Meanwhile, the pull rod 52 drives the blocking plate 55 to open from the slag outlet 121 through the compression spring 54, and dirt in the inner ring 2 flows out through the slag outlet 121.
While one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
In the above embodiment, the sponge is provided to absorb the lubricant injected from the oil injection port, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the lubricant may be absorbed and squeezed by an oil absorbing material such as cloth.
Industrial applicability
According to the invention, the method can reduce the unilateral abrasion of the air-conditioning compressor, prolong the maintenance time of the air-conditioning compressor and is applied to the field of air conditioners.

Claims (4)

1. A method for prolonging the service life of an air conditioner compressor is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, mounting a self-lubricating bearing on the air-conditioning compressor;
s2, on the basis of S1, the air conditioner compressor is installed on an adjusting frame, one end of the adjusting frame is hinged to the air conditioner shell, the adjusting frame can rotate relative to the air conditioner shell, the adjusting frame is adjusted through a telescopic mechanism, and the telescopic mechanism can be an electric push rod or a bolt and is used for enabling the adjusting frame to rotate relative to the air conditioner shell;
s3, adjusting the inclination angle of the air conditioner compressor once by the telescopic mechanism every time the air conditioner is used for a period of time;
the self-lubricating bearing adopted in the method comprises an outer ring (1), an inner ring (2), a rolling body (3), a retainer (4), a sealing strip (6), a lubricating unit (7) and a sealing unit (8); the outer ring (1) is composed of an outer ring (11) and an inner ring (12), the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12) are both cylindrical, the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12) are concentrically arranged, the outer ring (11) is positioned on the periphery of the inner ring (12), the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12) are connected through a connecting unit (5), and the connecting unit (5) is vertically and symmetrically arranged relative to the center of the outer ring (1); the inner ring (2) is cylindrical, the inner ring (2) is arranged on the inner side of the inner ring (12), and the inner ring (2) and the inner ring (12) are arranged concentrically; the rolling bodies (3) are arranged between the inner ring (12) and the inner ring (2); the retainer (4) is arranged between the adjacent rolling bodies (3), the sealing strips (6) are arranged between the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12), and two sealing strips (6) are arranged; the lubricating unit (7) is arranged in the middle of the outer ring (1), and the lubricating unit (7) is used for lubricating the bearing per se; the sealing units (8) are arranged in an up-down symmetrical mode relative to the center of the inner ring (2), and the sealing units (8) are used for achieving the sealing function of the inner portion of the bearing.

The method for prolonging the service life of the air conditioner compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lubricating unit (7) comprises a plug (71), a first spring (72) and a bump (73), an oil storage cavity (13) is formed in the inner layer of the middle of the outer ring (1) outwards, the oil storage cavity (13) is a trapezoidal groove, and an oil filling opening (14) is formed in the oil storage cavity (13) outwards from the outer ring (11); the plug (71) is arranged in the oil storage cavity (13), the plug (71) consists of a first cylinder, a circular truncated cone and a second cylinder, the bottom surface of the circular truncated cone is connected with the first cylinder, the top surface of the circular truncated cone is connected with the second cylinder, the side surface of the circular truncated cone part of the plug (71) is tightly attached to the side surface of the oil storage cavity (13), and the second cylinder part of the plug (71) is positioned between the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12); one end of the first spring (72) is connected with the first cylinder of the plug (71), and the other end of the first spring (72) is connected with the bottom of the oil storage cavity (13); the middle part of the inner ring (2) is inwards provided with an oil passing hole (21); the convex block (73) is arranged between the outer ring (11) and the inner ring (12), the convex block (73) is connected with the inner ring (12), and the convex block (73) is positioned in the middle of the adjacent oil passing holes (21).

The method for prolonging the service life of the air conditioner compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the sealing unit (8) comprises a sealing plate (81), a barrier strip (82) and a sealing ring (83); the sealing plate (81) is disc-shaped, the sealing plate (81) is horizontally arranged at the top and the bottom of the inner ring (2), the sealing plate (81) is disc-shaped, the excircle of the sealing plate (81) is connected with the inner ring (12), and first grooves are symmetrically formed in the bottom of the sealing plate (81) at the top of the inner ring (2) and the top of the sealing plate (81) at the bottom of the inner ring (2); the barrier strips (82) are arranged at the top and the bottom of the inner ring (2), and the barrier strips (82) are positioned in the first groove of the sealing plate (81); the sealing ring (83) is arranged between the first groove and the barrier strip (82).
4. The method for prolonging the service life of the air conditioner compressor as claimed in claim 2, wherein: sponge (9) is arranged between the oil passing hole (21) and the outer ring (11), and the sponge (9) is connected with the inner ring (12).
