背景技术
蜂蜜是由蜜蜂采集植物蜜腺分泌的汁液经充分酿造而成,中国大部分地区均有生产,以稠如凝脂、味甜纯正、清洁无杂质、不发酵者为佳。蜂蜜的主要成分为糖类,其中60%~80%是人体容易吸收的葡萄糖和果糖,主要作为营养滋补品、药用和加工蜜饯食品及酿造蜜酒之用,也可以替食糖作调味品。蜂蜜作为一种营养丰富的天然滋养食品,也是最常用的滋补品之一,其含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、润肠通便之功效。
现在很多人用蜂蜜与柠檬制成蜂蜜柠檬茶,蜂蜜柠檬茶具有美白养颜、降血脂、清热、解毒、润燥等多种功效。在现有蜂蜜柠檬茶的加工过程中通常需要将结晶的蜂蜜进行融化搅拌等,使蜂蜜便于使用,现在的蜂蜜融化和搅拌通常是人工利用热水或者热气等进行融化,在融化过程中进行人工搅拌,人工操作不仅搅拌效果不好,而且也大大的提高了工作人员的劳动强度,而且搅拌过程中蜂蜜很容易粘附在容器内壁上,使搅拌不均匀,后期还需要人工清理容器内壁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,以解决人工搅拌和融化蜂蜜导致效率低和搅拌效果不好的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案为:一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,包括机架和固设在机架上的搅拌桶,搅拌桶内的下部设有滤板,搅拌桶内转动连接有转轴,机架上设有驱动转轴转动的动力源,转轴上滑动连接有搅拌杆且搅拌杆可随转轴转动,搅拌桶内转轴的左右两侧处均设有输送管,输送管转动连接于滤板与搅拌桶顶壁之间,输送管的上部和下部侧壁上均开设有料口,输送管的内部转动连接有中心轴,中心轴上设有螺旋叶片,转轴上部设有用于驱动输送管与中心轴相反转动的传动机构,搅拌桶内壁上滑动连接有环形刮板,两个输送管的外侧壁上均开设有封闭的曲线滑槽,环形刮板的内侧设有与曲线滑槽配合的第一滑块,两个输送管的曲线滑槽之间滑动连接有水平的支撑环,搅拌杆滑动连接在支撑环的内侧,第一滑块滑动连接于曲线滑槽内,所述输送管转动能够通过所述曲线滑槽驱动支撑环与环形刮板往复升降。
本基础方案的工作原理在于:转轴转动带动搅拌杆对搅拌桶内的蜂蜜进行搅拌,同时转轴转动通过传动机构带动输送管和中心轴转动,且输送管与中心轴的转动方向相反,输送管转动通过曲线滑槽驱动支撑环与环形刮板往复升降,支撑环带动搅拌杆往复升降,环形刮板升降对搅拌桶内壁进行清理,中心轴转动通过螺旋叶片将输送管下部的蜂蜜运送到输送管的上部,然后再从输送管的上部料口流出。搅拌成流体状的蜂蜜通过滤板流动到搅拌桶底部。
本基础方案的有益效果在于:本方案中转轴转动时通过传动机构带动输送管和中心轴转动,从而通过曲线滑槽带动支撑环与环形滤板往复升降,支撑环升降带动搅拌杆往复升降,增大了搅拌杆的搅拌范围,增强了搅拌效果,提高了搅拌效率;环形滤板升降对搅拌桶的内壁进行清理,防止蜂蜜粘附在搅拌桶内壁上,使蜂蜜能够充分搅拌;本方案通过螺旋叶片将输送管下部的蜂蜜运送至输送管上部,提高了蜂蜜的流动性,进而提高了增强的搅拌效果。
进一步,传动机构包括固定连接在转轴上的第一齿轮,两个输送管上均套设有与第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,转轴与两个中心轴之间通过皮带连接。如此设置,转轴转动通过第一齿轮和第二齿轮带动两个输送管转动,同时转轴通过皮带带动两个中心轴转动,由于通过第一齿轮和第二齿轮的传动使两个输送管的转动方向与转轴的转动方向相反,即中心轴与输送管的转动方向相反,使中心轴转动时能够通过螺旋叶片将输送管下部的蜂蜜运送到输送管上部。

如图1所示,一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,包括机架,机架上固定连接有搅拌桶1,搅拌桶1的上部侧壁上开设有进料口8,搅拌桶1内的下部固定连接有滤板,滤板将搅拌桶1内部分隔为上下两部分,滤板的中部设有若干滤孔,滤孔可通过流体状的蜂蜜而阻挡结晶状的蜂蜜,滤板内桶填充有加热丝,搅拌桶1侧壁上用于加热加热丝的加热装置13,加热装置13加热加热丝的温度为40至50度。机架上转动连接有转轴2,转轴2位于搅拌桶1内,转轴2的下端转动连接在搅拌桶1的底壁上,转轴2与滤板、搅拌桶1顶壁转动连接,且转轴2与滤板之间设有旋转密封圈,转轴2位于滤板与搅拌桶1顶壁之间的部分的侧壁上设有定位键14,转轴2上滑动连接有圆环16,圆环16的内侧设有与定位键14配合的键槽,使圆环16不仅能够在转轴2上滑动,而且转轴2还能通过定位键14和键槽带动圆环16转动,圆环16的外侧壁上周向均布有三个搅拌杆15。转轴2位于滤板下方的部分设有若干搅拌桨19。
