本发明涉及一种可自动调节的闸阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的左侧一体连接进水口,所述阀体的右侧一体连接出水口,所述阀体内开设圆柱体结构的空腔,所述空腔内安装截流柱,所述空腔的底部固定连接活动块,所述活动块活动连接立柱的下端,所述立柱的上端与截流柱的下端固定连接,所述截流柱的上端一体连接阀杆,所述截流柱上贯穿开设对流通孔,所述阀体的两侧贯穿开设连通进水口和出水口的槽道,所述截流柱的两侧安装弧板,所述弧板的边侧与截流柱之间通过橡胶条固定连接,本发明结构合理,使用方便,主要是改进闸阀的内部结构,使之受到挤压可以预留空间,在预留空间的同时实现截流,而且密封性好,安全性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可自动调节的闸阀,具体是涉及一种可自动调节的闸阀。
背景技术
现有的闸门大多通过旋转阀杆实现截流,但是闸阀内部结构简单,在管道结冰之后,闸阀内部受到挤压,部件可能发生受损,同时密封性能不是太好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术闸阀内部零件受挤压受损、密封性待提升的缺陷,提供一种可自动调节的闸阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种可自动调节的闸阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的左侧一体连接进水口,所述阀体的右侧一体连接出水口,所述阀体内开设圆柱体结构的空腔,所述空腔内安装截流柱,所述空腔的底部固定连接活动块,所述活动块活动连接立柱的下端,所述立柱的上端与截流柱的下端固定连接,所述截流柱的上端一体连接阀杆,所述截流柱上贯穿开设对流通孔,所述阀体的两侧贯穿开设连通进水口和出水口的槽道,所述截流柱的两侧安装弧板,所述弧板的边侧与截流柱之间通过橡胶条固定连接;所述截流柱的长度大于槽道的槽口径长;所述槽道呈倾斜状。
进一步的,所述弧板的内侧与截流柱之间通过弹簧固定连接。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:一种可自动调节的闸阀,结构合理,使用方便,主要是改进闸阀的内部结构,使之受到挤压可以预留空间,在预留空间的同时实现截流,而且密封性好,安全性高,具有双重密封效果。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1至图2可知:一种可自动调节的闸阀,包括阀体1,所述阀体1的左侧一体连接进水口2,所述阀体1的右侧一体连接出水口3,所述阀体1内开设圆柱体结构的空腔4,所述空腔4内安装截流柱5,所述空腔4的底部固定连接活动块6,所述活动块6活动连接立柱7的下端,所述立柱7的上端与截流柱5的下端固定连接,所述截流柱5的上端一体连接阀杆8,所述截流柱5上贯穿开设对流通孔9,所述阀体1的两侧贯穿开设连通进水口2和出水口3的槽道10,所述截流柱5的两侧安装弧板11,所述弧板11的边侧与截流柱5之间通过橡胶条12固定连接。
所述截流柱5的长度大于槽道10的槽口径长,便于截流,防止溢水;所述槽道10呈倾斜状,便于截流后水向下滑出,避免阀内积水;所述弧板11的内侧与截流柱5之间通过弹簧13固定连接,橡胶条12损坏,可以抵住弧板11。
本发明的原理及优点:使用时,操作手轮,转动阀杆8,截流柱5随之旋转,当截流柱5的流通孔9与槽道10连通时,进水口2和出水口3实现连通,此时实现出水,再次旋转手轮,截流柱5的流通孔9与槽道10错开,实现截流,此时弧板11封闭进水口2和出水口3,当进水口2或出水口3结冰时,冰体会挤压弧板11,橡胶条12收缩产生空隙,给冰体膨胀预留空间,当闸阀内的橡胶条12损坏,弧板11与截流柱5断开,则弹簧13伸展会将弧板11挤压贴合在空腔4侧壁上,防止漏水。

1.可自动调节的闸阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)的左侧一体连接进水口(2),所述阀体(1)的右侧一体连接出水口(3),所述阀体(1)内开设圆柱体结构的空腔(4),所述空腔(4)内安装截流柱(5),所述空腔(4)的底部固定连接活动块(6),所述活动块(6)活动连接立柱(7)的下端,所述立柱(7)的上端与截流柱(5)的下端固定连接,所述截流柱(5)的上端一体连接阀杆(8),所述截流柱(5)上贯穿开设对流通孔(9),所述阀体(1)的两侧贯穿开设连通进水口(2)和出水口(3)的槽道(10),所述截流柱(5)的两侧安装弧板(11),所述弧板(11)的边侧与截流柱(5)之间通过橡胶条(12)固定连接;所述截流柱(5)的长度大于槽道(10)的槽口径长;所述槽道(10)呈倾斜状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可自动调节的闸阀,其特征在于,所述弧板(11)的内侧与截流柱(5)之间通过弹簧(13)固定连接。
