Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the existing vanity mirror illuminating lamp is prone to discomfort of human eyes during use, a first aspect of the present invention provides a sun visor for a vehicle, the sun visor including a sun visor body and a vanity mirror assembly embedded in the sun visor body, the vanity mirror assembly including a light source, a vanity mirror and a vanity mirror base for carrying the vanity mirror, the vanity mirror base being provided with a light source mounting location, the light source mounting location being configured to enable light emitted by the light source to be emitted after being reflected by the sun visor body.
In a preferred technical solution of the sun visor for a vehicle described above, a groove is provided at a side portion of the vanity mirror base to form the light source mounting position, and the light source is disposed in the groove.
In the preferable technical scheme of the sun visor for the vehicle, the grooves are arranged on two sides or four sides of the cosmetic mirror base.
In the preferable technical scheme of the sun visor for the vehicle, a cosmetic mirror installation groove for installing the cosmetic mirror is formed in the top of the cosmetic mirror base.
In a preferred embodiment of the sun visor for a vehicle, the light source is an LED lamp or an optical fiber.
In a preferred embodiment of the sun visor for a vehicle, a recess for mounting the vanity mirror assembly is provided on the sun visor body, the recess includes a sidewall, and a gap is provided between the sidewall and the vanity mirror assembly, so that light emitted from the light source can be transmitted through the gap.
In the above preferred technical solution of the sun visor for a vehicle, the surface of the side wall is an arc-shaped surface.
In the above-mentioned preferred technical solution of the sun visor for a vehicle, the vanity mirror assembly further includes a controller configured to control the light source to be turned on slowly and/or turned off slowly; and/or the controller further comprises a brightness adjustment module.
In a preferred technical solution of the above vehicle sun visor, the brightness adjusting module is a gesture sensing part.
The technical scheme includes that the light source installation position is arranged on the vanity mirror base of the sun visor, light rays emitted by the light source can be reflected by the sun visor body and then emitted, namely, the light rays are reflected by the fabric of the sun visor body and then emitted from a gap between the sun visor body and the vanity mirror or the vanity mirror base, the light rays emitted by the light source are changed into soft light after diffused reflection by the sun visor body, a halo is formed at the edge of the vanity mirror, the backlight effect is achieved, the light rays irradiated on the vanity mirror and the eyes are softer, the illumination intensity entering the eyes is reduced, direct stimulation to the eyes is relieved, the comfort level of the eyes is improved, meanwhile, the attractiveness of the vanity mirror assembly is improved, and user experience is improved.
Further, the light source can be better integrated in the cosmetic mirror assembly by arranging the groove on the cosmetic mirror base to form the light source mounting position. In addition, the grooves can play a good gathering role and a good guiding role for light rays emitted by the light source, so that the light rays emitted to the sun shield body fabric are more concentrated, and a better backlight effect is achieved.
Further, set up the vanity mirror mounting groove at the top of vanity mirror base, inlay the vanity mirror and establish in this mounting groove, can protect the vanity mirror well, also can prevent that the passenger from using the in-process of vanity mirror by the vanity mirror fish tail simultaneously. In addition, the surrounding wall part of the mounting groove can be used as the edge decoration of the cosmetic mirror, and the edges with different shapes and colors can be decorated for the cosmetic mirror by changing the appearance of the surrounding wall and changing the color of the material of the base of the cosmetic mirror, so that more selectivity is provided for customers.
Further, a concave part for mounting the cosmetic mirror is arranged on the sun visor body, the concave part comprises a side wall, a gap is formed between the side wall and the cosmetic mirror assembly, for example, a gap is formed between the side wall and the edge of the cosmetic mirror or between the side wall and the base of the cosmetic mirror, so that light emitted by the light source can penetrate through the gap, and a backlight effect is formed.
Furthermore, the surface of the side wall of the concave part is set to be an arc-shaped surface, so that the surface area of the concave part for reflecting light can be effectively increased, the diffuse reflection of the light is enhanced, the light emitted from the gap is softer, and a better backlight effect is obtained.
Furthermore, the controller is arranged to control the slow lighting and/or slow extinguishing operation of the light source, so that the adaptation time of the human eyes to the light when the customer lights or extinguishes the light source can be prolonged, the human eyes can be smoothly transited to the light environment in the dark environment or the dark environment from the light environment, and further the human eyes are prevented from generating uncomfortable feeling.
Further, the controller is arranged to control the brightness adjustment operation of the light source, so that the brightness of the light source can be adjusted according to the change of the ambient brightness during the use of the cosmetic mirror by a user, and a more comfortable experience can be obtained.
The second aspect of the present invention also provides a vehicle comprising a roof and a sun visor for a vehicle as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, which sun visor is pivotally connected to the roof.
It can be understood that the vehicle has all the technical effects of the vehicle sun visor, and the description is omitted.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the embodiments described below are explained in conjunction with a passenger car, this is not intended to be limiting and the sun visor of the present invention is equally applicable to trucks, buses and the like, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, the manufacturing process of the sun visor body, the installation manner and the installation position of the sun visor body, which are well known to those skilled in the art, are not described in detail in order to highlight the gist of the present invention.