滤板与搅拌桶1顶壁之间设有两个输送管4,两个输送管4分别位于转轴2的左右两侧,且两个输送管4相对于转轴2对称,输送管4的下端转动连接在滤板上,输送管4的上端穿过搅拌桶1顶壁延伸至搅拌桶1上方,输送管4与搅拌桶1顶壁转动连接,输送管4位于搅拌桶1内的上部和下部侧壁上均开设有料口12。两个输送管4的内部均转动连接有中心轴9,中心轴9上设有螺旋叶片10,中心轴9转动通过螺旋叶片10能够将输送管4底部的物料运送至输送管4顶部。两个中心轴9的上端均穿过输送管4的顶壁延伸至输送管4上方,转轴2的上部固定连接有第一齿轮,两个输送管4的上端均套设有与第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,转轴2上部还固定连接有带轮,带轮与两个中心轴9之间连接有皮带3。
两个输送管4的外侧壁上均开设有封闭的曲线滑槽11,两个曲线滑槽11相对于转轴2相互对称,输送管4的料口12位于输送管4远离曲线滑槽11的一侧。搅拌桶1内的左右侧壁上均开设有竖直设置的导向槽5,两个导向槽5之间设有环形刮板6,环形刮板6的左右两端分别固定连接有与导向槽5配合的导向块,导向块滑动连接在导向槽5中,环形刮板6的侧壁与搅拌桶1的内壁接触,环形刮板6内侧的左右两端均固定连接有与曲线滑槽11配合的第一滑块7,两个第一滑块7分别滑动连接于两个输送管4的曲线滑槽11中,两个曲线滑槽11相近的一端之间设有支撑环18,支撑环18的左右两端均固定连接有第二滑块17,两个第二滑块17分别滑动连接在两个曲线滑槽11中,输送管4转动时能够通过曲线滑槽11带动支撑环18和环形刮板6往复升降,支撑环18的内侧开设有环形滑槽,三个搅拌杆15远离转轴2的一端均滑动连接在环形滑槽中。
具体实施时,将蜂蜜放入搅拌桶1内,启动加热装置13,加热装置13使滤板内部的加热丝加热,从而对滤板上的蜂蜜进行加热,使蜂蜜快速融化。然后启动电机,电机带动转轴2转动,转轴2带动搅拌杆15对蜂蜜进行搅拌破碎,被破碎的蜂蜜通过滤板上的滤孔流入搅拌桶1底部,一部分蜂蜜通过料口12进入输送管4中。转轴2转动通过第一齿轮带动两个第二齿轮转动,从而两个第二齿轮带动两个输送管4转动,同时转轴2转动通过皮带3带动两个中心轴9转动,且中心轴9与输送管4的转动方向相反,中心轴9带动螺旋叶片10转动,从而螺旋叶片10将输送管4底部的蜂蜜运送到输送管4上部,然后蜂蜜从输送管4上部的料口12排出,通过螺旋叶片10加强蜂蜜的流动,使蜂蜜在搅拌桶1内循环流动,同时螺旋叶片10对蜂蜜进行搅拌。输送管4转动时通过曲线滑槽11带动环形刮板6和支撑环18往复升降,环形刮板6升降对粘附在搅拌桶1内壁上的蜂蜜进行清理,支撑环18升降带动搅拌杆15往复升降,扩大搅拌杆15的活动范围,增强搅拌效果。转轴2转动带动搅拌桨19对搅拌桶1底部的蜂蜜进行搅拌,使蜂蜜均匀。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,其特征在于:包括机架和固设在机架上的搅拌桶,搅拌桶内的下部设有滤板,搅拌桶内转动连接有转轴,机架上设有驱动转轴转动的动力源,转轴上滑动连接有搅拌杆且搅拌杆可随转轴转动,搅拌桶内转轴的左右两侧处均设有输送管,输送管转动连接于滤板与搅拌桶顶壁之间,输送管的上部和下部侧壁上均开设有料口,输送管的内部转动连接有中心轴,中心轴上设有螺旋叶片,转轴上部设有用于驱动输送管与中心轴相反转动的传动机构,搅拌桶内壁上滑动连接有环形刮板,两个输送管的外侧壁上均开设有封闭的曲线滑槽,环形刮板的内侧设有与曲线滑槽配合的第一滑块,两个输送管的曲线滑槽之间滑动连接有水平的支撑环,搅拌杆滑动连接在支撑环的内侧,第一滑块滑动连接于曲线滑槽内,所述输送管转动能够通过所述曲线滑槽驱动支撑环与环形刮板往复升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,其特征在于:传动机构包括固定连接在转轴上的第一齿轮,两个输送管上均套设有与第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮,转轴与两个中心轴之间通过皮带连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,其特征在于:所述滤板内部填充有加热丝,搅拌桶侧壁上设有用于加热加热丝的加热装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,其特征在于:加热装置加热加热丝的加热温度为40至50度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于制备蜂蜜柠檬茶的装置,其特征在于:转轴位于滤板下方的部分固定连接有若干搅拌桨。
