The invention provides a household appliance control method, in one embodiment of the household appliance control method, referring to the attached drawing 2, the household appliance control method comprises the following steps:
step S10, acquiring the total current value of the household appliance in the power consumption environment;
the method comprises the following steps that in all household appliances of the same family, part or all of the household appliances are in an operating state currently, the current values of all the household appliances in the power utilization environment are detected and obtained in real time, and the total current values of all the household appliances in current operation are obtained through calculation;
for example, the current values corresponding to all the home appliances in the operating state are detected in real time (the current values can be detected by all the home appliances in operation, and are collected to the control devices such as the control box through communication), wherein the current values corresponding to the home appliances capable of reducing the frequency are obtained as follows: i11, I12, I13 … …, the current values corresponding to the household electrical appliances that cannot be down-converted are: i21, I22 and I23 … ….
Step S20, judging whether the total current value is larger than a preset total current value;
the household power system is usually provided with a household total power limiting value, and if the total current of all household appliances in the current household power system exceeds the household total power limiting value, a tripping device in the household power system is tripped, so that the problem that the household circuit stops supplying power is caused, wherein the tripping device is used for cutting off the circuit. Therefore, by presetting the total current value, the upper limit of the household total current is set to prevent the circuit from being disconnected and causing the household appliances in the household circuit to stop supplying power. The preset total current value can be set to be slightly smaller than the household total power limiting value, so that when the total current value of household appliances in the household power system reaches the preset total current value, the tripping device cannot be immediately caused to trip to disconnect the circuit, the prevention effect is achieved, and a certain reaction time is provided for the household power system.
And step S30, when the total current value is larger than the preset total current value, controlling all household appliances which can reduce the frequency in the household appliances which are currently running to reduce the frequency for running.
Before that, information of all home devices in the home can be obtained in advance, including: whether each household appliance can reduce the frequency, and the lowest power consumption current value corresponding to each household appliance capable of reducing the frequency, such as the household appliance 1 is delta I11, the household appliance 2 is delta I12, and the household appliance 3 is delta I13, are judged, namely, the household appliance n is delta I1 n; the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency respectively correspond to the number of the frequency reduction levels capable of reducing the frequency and the power consumption current values of the household appliances respectively corresponding to the frequency reduction levels, and the power consumption current value delta Ie1 which can be saved when all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by one frequency reduction level, the power consumption current value delta Ie2 which can be saved when all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by two frequency reduction levels, and the power consumption current value delta Ien which can be saved when all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by n frequency reduction levels are comprehensively calculated. Wherein n is the degradable level of the household appliance with the highest degradable level in all the degradable household appliances.
Of course, it should be noted that there are various ways for all the down-frequency home appliances to operate in a frequency-reducing manner; all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by the same frequency reduction level and the same frequency reduction amplitude, or all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by different frequency reduction levels or different frequency reduction amplitudes and the like (wherein, when different household appliances reduce the same frequency reduction level, the corresponding frequency reduction amplitudes of different household appliances can be the same or different), and can be set according to the actual application condition. For example, suppose that the household appliances that can reduce the frequency in the same household power system are: the household appliance 1 is a household air conditioner, the household appliance 2 is a refrigerator, and the household appliance 3 is a water heater; the household air conditioner capable of reducing the frequency can be 4-level, the refrigerator capable of reducing the frequency can be 3-level, the water heater capable of reducing the frequency can be 2-level, and the frequency reduction amplitude of the household air conditioner, the refrigerator and the water heater can be different when the household air conditioner, the refrigerator and the water heater are reduced by one level; the household appliance equipment which can not reduce the frequency comprises: the household appliance 4 is a television, the household appliance 5 is a washing machine, and the household appliance which cannot be down-converted does not execute the step S30.
In this embodiment, the home appliance may be a home appliance such as an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a washing machine, or a range hood, or may be an office appliance such as a printer or a copier. The defined household appliances are different according to different scenes, and the scenes comprise a family scene, an office scene, a business scene (a market, a supermarket, and the like) and the like. The electricity utilization environment of the household appliance comprises a home environment, an office environment, a market environment and the like.
The total current of the power utilization environment of the household appliance is obtained, wherein the power utilization environment is a household power utilization environment as an example, and the household appliance is an air conditioner. Controlling the household appliance to start up based on the received household appliance starting-up instruction; and after the household appliance is started, confirming the total current of the current household electricity. In practical application, the household electricity is set by taking power as a unit, and the total current of the household electricity is calculated based on the detected total power of the household electricity. The method for converting the total power into the total current of the household power consumption is an existing current calculation formula, and is not described herein. Further, the step of obtaining the current total current of the household power comprises: and acquiring the real-time total power of the current household power, and calculating the current total current of the current household power according to the real-time total power.
