Different smokers have different habits in smoking a cigarette, so that the amount of harmful substances ingested by the smokers is different. For example, some people have a small tolerance to a cigarette, and may choose to give up if they find themselves unable to bear the cigarette after a puff, which may cause waste of the cigarette and environmental pollution. Moreover, if the cigarette is filled with less tobacco material, some people can smoke the cigarette with less mouth number, so that the people can smoke more cigarettes, which is not good for the health of smokers. The invention also provides a cigarette smoking depth detection device based on air pressure, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is used for executing instructions in the memory to realize the following method:
when a smoker smokes cigarettes, detecting the air pressure inside the filter stick through an air pressure sensor arranged in the filter stick; and determining the suction depth of each suction action of the smoker according to the detected air pressure change in the filter stick and the corresponding time.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention senses the smoking action of the smoker according to the air pressure change in the cigarette smoking channel and the corresponding time, and detects and obtains the smoking depth of each smoking action when the smoker smokes one cigarette. The smoking depth of the smoker is displayed by the time and the air pressure of one mouth of smoking, so that the smoker and a cigarette operator can visually observe the smoking depth of each mouth of smoking. For smokers, the cigarette smoking device helps the smokers to know the smoking depth of the smokers so as to help the smokers to correct the smoking habit of the smokers, and therefore harm caused by smoking cigarettes is avoided as much as possible. For cigarette operators, the smoking depth of a plurality of smokers can be known to improve the filling amount of tobacco material in the cigarette, thereby improving the quality of the cigarette.
As a further improvement of the method and the device, the moment when the air pressure in the cigarette suction channel starts to drop is detected as the starting time of one suction action, and the moment when the air pressure in the cigarette suction channel starts to rise is detected as the ending time of the one suction action.
As a further improvement of the method and the device, after judging that the smoking of the cigarette is finished, the smoking depth of the smoking action of the smoker is not calculated.
As a further improvement of the method and the device, if the air pressure in the cigarette suction channel is recovered to the initial air pressure and is kept for a set time threshold, the cigarette suction is judged to be finished.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
The invention provides a cigarette smoking depth detection device based on air pressure, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the processor is used for executing instructions stored in the memory to realize the cigarette smoking depth detection method based on air pressure, and the method is described and explained in detail below.
When a smoker smokes a cigarette, the gas inside the cigarette flows, so that the gas pressure inside the cigarette is smaller than the gas pressure outside the cigarette. The cigarette rod of the cigarette is gradually eliminated along with the process of smoking the cigarette, so that the air pressure sensor can be arranged in the filter rod of the cigarette, the smoking action of a smoker is sensed by detecting the air pressure change caused by the air flow, the beginning and the end of the smoking action are sensed, and the smoking depth of each smoking action of the smoker in the process of smoking the cigarette is measured.
The suction depth may be sensed by the duration of the suction operation performed by the smoker, or by the pressure inside the filter rod during the suction operation, or by a combination of both methods. The length of time that the smoker takes a puff, i.e. how long it takes for the smoker to puff a puff; in addition, the smoking depth can be expressed by collecting the minimum value of the air pressure inside the filter stick (it should be noted that, since the air pressure sensor is arranged here, the minimum value of the air pressure is equivalent to the maximum value of the negative pressure) when the smoker performs a certain smoking action, that is, how much strength the smoker has to smoke generated by the combustion of the tobacco material when smoking a certain cigarette.
Generally, a cigarette comprises a filter rod 1, and a tobacco rod 2 for filling tobacco material connected to the filter rod 1. In order to implement the method described above, a cigarette as shown in fig. 1 is designed, and a module 3 for obtaining the suction depth is additionally arranged inside the filter stick 1.
The module 3 for obtaining the suction depth comprises an air pressure sensor to detect the air pressure inside the filter rod when the smoker draws on the cigarettes. As shown in fig. 2, the device further comprises a control unit, wherein the control unit is connected with the air pressure sensor through a corresponding sampling wire harness to acquire data acquired by the air pressure sensor. Moreover, the control unit can also carry out data interaction with the external receiving unit 4 arranged outside the cigarette through the communication unit according to the acquired suction depth data.
The communication unit may be a bluetooth communication unit, a GPRS wireless communication unit, or any wireless communication unit in the prior art, and performs data interaction with the outside by using a corresponding protocol, as shown in fig. 3.
The external receiving unit is used for receiving the data sent by the communication unit in the filter stick. May be a mobile device, for example: cell-phone, panel computer, intelligent bracelet, intelligent wrist-watch etc. also can be fixing device, for example: desktop computers, vehicle-mounted electrical appliances, etc. can complete data exchange only by the data exchange mode of the invention. An APP or a client is installed in the external receiving unit, and the received pumping depth information can be stored in the APP or the client.
For example, if a smoker detects a change in air pressure during smoking as shown in fig. 4, the abscissa of the graph is time and the ordinate is the air pressure inside the filter rod.
When the smoker starts to smoke the cigarette, the smoker will feel so much that the air pressure inside the cigarette is smaller than the air pressure detected at the initial moment, and when the air pressure sensor detects that the air pressure inside the filter stick starts to drop, a drop is shown in fig. 4, which indicates that the smoker starts to perform a smoking action. When the smoker continues the suction, the air pressure sensor will detect that the air pressure inside the filter stick is lower and lower. When the smoker finishes the smoking action, the air pressure sensor detects that the air pressure in the filter stick begins to rise, and the air pressure sensor is represented as a rising edge in fig. 4, which indicates that the smoker finishes the smoking action.

After the smoker finishes smoking, the air pressure in the filter stick is restored to the initial air pressure. At this time, if the air pressure in the filter stick is detected to return to the initial air pressure and is kept for the set time threshold, the smoker finishes smoking the cigarette, and the smoking depth is not calculated at this time.
The control unit transmits the obtained smoking depth data to an external receiving unit, so that a smoker can know the smoking habit of the smoker and obtain the amount of smoke generated by burning of the tobacco raw materials smoked by the smoker during smoking; or the cigarette holder staff can know the smoking habits of the customers so as to improve the filling amount of the tobacco raw materials in the cigarettes.
In addition, the cigarette introduced above is directed to a cigarette without bead blasting in the filter stick. In the existing cigarette, the bead blasting is arranged in the filter stick. The popping beads refer to soft capsules with essence bags arranged inside, and the soft capsules are destroyed by external force before smoking cigarettes so as to release essence in the soft capsules. Therefore, the module 3 for acquiring the pumping depth can be arranged in the blasting bead, namely the control unit, the communication unit, the air pressure sensor, the wiring and the like are arranged in the blasting bead; of course, it is also possible to arrange the series of units comprised by the module 3 for obtaining the suction depth all outside the bead; in addition, a series of units included in the module for acquiring the suction depth may be partially disposed inside the blasting bead and partially disposed outside the blasting bead, for example, the control unit may be disposed inside the blasting bead, and the air pressure sensor and the communication unit may be disposed outside the blasting bead.
Moreover, in addition to cigarettes, the module for obtaining smoking depth (including units such as air pressure sensors) in the present invention may also be provided in some smoking devices, such as a mouthpiece. At the moment, the smoker can know the smoking habit of the smoker or the cigarette operator can know the smoking habit of the client.
