The upper parts of the first lock frame 1-3 and the second lock frame 1-4 are respectively provided with two groups of lock hooks 1-10, and the lower parts of the first lock frame and the second lock frame are provided with limit grooves 1-11.
Two ends of a lock frame connecting rod 1-5 are arranged on horizontal guide sliding grooves 1-20 on the side surfaces of supporting seats 1-9 at two ends of the lower part of a first cross beam 1-1, and two ends of the lock frame connecting rod 1-5 are respectively connected with a first lock frame 1-3 and a second lock frame 1-4; the middle part of the lock frame connecting rod 1-5 is connected with a spanner 1-6.

The limiting rods 1-8 are placed at the lower parts of the first lock frame 1-3 and the second lock frame 1-4 along the direction parallel to the first cross beam 1-1, and when the lock frames are in an unlocking state, two ends of the limiting rods 1-8 are clamped into limiting grooves 1-11 at the lower parts of the first lock frame 1-3 and the second lock frame 1-4, and the middle parts of the limiting rods 1-8 are clamped into semicircular grooves at the lower parts of the touch keys 1-13.
The steel skeleton structure part 2 comprises a bending beam 3 and a chair body fixing seat 4.
The chair body fixing seat 4 is provided with a through hole 4-1, two end ports close to the through hole 4-1 are provided with a first supporting rod 4-2 and a second supporting rod 4-3, and the first supporting rod 4-2 and the second supporting rod 4-3 are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the extending direction of the through hole 4-1. The first support bar 4-2 and the second support bar 4-3 divide the through hole 4-1 into upper and lower spaces.
The bending beam 3 passes through the through hole 4-1 and is positioned on the first support rod 4-2 and the second support rod 4-3, namely is positioned in the upper space of the through hole 4-1, a first limit nail 3-1, a second limit nail 3-2 and a plurality of adjusting holes 3-3 are arranged on the side surface of the bending beam 3, which is contacted with the first support rod 4-2 and the second support rod 4-3, and a plurality of adjusting holes 3-3 are positioned between the first limit nail 3-1 and the second limit nail 3-2. When the chair back is pulled to move forwards or backwards, the first supporting rod 4-2 plays a limiting role on the first limiting nail 3-1 to prevent the chair back from moving forwards excessively; the second supporting rod 4-3 plays a limiting role on the second limiting nail 3-2 to prevent the chair back from excessively moving backwards.
An angle adjusting handle 5 is arranged below the lower space of the through hole 4-1, namely the first support rod 4-2 and the second support rod 4-3. One end of the angle adjusting handle 5 is connected with a tension spring 5-1, and the tension spring 5-1 is fixedly connected with the chair body fixing seat 4; the other end of the angle adjusting handle 5 extends out of the chair body fixing seat 4.
The angle adjusting handle 5 is provided with a first chute 5-2, the first chute 5-2 is arc-shaped, the angle adjusting pin 5-3 is connected to the first chute, and when the seat is in an adjusted state, the angle adjusting pin 5-3 is locked in an adjusting hole 3-3 on the bending beam 3, so that the bending beam 3 is fixed to the seat body fixing seat 4.
In the embodiment of the invention, the angle adjusting handle 5 is also provided with a second chute 5-4, a third supporting rod 5-5 is arranged in the second chute 5-4, and two ends of the third supporting rod 5-5 are connected with the chair body fixing seat 4. The third support bar 5-5 is used to support and position the angle adjustment knob 5.
In the embodiment of the invention, the end of the angle adjusting handle 5 extending out of the chair body fixing seat 4 is provided with the groove 5-6, so that an operator can conveniently extend in fingers to pull the angle adjusting handle 5.
The lower part of the seat body fixing seat 4 in the embodiment of the invention is also provided with two fixing shafts 4-4 which are oppositely arranged and are used for fixing the seat body fixing seat 4 on the child safety seat base fixing frame 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bending beam 3 is of a hollow structure, and three cross beams 3-4 are arranged on the bending beam and are used for installing and fixing other components of the child safety seat such as a headrest, a backrest, a cushion and the like.
The three cross beams 3-4 in the embodiment of the invention are fixedly connected with the bending beam 3 through screws 3-5.
The angle adjusting process in the angle adjusting device of the child safety seat in the embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, pulling the angle adjusting handle 5 to enable the angle adjusting pin 5-3 to move out of the adjusting hole 3-3, and pulling the chair body forwards or backwards; then the angle adjusting handle 5 is loosened, the angle adjusting handle 5 can reset under the tension of the tension spring 5-1, and two conditions exist at the moment, wherein the first condition is that the angle adjusting handle 5 resets to drive the angle adjusting pin 5-3 to be just inserted into the adjusting hole 3-3, so that the bending beam 3 is fixed on the chair body fixing seat 4; the first condition is that the angle adjusting handle 5 performs reset action to drive the angle adjusting pin 5-3 to be unable to be inserted into the adjusting hole 3-3, at this time, the chair body is slightly moved back and forth slightly, so that the angle adjusting pin 5-3 is inserted into the adjusting hole 3-3, and angle adjustment of the chair body is completed.
