of water is added for reflux extraction for 2 hours for the first time, and 6 times of water is added for reflux extraction for 1 hour for the second time; then combining the extracting solutions obtained by the two reflux extractions, and concentrating the extracting solutions until the relative density is 1.10-1.12(80 ℃) to obtain a fluid extract; filtering the fluid extract with a 300-mesh sieve, and sealing the filtered fluid extract in a clean turnover barrel for cool storage; and then drying the dried paste at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening the crushed dry paste through a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the inonotus obliquus extract.
Step S102: decocting radix Ginseng crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain radix Ginseng extract; firstly, a certain amount of ginseng crude product is taken and added with water for decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and then drying the ginseng extract at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening the crushed dry paste through a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the ginseng extract.
Step S103: decocting Tremella crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain Tremella extract; firstly, taking a certain amount of tremella crude product, adding water, and decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and drying at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening with a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the tremella extract.
Step S104: decocting fructus Hippophae crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus Hippophae extract; firstly, adding a certain amount of crude sea buckthorn into water and decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and drying at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening with a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the sea buckthorn extract.
Step S105: decocting fructus Lycii crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus Lycii extract; firstly, adding a certain amount of crude medlar into water and decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and drying at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening by using a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the wolfberry extract.
Step S106: decocting Poria crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain Poria extract; firstly, adding a certain amount of crude poria cocos into water for decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and then drying the mixture at the temperature of 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening the crushed dry paste through a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the poria cocos extract.
Step S107: decocting fructus crataegi crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus crataegi extract; firstly, a certain amount of crude hawthorn is taken and added with water for decoction for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and drying at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening by using a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the hawthorn extract.
Step S108: decocting crude pericarpium Citri Tangerinae with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae extract; firstly, adding a certain amount of crude orange peel into water and decocting for 2 times; then filtering the two decoctions, merging and concentrating into paste; and drying at 65-75 ℃ to obtain dry paste, crushing the dry paste, and screening by using a 100-mesh fine screen to obtain the orange peel extract.
The steps S101 to S108 do not represent the order of the manufacturing.
Then, the above extraction process is adopted to obtain the inonotus obliquus extract, and the ginseng extract, the tremella extract, the sea buckthorn extract, the medlar extract, the tuckahoe extract, the hawthorn extract and the orange peel extract are subjected to wet granulation process to obtain the inonotus obliquus health-care tea. Wherein, the wet granulation process comprises the following steps S109 to S112.
Step S109: weighing Inonotus obliquus extract, Ginseng radix extract, Tremella extract, fructus Hippophae extract, fructus Lycii extract, Poria extract, fructus crataegi extract and pericarpium Citri Tangerinae extract at a certain proportion, mixing, adding 60% ethanol, and mixing to obtain suitable soft material.
Step S110: making wet granules of inonotus obliquus health tea; the obtained soft material was sieved with a 16-mesh sieve to prepare wet granules.
Step S111: drying the wet granules in a hot air circulation oven to form dry granules of the inonotus obliquus health-care tea, wherein the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the drying time is 2 hours;
step S112: the dry granules are sieved. The dry granules were sieved through a 16 mesh sieve to give dry granules having a particle size of about 1.18 mm.
Example 2:
the inonotus obliquus health tea in the embodiment comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of inonotus obliquus extract, 25 parts of ginseng extract, 25 parts of tremella extract, 25 parts of sea-buckthorn extract, 25 parts of medlar extract, 25 parts of tuckahoe extract, 25 parts of hawthorn extract and 25 parts of orange peel extract.

For example, the health tea tablet containing inonotus obliquus can be prepared into buccal tablets or chewable tablets. weighing the inonotus obliquus extract, the ginseng extract, the tremella extract, the sea buckthorn extract, the medlar extract, the tuckahoe extract, the hawthorn extract and the orange peel extract according to a certain proportion, mixing, and adding 60% ethanol for mixing;
making wet granules of inonotus obliquus health tea;
drying the wet particles in a hot air circulation oven to form dry particles of the inonotus obliquus health-care tea, wherein the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃, and the drying time is 2 hours;
and (4) sieving the dry granules.

the orange peel extract is obtained by decocting, concentrating and drying crude orange peels.

decocting fructus Hippophae crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus Hippophae extract;
decocting fructus Lycii crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus Lycii extract;
decocting Poria crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain Poria extract;
decocting fructus crataegi crude product with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain fructus crataegi extract;
decocting crude pericarpium Citri Tangerinae with water, concentrating, and oven drying to obtain pericarpium Citri Tangerinae extract;