When the total household electricity current is obtained, the specific scheme is that the total household electricity current is obtained, then the real-time voltage, the power factor and the like are obtained, then the power is converted into the total household current through calculation, and then the air conditioner is controlled through the total household electricity current and the specification of a household air switch. The total real-time power of the household can be apparent power, and can also be active power or reactive power. The specific confirmation is as follows:
1) the total power is apparent power and a voltage value is obtained in real time, and the current value is apparent power/voltage.
2) The total power is active power, and a voltage value and a power factor are obtained in real time, and at the moment, the current value is active power/power factor/voltage.
3) The total power is reactive power, and a voltage value and a power factor are obtained in real time, and at the moment, the current value is reactive power/(1-power factor)/voltage.
The current total current is the sum of the operating currents of all the electrical appliances in the total circuit loop of the electricity environment in which the household electrical appliance is located during the operation of the household electrical appliance, for example, three electrical appliances, namely, an air conditioner, a refrigerator and a television, are connected in the total current loop of the electricity environment in which the household electrical appliance is located, wherein the current operating current of the air conditioner is I1, the current operating current of the refrigerator is I2, and the current operating current of the television is I3, so that the current total current value of the electricity environment in which the household electrical appliance is located is I1+ I2+ I3.
In this embodiment, through with the total current value of tame electric installation under the power consumption environment with predetermine the total current value and compare, work as the total current value is greater than predetermine the total current value, but all tame electric installation that the frequency that can fall in the tame electric installation of control current operation reduces the frequency and operates, like this, can avoid among the prior art according to fixed power consumption priority come the direct tame electric installation of turning off to lead to surplus electric quantity too much and reduced power utilization's problem, be favorable to promoting the effective utilization ratio of family's electric power, and make in the tame electric installation of current operation, whole or as many tame electric installation can continue to keep working as far.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step S30 includes:
step S31, comparing the total current value with a preset total current value to obtain a first current difference value;
and when the total current value is larger than the preset total current value, calculating a difference value between the total current value and the preset total current value so as to obtain a first current difference value.
Step S32, determining a down-conversion level corresponding to the first current difference;
comparing the corresponding saved power consumption current value delta Ie1 when all the household electrical appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by one frequency reduction level with the first current difference value by taking the first current difference value as reference, and determining that the frequency reduction levels of all the household electrical appliances capable of reducing the frequency are in one level when the current value delta Ie1 is greater than or equal to the first current difference value; if the current value delta Ie1 is smaller than the first current difference, continuously comparing the corresponding saved power consumption current value delta Ie2 when all the currently-operated household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced by two frequency reduction levels with the first current difference, and if the current value delta Ie2 is larger than or equal to the first current difference, determining that the frequency reduction levels of all the currently-operated household appliances are in two levels; .., and so on. And finally determining the frequency reduction levels of all the frequency-reducing household appliances which are operated currently.
And step S33, controlling all household appliances capable of reducing the frequency to operate according to the frequency reduction level and the reduced frequency.
In this embodiment, the first current difference is obtained through calculation, and the corresponding frequency reduction grade is obtained through calculation by determining all running frequency-reduction household appliances according to the first current difference, and all frequency-reduction household appliances capable of reducing the frequency are controlled to run according to the frequency reduction grade, so that intelligent control is realized, effective utilization of household power is further improved, and all or as many household appliances as possible can continue to work in the currently running household appliances.
Specifically, step S33 includes:
step S331, when the household electrical appliance capable of reducing the frequency is matched with the frequency reduction grade;
step S332, determining the household electrical appliance corresponding to the frequency reduction level from the currently operating household electrical appliances, and determining the determined household electrical appliance as a household electrical appliance capable of frequency reduction.
That is, when the frequency-reducing stages corresponding to all currently operating frequency-reducing home appliances meet the frequency-reducing stage determined in step S32, it is determined that the currently operating frequency-reducing home appliances can reduce the frequency according to the frequency-reducing stage determined in step S32.
And S333, controlling all household appliances capable of reducing the frequency to operate according to the frequency reduction grade and reducing the frequency.
Step 334, when there is a household appliance unmatched with the frequency-reducing level in the household appliances capable of frequency-reducing, operating the household appliance unmatched with the frequency-reducing level at the level of the lowest frequency corresponding to the household appliance, and operating the household appliance matched with the frequency-reducing level at the frequency-reducing level;
in step S335, according to the down-conversion level determined in step S32, there may be a home appliance that does not match the down-conversion level among all currently operating down-conversion home appliances, for example, the down-conversion level of the home appliance 1 is two levels, whereas if the down-conversion level determined in step S32 is three levels, the down-conversion level of the home appliance 1 does not match the determined down-conversion level, and at this time, the home appliance that does not match the down-conversion level is down to the down-conversion level of the lowest frequency corresponding thereto, for example, the home appliance 1 is down to the second level corresponding to the lowest frequency. Meanwhile, the household appliance matched with the frequency reduction grade is reduced in frequency to operate according to the frequency reduction grade; to reduce the total current consumption value of the running household electrical appliance even more.
