the invention relates to a preparation process of a plant-fragrance fresh corn cooking liquor, which comprises the following steps:

(3) steaming fresh corn: the steam box controller 11 operates, the conversion motor 49 is started, the steam transmission device 50 rotates clockwise, the steam transmission pipe 51 is communicated with the steam transmission hole 52, the conversion motor 49 stops operating, the first heating plate 56 in the steam box 8 is electrified for heating, hot steam enters the oven 5 through the steam transmission pipe 51 for steam steaming the fresh corn, and when the fresh corn is steamed to eighty percent ripe, the steam box controller 11 stops operating, and the first heating plate 56 stops heating;
(4) exhausting steam from the oven: the steam exhaust controller 12 operates, the conversion motor 49 is started, the steam transmission device 50 rotates anticlockwise, the steam transmission pipe 51 and the steam transmission hole 52 are closed in a staggered mode, the conversion motor 49 stops operating, the steam exhaust device 2 is started to exhaust steam in the oven 5, and the steam exhaust controller 12 stops operating after the steam is exhausted;

The first heating plate 56 and the heating plate 4 according to the present embodiment adopt the same controllable electric heating structure, the first heating plate 56 is located at the lower portion of the cooking liquid 55, and the outer surface layer of the first heating plate 56 adopts a more sealed insulating structure so as to heat the cooking liquid 55.