Based on the problem that the cosmetic mirror illuminating lamp in the prior art pointed out by the background art is prone to causing discomfort of human eyes, the invention provides a sun visor for a vehicle, and aims to reduce direct stimulation of a light source to human eyes when a passenger uses a cosmetic mirror and improve use comfort.
Referring to fig. 1-6, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of the sun visor for a vehicle of the present invention, showing a mounted position of a vanity mirror assembly; FIG. 2 is a schematic sectional view taken along line A-A of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a schematic sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a first embodiment of a vanity mirror base of the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a second embodiment of a vanity mirror base of the present invention; fig. 6 is a schematic view of a third embodiment of the cosmetic mirror base of the present invention.
The present embodiment is described taking a sun visor on the driving side of a passenger vehicle as an example, but the sun visor in the present embodiment is also suitable for being disposed on the passenger side.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the sun visor 1 in the present embodiment includes a sun visor body 11 and a vanity mirror assembly 12 embedded in the sun visor body 11. The sun visor body 11 forms a basic frame of the sun visor 1 and serves to support a vanity mirror assembly 12. The sun visor body 11 generally has a main body frame formed by injection molding, and a foam material is filled in the main body frame, and then an outer skin is formed of the foam material to form the sun visor body 11. The skin can be made of leather, PU fabric, velvet fabric, knitted fabric, suede and the like. In order to achieve the aesthetic appearance of the interior, the skin of the sun visor 1 needs to be at least as close to or uniform as the shade of the ceiling.
Vanity mirror assembly 12 includes a light source 124, a vanity mirror 121, and a vanity mirror mount 122 for carrying vanity mirror 121. The cosmetic mirror 121 is a plane mirror and is fixedly mounted on the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122, and the cosmetic mirror base 122 is embedded on the sun visor body 11.
The vanity mirror base 122 is provided with a light source mounting position 123 for mounting the light source 124, and the light source mounting position 123 is configured to enable light emitted by the light source 124 to be emitted after being reflected by the sun visor body 11, that is, the light is emitted from a gap between the sun visor body and the vanity mirror or the vanity mirror base after being reflected by the fabric of the sun visor body.
According to the technical scheme, the light source installation position is arranged on the cosmetic mirror base of the sun visor and enables light rays emitted by the light source to be emitted after being reflected by the sun visor body, namely, the light rays are emitted from a gap between the sun visor body and the cosmetic mirror or the cosmetic mirror base after being reflected by the fabric of the sun visor body, the light rays emitted by the light source are changed into soft light after being subjected to diffuse reflection by the sun visor body, a halo is formed at the edge of the cosmetic mirror, the backlight effect is achieved, the light rays irradiating the cosmetic mirror and the human eyes are softer, the illumination intensity entering the human eyes is reduced, direct stimulation to the human eyes is relieved, the comfort level of the human eyes is improved, meanwhile, the attractiveness of the cosmetic mirror assembly is improved, and user experience is further improved.
Specifically, the side of the cosmetic mirror base 122 is provided with a recess 1221 to form the light source mounting position 123, and the light source 124 is disposed in the recess 1221. Referring to fig. 4, grooves 1221 are provided at upper and lower sides of the cosmetic mirror base 122. Referring to fig. 5, grooves 1221 are provided at left and right sides of the vanity mirror base 122. Referring to fig. 6, a recess 1221 is provided around the cosmetic mirror base 122. Of course, the arrangement position of the grooves 1221 may be selected as desired, and for example, the grooves 1221 may be arranged on the left and right sides and the lower side of the mirror base 122 after the mirror cover (not shown) is pivotally connected to the mirror base 122. By providing a recess in the vanity mirror base to form the light source mounting location, the light source can be better integrated into the vanity mirror assembly. In addition, the grooves can play a good gathering role and a good guiding role for light rays emitted by the light source, so that the light rays emitted to the sun shield body fabric are more concentrated, and a better backlight effect is achieved.
It should be noted that the groove may be a continuous elongated groove, or may be a plurality of grooves with shorter lengths arranged at intervals. In addition, when the cosmetic mirror 121 can completely cover the surface of the cosmetic mirror base 122 as shown in fig. 2, the groove may not be formed, and the cosmetic mirror 121 and the cosmetic mirror base 122 together form the groove as shown in fig. 4, so that the overall size of the cosmetic mirror base 122 can be reduced.