Further, referring to fig. 4, after the step S33, the method further includes:
step S34, the current first total current value of the power utilization environment is obtained again;
after all the currently running frequency-reducing household appliances are subjected to one round of frequency reduction, the power consumption current values of the corresponding household appliances are changed, so that the changed current values need to be detected again and obtained, the accuracy of the calculation result is ensured, and the accurate control is ensured.
Step S35, when the first total current value is larger than the preset total current value, determining the new frequency reduction level of the household appliance after the frequency reduction level is reduced;
if the updated first total current value obtained by re-detection is still larger than the original preset total current value, the total current value needs to be further reduced. At this time, the new down-conversion level is calculated with reference to step S32, and the update determination new down-conversion level is updated.
And step S36, controlling the household appliance after the frequency reduction level is reduced to reduce the frequency again according to the new frequency reduction level.
At this time, referring to steps S32 to S33, the household electrical appliance having completed the down-conversion level continues to down-convert the frequency; when the down-conversion level is determined continuously, if there is a household appliance that does not match the down-conversion level in step S33, step S331 to step S333 are executed continuously, so as to form a loop until all the running down-conversion household appliances are down to the down-conversion level with the lowest frequency corresponding to them.
In this embodiment, the frequency of all the household appliances capable of reducing the frequency is controlled to operate according to the frequency reduction level, so that the frequency of the household appliance capable of reducing the frequency currently operating can be reduced to reduce the difference between the first total current value and the preset total current value, the frequency reduction degree of each household appliance capable of reducing the frequency is balanced to the greatest extent, and the household power is optimally utilized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, after the step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, reducing all household electrical appliances capable of reducing frequency to the lowest frequency, then reacquiring the current second total current value of the power environment,
after all the currently-operated frequency-reducible household appliances are controlled to operate at the lowest frequency, the current values of the currently-operated household appliances in the current power utilization environment need to be updated again, and the updated second total current values of all the currently-operated household appliances are obtained through calculation.
Step S50, when the second total current value is larger than the preset total current value, comparing the second total current value with the preset total current value to obtain a second current difference value;
when the second total current value is greater than the preset total current value, the total current values of all the currently operated household appliances need to be further reduced. And further, calculating to obtain an updated second current difference value according to the comparison between the second total current value and the original preset total current value.
And step S60, when the household appliances with the power consumption larger than the second current difference exist in the currently running household appliances, controlling the household appliances with the power consumption larger than the second current difference to be closed.
If all the household appliances which are currently operated have the household appliances with the power consumption larger than the second current difference value, the step is executed; and if the power consumption of all the currently operated household appliances is smaller than the second current difference value, the step is not executed.
In this embodiment, after all the household electrical appliances capable of reducing the frequency are reduced to the lowest frequency for operation, the frequency reduction cannot be continuously utilized to reduce the total current value, so that the power distribution of the household electrical power on each household electrical appliance is optimized, and at this time, the household electrical appliances with the power consumption larger than the second current difference value are controlled to be turned off, so that the total current value can be further reduced, and thus, the household electrical appliances with high power consumption are selected, and the number of the household electrical appliances needing to be turned off can be minimized.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the step S60 includes:
and step S61, when a plurality of home appliances having power consumption values greater than the second current difference exist, controlling a home appliance having a power consumption value closest to the second current difference among the plurality of home appliances to be turned off.
In this embodiment, the household electrical appliance whose power consumption is closest to the second current difference value among all the household electrical appliances whose power consumption is greater than the second current difference value is selectively controlled to be turned off, so that the problem that the power utilization rate is reduced due to excessive residual power caused by directly turning off the household electrical appliance according to the fixed power utilization priority in the prior art can be avoided, that is, when the second total current value is reduced to be lower than the preset total current value, the problem that the power utilization rate is reduced due to excessive residual power caused by turning off the household electrical appliance whose power consumption current value is too large is prevented, and the effective utilization rate of the household electrical power is favorably improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, after the step S50, the method further includes:
and step S70, when the power consumption of the currently running household appliances is smaller than the second current difference, controlling the household appliances with the largest power consumption to be closed.
In this embodiment, the household electrical appliance with the largest power consumption is turned off by controlling all the household electrical appliances which are currently running, and if the second total current value is greater than the preset total current value, the household electrical appliances can be continuously turned off by sequentially selecting the power consumption of the household electrical appliances from large to small.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, after the step S20, the method further includes:
and step S80, when the total current value is less than or equal to the preset total current value, controlling the household appliance to operate in the current operation state.
In this embodiment, the detected total current value is compared with the preset total current value, and the obtained total current value is smaller than or equal to the preset total current value, that is, the total current values of all the currently operating household appliances do not exceed the upper limit, so that the stability of power consumption can be ensured, and then the household appliances are controlled to operate in the current operating state, and each household appliance continues to operate normally.
The invention also provides a control device, which comprises a memory, a processor and a household appliance control program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein the control device is electrically connected with the household appliance, and the steps of the household appliance control method are realized when the household appliance control program is executed by the processor.
