And then the drill bit is lifted out of the drill hole, and in the lifting process, the two ends of the second scraping plate 5 can be lifted to the upper ends of the straight hole 11.2 and the straight groove 12.2. After the drill bit is lifted out of the drill hole, the residual concrete blocks and the reinforcing steel bars in the hole are fished by the claw punching bucket, meanwhile, a worker cuts off the reinforcing steel bars wound on the tooth 8 and the pick 9 of the drill bit by using a gas cutting method outside the drill hole, and rotates the reset retainer ring 2, so that two ends of the second scraper 5 are clamped into the transverse outer reaming 11.1 and the transverse outer reaming groove 12.1 again. Of course, the rotary reset check ring 2 can be manually operated, or a bump is arranged on the outer circumference of the check ring 2, a section of spiral limiting inclined plane is fixed on the ground, the check ring 2 is blocked by the inclined plane in the ascending process, and can only ascend along the spiral of the inclined plane, that is, the rotary reset of the check ring 2 is synchronously completed in the process of pulling up the drill rod.
Continuously drilling down to a certain depth, reversely rotating to enable the cutting pick 9 to hold the low-position hook steel bars, then pulling up and cleaning, resetting the retainer ring 2, and reciprocating the retainer ring until the waste solid piles are completely removed, and continuously drilling down to the design depth of new piles; at this point, the old pile cleaning and the new pile hole forming are completed.

Claims (3)

1. the bottom bevel edge (7) of the first scraping plate (4) is lower than the bottom bevel edge (7) of the second scraping plate (5);
the mandrel (1) is rotatably sleeved with an outer sleeve (10), the inner end of the first scraping plate (4) is fixed with the outer sleeve (10), and the outer end of the first scraping plate (4) is fixed with the retainer ring (2); the pipe wall of the outer sleeve (10) is provided with P-shaped through holes (11) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second scraping plates (5), each P-shaped through hole (11) is composed of a transverse outer reaming (11.1) at the upper part and a straight hole (11.2) at the lower part, the height of each transverse outer reaming (11.1) is matched with the height of the inner end of each second scraping plate (5), and the width of each straight hole (11.2) is matched with the width of the inner end of each second scraping plate (5);
the inner circumferential surface of the retainer ring (2) is provided with P-shaped limit grooves (12) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the second scraping plates (5), each P-shaped limit groove (12) consists of an upper transverse outward expansion groove (12.1) and a lower straight groove (12.2), the height of each transverse outward expansion groove (12.1) is matched with the height of the outer end of each second scraping plate (5), and the width of each straight groove (12.2) is matched with the width of the outer end of each second scraping plate (5);
each second scraping plate (5) penetrates through the corresponding P-shaped through hole (11), the inner end of each second scraping plate (5) is fixed with the mandrel (1), and the outer end of each second scraping plate (5) is clamped into the corresponding P-shaped limiting groove (12).

firstly, removing soil around the top of a solid pile to be crushed to expose the pile top, driving a drill bit to descend, and enabling a retainer ring (2) of the drill bit to cover the pile top of the solid pile for preliminary limiting; in the initial state, the inner end of the second scraping plate (5) is positioned in a transverse outer reaming (11.1) of the P-shaped through hole (11), the outer end of the second scraping plate is positioned in a transverse outer reaming groove (12.1) of the P-shaped limiting groove (12), and at the moment, the second scraping plate (5) and the cutting pick (9) are positioned at the high position of the check ring (2);
the drill rod is driven to drill downwards, as the cutting pick (9) of the second scraper blade (5) is positioned at the high position of the retainer ring (2), the tooth wheel teeth (8) of the first scraper blade (4) are firstly contacted with the solid pile and crush the concrete of the pile body, meanwhile, the steel bars on the solid pile reinforcement cage are ground, the second scraper blade (5) positioned at the high position of the retainer ring (2) and the cutting pick (9) follow up the crushed solid pile concrete, and meanwhile, the cutting pick (9) is used for reaming the steel bars of the steel reinforcement cage and winding the steel bars separated from the steel reinforcement cage; in the drilling process of the drill bit, drill slag is upwards through gaps between scraping plates, and is brought out of the ground by spiral blades of a drill rod;
after drilling a certain depth, reversely rotating the drill rod and the mandrel (1), enabling the inner end of the second scraper blade (5) to rotate from the transverse outer reaming (11.1) of the P-shaped through hole (11) to the upper portion of the straight hole (11.2) and then to be pressed down to the bottom end of the straight hole (11.2), enabling the inner end of the second scraper blade (5) to rotate from the transverse outer reaming groove (12.1) of the P-shaped limiting groove (12) to the upper portion of the straight groove (12.2) and then to be pressed down to the bottom end of the straight groove (12.2), further enabling the second scraper blade (5) and the cutting pick (9) to descend to the lower position of the retainer ring (2), and then continuously reversely rotating for a plurality of circles to ensure that the cutting pick (9) hooks more broken steel bars;
then, a drill hole is lifted from the drill bit, in the lifting process, two ends of the second scraping plate (5) can rise to the upper ends of the straight hole (11.2) and the straight groove (12.2), then, a gas cutting method is used for cutting off the steel bars wound on the cutting pick (9) of the drill bit, and the retainer ring (2) is rotated, so that the two ends of the second scraping plate (5) are clamped into the transverse outward reaming (11.1) and the transverse outward reaming groove (12.1) again;
