The latch mechanism 1 for doors and windows of the present embodiment further includes a locking device 20, and the locking device 20 is provided at the other end of the panel 11. The catch arrangement 20 comprises a catch 201, a second spring 202 and a second presser 203. The panel 11 is provided with a second mounting groove 114, and the buckle 201 and the second spring 202 are mounted in the second mounting groove 114. Fig. 8 to 11 schematically show a top-bottom latch device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8 to 11, the top and bottom latch device includes the latch mechanism 1, the latch head 2 and the latch seat 3. One end of the bolt head 2 is connected with the bolt mechanism 1 through a bolt rod 5, and the other end is inserted into the bolt seat 3. The bolt head 2 and the bolt mechanism 1 are arranged on a door and a window, the bolt seat 3 is arranged on a door and a window frame, and the bolt head 2 can be controlled to be inserted into or pulled out of the bolt seat 3 by pulling the deflector rod 12 of the bolt mechanism 1, so that the locking or unlocking of the door and the window is realized. The latch head 2 of the present embodiment includes a main body 21, a third spring 22, and a fourth protruding strip 23. One end of the main body 21 is provided with a socket 213, and the socket 213 is used for connecting the latch lever 5. The number of the fourth raised strips 23 and the number of the third springs 22 are two, and the two fourth raised strips 23 are movably arranged on two sides of the main body 21. The both ends of third spring 22 are connected fourth sand grip 23 and main part 21 respectively, and the one end of fourth sand grip 23 and all be provided with the projection on the main part 21, and third spring 22 is cylindrical compression spring, and the both ends of third spring 22 overlap respectively and locate outside the projection of fourth sand grip 23 and main part 21. As shown in fig. 4, the main body 21 is provided with a second limiting groove 211 and a third limiting groove 212, the second limiting groove 211 is provided on two sides of the main body 21, and the fourth protruding strip 23 and the third spring 22 are both mounted on the second limiting groove 211. The third limiting groove 212 is disposed at two sides of the second limiting groove 211, and two sides of the fourth protruding strip 23 are provided with limiting strips 231, and the limiting strips 231 are slidably matched with the third limiting groove 212. The fourth raised line 23 is pushed, the limit strips 231 on two sides of the fourth raised line 23 slide in the third limit groove 212, and meanwhile, the whole fourth raised line 23 slides in the second limit groove 211 to compress the third spring 22, so that movable connection between the fourth raised line 23 and the main body 21 is realized.
The latch seat 3 of the present embodiment includes a seat body 31, a fourth spring 32, and a shutter 33. The base 31 includes a mounting plate 311 and a base 312. The fourth spring 32 and the shutter 33 are mounted in the seat 312 of the seat 31. The mounting plate 311 of the present embodiment is rectangular, and a first mounting hole 311a having a trapezoid shape is formed in the center of the mounting plate 311. The baffle 33 is disposed outside the first mounting hole 311a and presses the fourth spring 32 against the base 312. One end of the main body 21 passes through the first mounting hole 311a and abuts against the baffle 33, and the fourth protruding strip 23 is engaged with the first mounting hole 311a. The base 312 is fixedly arranged on one side of the mounting plate 311, and the base 312 is fixedly connected with the mounting plate 311 through adhesion. A cylindrical mounting groove 312a is formed in the center of the base 312, and the cylindrical mounting groove 312a is communicated with the first mounting hole 311a and is provided on the outer periphery of the first mounting hole 311a. The base 312 of the present embodiment is cylindrical, and the baffle 33 is a circular plate. The outer diameter of the baffle 33 is the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical mounting groove 312a, and the diameter of the baffle 33 is greater than the length and width of the first mounting hole 311a. Therefore, the diameter of the baffle plate 33 is larger than the length and the width of the first mounting hole 311a, the baffle plate 33 cannot fall out of the first mounting hole 311a, the baffle plate 33 shields the fourth spring 32 in the cylindrical mounting groove 312a, sundries are effectively prevented from entering, and the structure is attractive. The fourth spring 32 of the present embodiment is a cylindrical compression spring, and the outer diameter of the fourth spring 32 is the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical mounting groove 312 a. Therefore, the outer diameter of the fourth spring 32 is the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical mounting groove 312a, and when the baffle 33 compresses the fourth spring 32, the fourth spring 32 contacts with the outer edge of the baffle 33, so that the stress of the fourth spring 32 is more uniform, and the service life is long.
