The invention discloses a door plate straightener which comprises an adjusting seat, an adjusting rod, a screw rod and a fixing seat, wherein the upper end of the adjusting rod is arranged in the adjusting seat, the adjusting rod can rotate relative to the adjusting seat, the lower end of the adjusting rod is in threaded connection with the upper end of the screw rod, and the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the fixing seat. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the deformed door panel can be straightened.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the door plate straightener provided by the invention comprises an adjusting seat 1, an adjusting rod 2, a screw rod 3 and a fixing seat 5, wherein the upper end of the adjusting rod 2 is arranged in the adjusting seat 1, the adjusting rod 2 can rotate relative to the adjusting seat 1, the lower end of the adjusting rod 2 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the screw rod 3, the lower end of the adjusting rod 2 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the screw rod 3, and the lower end of the screw rod 3 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat 5. When the door plate straightener is installed on the door plate, the adjusting rod 2 is rotated, and the adjusting rod enables the screw rod to generate tensioning force inwards or supporting force outwards, so that the deformed door plate is straightened.
The upper part of the adjusting rod 2 is provided with a first annular concave edge 21 and a second annular concave edge 22, the adjusting seat 1 is provided with a through hole 10 for the adjusting rod to pass through, the inner diameter of the through hole 10 is matched with the outer diameter of the adjusting rod 2, and the inner wall of the through hole 10 is provided with a first annular flange 11 and a second annular flange 12 which are matched with the first annular concave edge 21 and the second annular concave edge 22. The upper part of the adjusting rod 2 is embedded in the adjusting seat 1, and the adjusting rod 2 can rotate relative to the adjusting seat 1. Of course, the connection between the adjusting seat and the adjusting rod may be other structures, as long as the adjusting rod is fixed in the adjusting seat and can rotate relative to the adjusting seat.
The door plate straightener further comprises an L-shaped hexagonal key 6, the upper end face of the adjusting rod 2 is provided with a hexagonal hole 23 matched with the hexagonal key 6, and the hexagonal key 6 is used for rotating the adjusting rod 2 from the outside of the door plate, so that the flatness of the door plate can be adjusted conveniently. The door plate straightener can be arranged on the surface of the door plate or inside the door plate. The hexagonal key 6 and the hexagonal hole 23 of the adjusting lever 2 are designed to conveniently adjust the door plate straightener installed inside the door plate.
The adjusting seat 1 is provided with a mounting hole 13 for locking the adjusting seat on the door plate. The fixing base 5 is provided with a mounting hole 52 for locking the fixing base on the door plate.
The adjusting seat 1 comprises a first body and a second body, wherein at least one limiting convex column 15 is arranged on the first body, and a limiting hole 16 matched with the limiting convex column is arranged on the second body. The spacing projection 15 passes spacing hole 16, and spacing projection 15 and spacing through-hole play the effect that prevents first body for the parallel slip of second body, and cooperation mounting hole 13 only need with a screw can lock first body and second body on the door plant.
The adjusting seat 5 is provided with a containing groove 50 for the lower end of the screw rod 3 to pass through, grooves 30 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the end part of the screw rod 3, the positions of the two grooves 30 are staggered up and down, and the containing groove 50 is provided with two convex parts 500 meshed with the two grooves 30. As shown in fig. 2, the grooves 30 are perpendicular to the screw 3, are arranged on two sides of the end of the screw 3, and are perpendicular to the plate surface to be fixed during installation, the convex parts 500 are clamped into the grooves 30 along the direction perpendicular to the plate surface to be fixed, so that the lower end of the screw 3 is fixed and cannot move up and down, but can move along the direction perpendicular to the plate surface, so that the screw cannot fall off easily along the direction of the screw, but can be detached along the direction perpendicular to the plate surface, and the installation and the detachment are facilitated.
Screw holes 51 are further formed in two sides of the accommodating groove 50, and the screw 3 is locked on the fixing base 1 through screws.
The screw 3 is sleeved with a silencing pipe 4, and the silencing pipe 4 can prevent the screw 3 from touching the door plate.
The adjusting seat 1 is provided with a first positioning column 17, and the fixing seat 5 is provided with a second positioning column 53. When the door plate straightener is clamped into the mounting groove 01 of the door plate, the first positioning column 17 and the second positioning column 53 are aligned with the two positioning holes 02 on the inner side of the mounting groove 01, so that the door plate straightener is convenient to mount, and the positions of the adjusting seat 1 and the fixing seat 5 on the door plate are further fixed.
Referring to fig. 3, before the door plate straightener is installed, a door plate needs to be grooved and perforated according to the shape of the door plate straightener;
Referring to fig. 4, in the installation, the adjusting seat and the adjusting rod are assembled, and then the adjusting rod and the screw rod sleeved with the silencing pipe are assembled; the fixed seat is assembled on the lower part of the screw rod and is locked with a screw; the assembled door panel straightener is then assembled to the wood panel and the screws are tightened (as shown in fig. 5).
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a door panel structure with door panel straighteners mounted on both sides. Since the door plate straightener is hidden in the mounting groove 01 of the door plate (the wood plate A), when the adjustment is needed, a hexagonal key is used to extend into the hexagonal hole of the adjusting rod from the hole 03 of the door plate (the wood plate B) for adjustment. The surface of the door plate is kept flat, and the normal use of the door plate is not affected.
