Abstract
The water-proof and drainage system with the secondary lining shield tunnel effectively improves the water-proof and drainage performance of the secondary lining shield tunnel, and realizes the scientization and systemization of the water-proof and drainage design. The interlayer waterproof and drainage structure comprises a circular blind pipe and a longitudinal blind pipe which are arranged between the duct piece lining and the secondary lining and between the duct piece lining and the tunnel bottom filling layer, and longitudinal ditches which are arranged on two transverse sides of the tunnel bottom filling layer. The annular blind pipes arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction are positioned outside the annular splicing seams of the segment lining, the longitudinal blind pipes arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are positioned outside the longitudinal splicing seams of the segment lining, two ends of each longitudinal blind pipe are communicated with two adjacent annular blind pipes, and the lower ends of the annular blind pipes are connected into the longitudinal ditch.

Technical Field
The invention relates to tunnel engineering, in particular to a water-proof and drainage system with a secondary lining shield tunnel.
Background
Along with the rapid development of national transportation industry, the shield tunnel has been rapidly developed in the industries of subways, railways, highways and the like due to the characteristics of non-excavation, high construction speed, low labor intensity and the like.
Usually, the shield tunnel is only provided with a layer of pipe sheet lining, and underground water is isolated by means of measures such as self-waterproofing of concrete, waterproofing of a joint sealing gasket, caulking and the like. In the actual use process, the vehicle is out of control to strike the lining frequently, the tunnel fires and makes the lining structure deterioration, and the single-layer section of jurisdiction lining can't satisfy the tunnel and use the requirement for one hundred years. On the other hand, the sealing gasket used for the waterproof of the pipe piece joint belongs to a rubber material, the ageing and stress relaxation problems exist, and the phenomenon that the pipe piece is staggered and opened in the use process of the tunnel is seriously weakened, so that the waterproof capability of the sealing gasket is seriously weakened.
In view of the problems existing in single-layer segment lining, in recent years, a part of important large-diameter shield tunnels in China have gradually developed exploration for arranging two linings, such as a Wuhan subway No. 8 line Yangtze river tunnel, a deep metallocene railway bead mouth tunnel and the like.
The novel waterproof and drainage system in the form of the shield tunnel is completely different from the traditional shield tunnel with only one layer of segment, and needs to be comprehensively considered.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a drainage prevention system with a secondary lining shield tunnel so as to effectively improve the drainage prevention performance of the secondary lining shield tunnel and realize scientization and systemization of drainage prevention design.

the invention relates to a drainage-proof system with a secondary lining shield tunnel, which comprises a tunnel lining, a secondary lining and a tunnel bottom filling layer, wherein the tunnel lining is formed by longitudinally assembling the tunnel lining in a circumferential direction, the tunnel bottom filling layer is filled at the bottom of the tunnel lining, the secondary lining is molded outside the inner surface of the tunnel lining above the tunnel bottom filling layer, and the drainage-proof system comprises a tunnel lining waterproof structure and an interlayer drainage-proof structure, and is characterized in that: the interlayer waterproof and drainage structure comprises a circumferential blind pipe and a longitudinal blind pipe which are arranged between the pipe sheet lining and the secondary lining and between the pipe sheet lining and the tunnel bottom filling layer, and longitudinal ditches which are arranged at two transverse sides of the tunnel bottom filling layer; the annular blind pipes arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction are positioned outside the annular splicing seams of the segment lining, the longitudinal blind pipes arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are positioned outside the longitudinal splicing seams of the segment lining, two ends of each longitudinal blind pipe are communicated with two adjacent annular blind pipes, and the lower ends of the annular blind pipes are connected into the longitudinal ditch.
The segment lining waterproof structure comprises an elastic sealing gasket, a water-swelling rubber strip and caulking joints which are arranged between adjacent segment splicing surfaces along the circumferential splicing joint and the longitudinal splicing joint, and the elastic sealing gasket, the water-swelling rubber strip and the caulking joints are embedded into corresponding grooves on the segment splicing surfaces; on the segment splicing surface, the caulking is close to the inner surface of the segment, the elastic sealing gasket is close to the outer surface side of the segment, and the water-swelling rubber strip is positioned between the caulking and the elastic sealing gasket.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the waterproof and drainage system is composed of the segment lining waterproof structure and the interlayer waterproof and drainage structure, so that the waterproof and drainage performance of the shield tunnel with the second lining can be effectively improved, and the scientization and systemization of the waterproof and drainage design are realized.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the drainage preventing system with the secondary lining shield tunnel of the invention comprises a tunnel lining, a secondary lining 20 and a tunnel bottom filling layer 21, wherein the tunnel lining is formed by longitudinally assembling a tunnel sheet 10 in a circumferential direction, the tunnel bottom filling layer 21 is filled at the bottom of the tunnel lining, the secondary lining 20 is molded outside the inner surface of the tunnel lining above the tunnel bottom filling layer 21, and the drainage preventing system comprises a waterproof structure of the tunnel sheet lining and an interlayer drainage preventing structure. The interlayer waterproof and drainage structure comprises a circular blind pipe 31, a longitudinal blind pipe 32 and longitudinal water ditches 22, wherein the circular blind pipe 31 and the longitudinal blind pipe 32 are arranged between a duct piece lining and a secondary lining 20 and between the duct piece lining and a tunnel bottom filling layer 21, the longitudinal water ditches 22 are arranged on two lateral sides of the tunnel bottom filling layer 21, the circular blind pipes 31 arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction are positioned outside circular splicing seams of the duct piece lining, the longitudinal blind pipes 32 arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction are positioned outside the longitudinal splicing seams 11 of the duct piece lining, two ends of the longitudinal blind pipes 32 are communicated with the adjacent two circular blind pipes 31, and the lower ends of the circular blind pipes 31 are connected with the longitudinal water ditches 22.
Referring to fig. 6, the segment lining waterproof structure comprises an elastic sealing gasket 13, a water-swelling rubber strip 14 and caulking 15 which are arranged between the splicing surfaces of adjacent segments 10 along the circumferential splicing seam and the longitudinal splicing seam 11, and is embedded in the corresponding groove on the splicing surface of the segment 10. On the splicing surface of the duct piece 10, the caulking 15 is adjacent to the inner surface of the duct piece 10, the elastic sealing gasket 13 is adjacent to the outer surface side of the duct piece 10, and the water-swelling rubber strip 14 is positioned between the caulking 15 and the elastic sealing gasket 13. In order to improve the self-waterproof performance of the duct piece 10, a waterproof coating is attached to the inner surface and the outer surface of the duct piece 10.
The invention forms a water-proof and drainage system by the segment lining water-proof structure and the interlayer water-proof and drainage structure, can effectively improve the water-proof and drainage performance of the shield tunnel with the second lining, and realizes the scientificalness and systemization of the water-proof and drainage design.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 5, geotextile 33 and waterproof and drainage plates 34 are arranged between the pipe sheet lining and the secondary lining 20 and between the pipe sheet lining and the tunnel bottom filling layer 21, wherein the waterproof and drainage plates 34 are close to the secondary lining 20, the geotextile 33 is close to the waterproof and drainage plates 34, and the annular blind pipe 31 and the longitudinal blind pipe 32 are positioned between the pipe sheet lining and the geotextile 33.
