Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical additives for oil and gas fields, in particular to an aluminum-based plugging treating agent for drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With increasingly complex conditions of stratum encountered during drilling, the drilling operation has higher requirements on the anti-collapse performance of drilling fluid and the capability of strengthening the well wall. The plugging anti-collapse treating agent can block the channels of hydration by plugging primary pores and microcracks of the stratum, improve the plugging capability of the drilling fluid, reduce the invasion of free water in the drilling fluid into the stratum, and reduce the collapse pressure of the stratum, thereby playing a role in stabilizing the well wall. The plugging and anti-collapse treating agent mainly comprises asphalt treating agents such as emulsified asphalt, sulfonated asphalt, oxidized asphalt and the like, and treating agents such as silicate, polymer alcohol and the like.
The asphalt treating agent is produced by using asphalt grains in the treating agent to soften and deform at the temperature near the softening point and to be squeezed into cracks and pores of stratum under the action of pressure difference to block the cracks and pores in well wall and to realize collapse preventing effect. However, the anti-collapse effect of the asphalt treating agent is greatly influenced by the softening point of the raw material asphalt, the effective action temperature is the temperature near the softening point, and the formation microcracks are difficult to be effectively blocked in a broad-spectrum temperature range. Silicate treating agents such as sodium silicate, potassium silicate and methyl silicate can form ions, colloids and high-molecular nano-scale particles with different sizes in water, and a layer of protective film is formed on the surface of stratum rock through the actions of adsorption, diffusion, chemical precipitation and the like to plug stratum microcracks. The polyalcohol and the conventional drilling fluid treating agent have good compatibility, are biodegradable, low-toxic or nontoxic, have the characteristic of environmental friendliness, and have low fluorescence, so that the oil-gas layer can be identified and found. However, the cloud point temperature limits, the effective action temperature range of the polyalcohol treating agent is limited, and the cloud point temperature is required to be equivalent to the bottom circulation temperature so as to effectively improve the anti-collapse performance of the drilling fluid. And the polyalcohol treating agent is a nonionic surfactant, which often causes the problem of foaming of the drilling fluid to be prominent.
The aluminum compound has unique physical and chemical properties, can generate morphological change according to different pH values, and can weaken the expansion of the shale, plug pore throats and microcracks and strengthen the well wall through the actions of electrical neutralization, ion adsorption and chemical precipitation. In recent years, research and application of aluminum-based drilling fluid anti-sloughing treating agents have become one of the hot spots in the field of drilling fluid research. The existing aluminum-based treating agent mainly comprises AlCl3·6H2O、Al2(SO4)3·18H2O、KAl(SO4)2·12H2O and NaAlO2Iso-inorganic salts and some aluminum-based drilling fluidsA treatment agent product. US 5110484a uses sodium aluminate to react with syrup to synthesize an aluminum compound, which controls the hydration dispersion of shale. Liuwei, etc. react with aluminum compound, stabilizer and chelating agent at certain temperature, and then are neutralized, dried and crushed to obtain the aluminum compound mudstone inhibitor WJ-1 (Liuwei, etc. high-performance aluminum compound drilling fluid system research, drilling fluid and completion fluid, 2011,28(1): 18-23). The technology needs a crushing process, is a solid treating agent, has low compatibility with a drilling fluid system, and can influence the rheological property of the drilling fluid in use.