Further, the cosmetic mirror 121 and the cosmetic mirror base 122 have various coupling combinations. Referring to fig. 2 or 3, the mounted cosmetic mirror 121 may completely cover the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122. Referring to fig. 4, the mounted cosmetic mirror 121 (not shown) may be fitted to the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122, that is, the surface shape of the cosmetic mirror 121 is the same as or similar to the surface shape of the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122. Referring to fig. 5 or 6, the surface shape of the cosmetic mirror 121 is smaller than the top surface of the cosmetic mirror base 122, and a cosmetic mirror mounting groove 1222 for mounting the cosmetic mirror 121 is formed at the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122, so that the cosmetic mirror 121 is embedded at the top of the cosmetic mirror base 122. Set up the vanity mirror mounting groove through the top at the vanity mirror base, inlay the vanity mirror and establish in this mounting groove, can protect the vanity mirror well, also can prevent that the passenger from using the in-process of vanity mirror by the vanity mirror fish tail simultaneously. In addition, the surrounding wall part of the mounting groove can be used as the edge decoration of the cosmetic mirror, and the edges with different shapes and colors can be decorated for the cosmetic mirror by changing the appearance of the surrounding wall and changing the color of the material of the base of the cosmetic mirror, so that more selectivity is provided for customers.
The light source 124 may be a plurality of individual LED lamps, or a LED strip, or an optical fiber, or other types of light sources may be used. Referring to fig. 2, after the light source 124 is turned on, the light emitted by the left light source 124 is directed to the left sun visor body 11, and the light emitted by the right light source 124 is directed to the right sun visor body 11, and after being diffusely reflected by the fabric of the sun visor body 11, the light is emitted from the gap between the cosmetic mirror 121 and the sun visor body 11, so as to illuminate the edge position of the cosmetic mirror 121, thereby generating a backlight effect. It can be understood that only if there is a gap between the sun visor body 11 and the vanity mirror 121 or the vanity mirror base 122, the light can overflow, and the backlight effect can be generated.
Further, a recess (not labeled) for mounting the vanity mirror assembly 12 is disposed on the sun visor body 11, the recess includes a sidewall 111, referring to fig. 2 or fig. 3, a gap is formed between the sidewall 111 of the recess and the vanity mirror assembly, specifically, when the vanity mirror 121 completely covers the vanity mirror base 122, a gap is formed between the sidewall 111 of the recess and an edge of the vanity mirror 121, and when the surface of the vanity mirror 121 is smaller than the top of the vanity mirror base 122, a gap is formed between the sidewall 111 of the recess and the top edge of the vanity mirror base 122, so that light emitted from the light source can be transmitted through the gap, and the backlight effect is achieved.
Further, the surface of the side wall of the recess is an arc-shaped surface. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the top edge of the side wall is a convex arc surface, and the side wall positioned below is a plane; the lower side wall can of course also be curved, preferably concave curved. The concave arc-shaped surface can effectively increase the surface area of the concave part for reflecting light rays, enhance the diffuse reflection of the light rays, make the light rays emitted from the gap softer and obtain better backlight effect. The convex arc-shaped surface can increase the gap between the sun visor body 11 and the cosmetic mirror 121, which is beneficial to the overflow of light.
According to some examples of the invention, the visor further comprises a controller (not shown). The controller is used to control the slow illumination and/or slow extinction of the light source 124. For example, when the light source is connected with a switch, the switch is pressed to electrify the light source, and the controller enables the light source to be slowly lightened from dark to light; conversely, when the supply of the light source 124 is cut off, the controller causes it to be slowly extinguished from the bright-dark state. The controller realizes the control of the slow lightening and/or slow extinguishing of the light source, can be realized by the control of a single chip microcomputer, and can also be realized by combining other controllers with programming. The operation of slowly lighting or slowly extinguishing the light source is realized through control, the adaptation time of the eyes of a customer to the illumination when the light source is lighted or extinguished can be prolonged, so that the eyes of the customer can be smoothly transited to the illumination environment in the dark environment or smoothly transited to the dark environment from the illumination environment, and further the eyes of the customer are prevented from generating uncomfortable feeling.
In still other embodiments, the controller further comprises a brightness adjustment module for adjusting the brightness of the light source 124. The brightness adjustment module may be implemented by the user by contact with the visor, for example of the manual rotary push button type or the like. In some examples, the brightness adjusting module is a gesture sensing component, and a commercially available gesture sensing component can be adopted, so that the brightness adjustment is realized by sensing the gesture operation of the user. Such commercially available gesture sensing means either comprise light sensing means or comprise infrared sensing means etc. The brightness is adjusted through gesture operation, so that a user can obtain more comfortable user experience.
Further, an accommodating space (not shown) in which the controller is mounted is formed in the cosmetic mirror base 122 to dispose the controller inside the cosmetic mirror base 122. For example, the bottom of the cosmetic mirror base 122 is recessed upward to form a receiving space for mounting the controller. The controller may be connected to a trigger, or switch, to facilitate the control operation. The controller can be realized by the single chip microcomputer, for example, when a plurality of LED lamps connected in series are adopted, the single chip microcomputer can be controlled to realize multiple modes of one-by-one lighting of the LED lamps, constant lighting of the LED lamps, dimming of the LED lamps and the like, the aesthetic feeling in the use process can be increased, and meanwhile, the eye protection effect can be realized.
Finally, on the basis of the above technical solution, the present invention further provides a vehicle including a ceiling and the sunvisor 1 for a vehicle described in the above technical solution, the sunvisor 1 for a vehicle being pivotally connected to the ceiling.
It can be understood that the vehicle has all the technical effects of the vehicle sun visor 1, and the description is omitted.