The base 31 is provided with a plurality of third mounting holes 311b, and the third mounting holes 311b are formed therein. The number of the third mounting holes 311b in the present embodiment is 4, and the third mounting holes are provided at four corners of the rectangular mounting plate 311. The mounting screws are inserted into the third mounting holes 311b, so that the fixing of the seat body 31 can be realized, and the fixed mounting of the latch seat 3 can be further realized.
The working principle of the top and bottom bolt device of the embodiment is as follows: after the door and window are closed, the user dials the deflector rod 12 to control the rear cover 14 to move upwards or downwards, so as to push the latch rod connected with the rear cover to move, the latch head 2 connected with the other end of the latch rod is driven to move together, when the latch head 2 is inserted into the latch seat 3, the main body 21 drives the fourth convex strip 23 to press the baffle 33 together, the baffle 33 presses the fourth spring 32, the fourth spring 32 contracts, the baffle 33 is supported by reverse action, two sides of the fourth convex strip 23 can contact two side walls of the first mounting hole 311a while the main body 21 is pressed down, the fourth convex strip 23 is pushed to press the third spring 22, the third spring 22 contracts and acts reversely so that the fourth convex strip 23 is pressed against the side wall of the first mounting hole 311a, the acting force of the third spring 22 and the fourth spring 32 is opposite, the main body 21 of the latch head 2 is firmly fixed by the action of the two, looseness and rotation can not occur, and the use safety is greatly improved.
The latch assembly for doors and windows of the present embodiment further includes a mounting base 4, and the mounting base 4 is provided on the outer periphery of the latch head 2. The mounting seat 4 of the present embodiment is similar to the seat body 31 in structure, and differs in that: the mounting seats 4 are hollow structures and different in size. The inner wall of the mounting seat 4 is provided with a fourth groove 41, and the fourth groove 41 is matched with the fourth convex strip 23. The latch head 2 can be fitted with the latch base 3 through the mounting base 4. The mounting seat 4 is arranged to facilitate the fixing of the latch head 2 and also plays a role in protecting the third spring 22. The fourth groove 41 can effectively prevent the latch head 2 from rotating in the mounting seat 4, so that stability is enhanced. The mounting seat 4 is provided with a plurality of second mounting holes 42, and the second mounting holes 42 are formed. The number of the second mounting holes 42 in the present embodiment is 4, and the second mounting holes are provided at four corners of the mounting base 4. The mounting screws are inserted into the third mounting holes 311b, so that the mounting seat 4 can be fixed, and the fixed mounting of the bolt head 2 can be further realized.
What has been described above is merely some embodiments of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.

the driving frame (13) is provided with a first groove (133) and a first raised line (134), the rear cover (14) is provided with a second raised line (142) and a third raised line (143), the panel (11) is provided with a second groove (111), the first raised line (134), the second raised line (142) and the second groove (111) are in sliding fit, and the third raised line (143) and the first groove (133) are in sliding fit;
the locking device (19) is arranged at one end of the panel (11), the locking device (19) comprises an adjusting head (191), a limiting piece (192), a first pressing piece (193) and a first fastening screw (194), a locking device mounting hole (112) is formed in the panel (11), the adjusting head (191) is arranged in the locking device mounting hole (112), the limiting piece (192) is arranged on the adjusting head (191), the first pressing piece (193) is arranged on the limiting piece (192), the first fastening screw (194) sequentially penetrates through the first pressing piece (193), the limiting piece (192) and the adjusting head (191) to be fixedly connected through threads, a stop block (192 a) is arranged on the limiting piece (192), and the stop block (192 a) is matched with the rear cover (14);