The headrest stay plate 6-1 of the headrest portion 6 in the embodiment of the invention is provided with a shoulder strap adjusting, fixing and quick-release structure 9, which includes a shoulder strap shaft 9-1, a first shoulder strap shaft adjusting member 9-2, a second shoulder strap shaft adjusting member 9-3, a fastening strip 9-4 and a spring steel sheet 9-5. The rear part of the chair body part 7 in the embodiment of the invention is provided with a back cushion structure 10. The back pad structure 10 consists of a left side surface 10-2, a right side surface 10-3 and an upper side surface 10-1, wherein the upper side surface 10-1 is in a circular arc shape and covers the left side surface 10-2 and the right side surface 10-3. In addition, a through hole 10-4 is formed in the middle of the upper side 10-1, a second fixing device 10-5 is arranged in the through hole 10-4, and one end of the second fixing device 10-5 is connected with the chair body part 7. The contact surface of the upper side 10-1 with the rear part of the seat part 7 is provided with first fixing means 10-6.
In the embodiment of the invention, the chair body part 7 is slidably arranged on the chair body fixing seat 4 of the child safety seat, and when the chair body is adjusted in angle, the chair body part 7 slides along the circular arc path for adjusting the angle. In the embodiment of the invention, the center of the arc path when the chair body part 7 slides along the arc path for angle adjustment and the center of the arc upper side surface 10-1 of the back cushion structure 10 are the same center point B, so that the arc upper side surface 10-1 of the back cushion structure 10 rotates around the point B at the same time when the arc path of the chair body part 7 slides for angle adjustment is ensured.
In the embodiment of the invention, the back cushion structure 10 is arranged on the side surface of the rear part of the seat body part 7 of the child safety seat, the back cushion structure 10 enables the automobile seat to keep a certain distance from the seat body part 7 of the child safety seat, and compared with the direct contact area between the seat body part 7 of the child safety seat and the automobile seat, the contact area between the back cushion structure 10 and the automobile seat is greatly reduced, so that the angle adjustment of the seat body part 7 of the child safety seat is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the two sides of the base fixing frame 1 are provided with the ISOFIX interface unlocking structures 11 of the child safety seat with the false triggering prevention function. The child safety seat ISOFIX interface unlocking structure 11 with the false triggering prevention function comprises a standard ISOFIX short interface 11-1, an interface extension rod 11-2, an unlocking handle 11-4, an unlocking toggle button 11-3, an interface connecting block 11-7 and a pressure spring 11-8. One end of the standard ISOFIX short connector 11-1 and one end of the connector extension rod 11-2 are fixedly connected by two rivets 11-5. The interface connection block 11-7 is fixed at the end part of the standard ISOFIX short interface 11-1 through two cross-slot pan head self-tapping screws 11-6. The unlocking knob 11-3 is connected with the connecting block 11-7 through a pressure spring 11-8. In the locked state of the ISOFIX interface of the child safety seat, the unlocking dial knob 11-3 covers the bottom of the slotted hole 11-9, and one end of the unlocking handle 11-2 with the handle is positioned behind the unlocking dial knob 11-3.
When the child safety seat is fixed on the automobile seat in specific application, the unlocking pulling button 11-3 moves away from the direction of the standard ISOFIX short interface 11-1 under the action of the elastic force of the pressure spring 11-8, the bottom of the slotted hole 11-9 is covered, and if the handle is pulled to separate the child safety seat from the automobile seat, the unlocking pulling button 11-3 needs to be pulled towards the direction close to the standard ISOFIX short interface 11-1, the unlocking pulling button 11-3 does not cover the bottom of the slotted hole 11-9 any more, the unlocking handle 11-4 is exposed, and an operator can extend into the finger to pull the handle, so that the effect of preventing misoperation is achieved.
In the embodiment of the invention, one end of the upper pull belt 12 is fixed on the upper pull belt fixing rod 4-5 in the seat body fixing seat 4, and the other end of the upper pull belt passes through the channel structure 10-7 which is arranged at the top of the upper side surface of the back cushion structure 10 and can enable the upper pull belt to pass through from top to bottom, thereby being fixed on a fixing anchor point above the automobile seat. Compared with the prior art that one end of the pull-up belt is fixed on the chair back of the child seat, the pull-up belt fixing structure designed in the embodiment of the invention does not need to loosen the pull-up belt when the chair back of the child safety seat is adjusted in angle, and can improve the usability of a user.
The application method of the child safety seat with the steel skeleton structure comprises a locking and unlocking method of a steel skeleton structure part and a base fixing frame, a seat body angle adjusting method, a shoulder strap adjusting, fixing and quick-dismantling structure, an ISOFIX interface unlocking structure of the child safety seat with an anti-false triggering function, and an upward pulling strap fixing method.
(1) Locking and unlocking method for steel skeleton structure part and base fixing frame
The locking method comprises the following specific steps:
1) Placing the chair body fixing seat 4 of the steel skeleton structure part 2 into a groove in the base upper cover 1-7 of the base fixing frame 1;
