Abstract

Here, it is to be noted that: the mutual repulsion mentioned in the embodiment of the invention is a state that the anti-counterfeiting texture layer can flow on the base coat to form an uneven pattern, such as a state that two materials are not dissolved.
The scheme can achieve the aim that the anti-counterfeiting mark is not easy to imitate, and a preferable scheme is given on the basis.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the material used for the primer layer is release ink, which is easy to prepare and low in cost; it is to be noted here that the specific composition of the undercoat layer is not particularly limited as long as it can achieve a texture that can repel the texture layer and contribute to the formation of uneven texture, and the uneven pattern is not easily imitated.
In some embodiments of the invention, the preparation of the primer layer comprises: the release agent and the transparent printing ink are uniformly stirred and printed at the designated position of a printing stock by a printing machine, and the printing can be realized by a plurality of printing modes such as flexography, embossing, gravure, silk screen printing, offset printing and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the release ink comprises, by weight: transparent ink: 100 parts by weight; a release agent: 4-15 parts. Here, it is to be noted that: the density and the concave-convex distance of the ink step by step are determined by the content of a parting agent, the fluidity of the gloss oil on the surface, the length of a gloss oil drying paper path and the like. Wherein, the higher the content of the release agent is, the thinner the density of the raised points is, and the stronger the convex feeling is; the better the fluidity of the gloss oil or the printing ink on the uppermost layer, the thinner the convex points are, and the stronger the convex feeling is; the longer the dry paper path, the thinner the raised points and the stronger the raised feel. The embodiment of the invention does not specifically limit the specific components of the release ink, as long as mutual repulsion with the texture layer can be realized, uneven textures can be formed, and uneven patterns are not easy to imitate.
Here, it is to be noted that: in some embodiments of the invention, the base coating ink is made from a transparent ink (Hangzhou thinner, etc.) in mass percent: silicone oil (various release agents) ═ 100: 5, the product is prepared at the production speed of 30 m/min, and the convex particles of the product prepared according to the proportion are finer and denser, so that the quantity and the shape can not be seen by naked eyes; (but the magnifying glass can be seen).
In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the primer ink is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: silicone oil (various release agents) ═ 100: 15, the product is prepared at the production speed of 30 m/min, the product prepared according to the proportion has fewer and thicker convex particles, can be distinguished by naked eyes, and can be photographed and imaged to be used as an anti-counterfeiting characteristic. (this ratio can be adjusted according to anti-counterfeiting requirements).
The embodiment of the invention does not limit the specific type of the transparent ink, and the transparent ink can be mixed with the release agent to prepare the release ink, so that the release ink can be mutually exclusive with the texture layer, the uneven texture is favorably formed, and the uneven pattern is not easy to imitate. In some embodiments of the present invention, the clear ink is a flexo clear ink, an offset clear ink, an embossing clear ink, a gravure clear ink, or a screen clear ink. In some embodiments of the invention, the clear ink is a purchased Hangzhou thinner.
It should be noted here that, as to what kind of release agent is selected, the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited, and as long as some release agents have poor printing adaptability, the release agent can repel the undercoat layer and the texture layer, and contribute to forming uneven texture, and the uneven pattern is not easily imitated. In some embodiments of the present invention, the selected release agent is silicone oil, which is low in cost and poor in printing adaptability.
The texture layer is not limited in composition, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-counterfeiting texture layer is made of printable gloss oil, and the anti-counterfeiting texture layer is formed by free flowing of the printable gloss oil on the base coat. Here, it is to be noted that: the gloss oil has good fluidity and has the characteristic of flowing water intangibility, an ink containing a release agent is printed firstly, a layer of gloss oil with good fluidity is covered on the ink of the release agent, the ink with good fluidity can randomly flow on the ink of the release agent under the action of the release agent, and the flow can be carried out irregularly, so that one-object-one image is realized.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the preparation of an anti-counterfeit mark according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, in order to obtain the anti-counterfeit mark pattern for verifying authenticity, the preparing of the anti-counterfeit mark further includes printing the identity information of the mark, and the user may obtain the verification pattern by verifying the identity information of the mark.
The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited as to what specific identity information is used to obtain the verification pattern, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the identity information is a digital number, and a user can input the digital number in the verification system to obtain the verification pattern, and the authenticity is distinguished by comparing the verification pattern with the texture on the anti-counterfeit mark.
The embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited to the specific form of the texture layer, and in order to facilitate identification, in some embodiments of the invention, the anti-counterfeiting texture layer is a colored texture layer, so that the colored texture layer is more beneficial to naked eye identification, the identification difficulty is reduced, and the identification is faster and more accurate. Among them, the colors mentioned herein are preferably red, yellow, blue, green, violet, etc. which are advantageous for identification.
For further convenience of verification, in some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-counterfeiting texture layer is a multi-color texture layer. Multicolor as used herein refers to the use of a plurality of different colored textures, such as in some embodiments of the invention, a texture layer having a blue color on the left and a red color on the right. In other embodiments of the present invention, the texture layer has a yellow upper left corner, a green upper right corner, a purple lower left corner, and a white lower right corner. In the implementation process, a person skilled in the art can select different ways to divide the texture layer into different blocks according to needs, and each block selects different colors, which is beneficial to the identification of naked eyes.
The embodiment of the invention provides an anti-counterfeiting mark, which is prepared by any one of the methods. Referring to fig. 3, the anti-counterfeiting mark prepared by the embodiment of the invention comprises a bottom coating and an upper texture layer, wherein the texture layer forms an uneven pattern, so that the anti-counterfeiting mark is not easy to copy, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is improved.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of the identification of an anti-counterfeit mark according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying an anti-counterfeit mark, where the anti-counterfeit mark is the above-mentioned anti-counterfeit mark, and the method includes the following steps:
acquiring a verification pattern;
comparing the texture on the anti-counterfeiting mark with the verification pattern;
and judging whether the authenticity is realized according to the consistency between the texture on the anti-counterfeiting mark and the verification pattern.
It should be noted that, the present invention is not limited to the manner of acquiring the pattern, and in some embodiments of the present invention, the authentication pattern is acquired by acquiring the authentication pattern through the identity information, in order to facilitate the acquisition of the authentication pattern. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited to a specific form of the identity information, and the identity information may be verified by inputting a number, or by scanning a one-dimensional code/a two-dimensional code, as long as a verification pattern can be called from a verification system, and a person skilled in the art can select appropriate identity information as needed. In order to improve the anti-counterfeiting effect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the texture includes position, shape, size, color and degree of unevenness, which are all beneficial for visual identification, thereby improving the efficiency and security of anti-counterfeiting verification. The specific method for preparing and verifying the anti-counterfeiting mark comprises the following steps:
printing conventional contents including information such as patterns and characters on a printing stock, and printing a base coat at a local texture position;
spraying and printing numbers and two-dimensional codes or one-dimensional codes, and giving a unique number to each label;
printing printable gloss oil to form raised points;
photographing, namely photographing the position of the local texture;
storing the picture, namely storing the picture into a database;
labeling, namely labeling a label on a commodity, wherein the label is combined with the commodity, and the label code is a commodity code;
inquiring, a government counterfeiting department, an enterprise market department, a consumer and the like, scanning the two-dimensional code through tools such as WeChat or special PPT and the like to call out a pre-stored picture, and comparing whether the protruding points in the label are consistent with the picture, wherein the consistency is a genuine product and the inconsistency is a counterfeit product. The query method not only scans the two-dimensional code, but also can obtain the picture in modes of inputting codes by using a small program or logging in a website and the like.
The anti-counterfeiting mark of the embodiment of the invention has completely random positions, shapes, sizes, protruding degrees and the like; the pattern cannot be imitated, and the identical pattern cannot be imitated by any printing mode; the manufacturing cost is low, and the raised patterns can be completed by two common UV ink printing processes with lower prices; the production efficiency is high, and the production can be completed by an online printing machine at one time; the method is environment-friendly and energy-saving, and has lower energy consumption than that of texture paper manufactured by a paper mill and lower energy consumption than that of film coating before the paper mill.
