Description

Saccule device for auxiliary vision under endoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a balloon device for assisting vision under an endoscope.
Background
In recent years, with the progress of technology, endoscopes have long been more than a simple diagnostic tool, which is a very good therapeutic tool for endoscopists. Regarding the stomach wall of the digestive tract, there are mucosal layer, submucosa, intrinsic base layer and serosa layer from inside to outside; submucosa contains abundant blood, nerve and lymphatic vessels, which are also the main reasons that once a tumor grows to submucosa, metastasis can occur; the submucosa has a characteristic that the submucosa is very loose, the submucosa can be unfolded by injecting liquid into the submucosa through an injection needle, and the focus of the submucosa is gradually and completely detached under direct vision of an endoscope after the submucosa is unfolded through injection by utilizing the characteristic of the submucosa. The biggest advantage of ESD is that it is minimally invasive, because only the mucous membrane is resected locally, it has little effect on the whole body state, and under the condition of no complications, the patient can recover diet 24 hours after operation, discharge from hospital in 3-4 days, and at the same time, the alimentary canal such as esophagus or stomach can be reserved, and the functions of the alimentary canal can not be affected. However, the current clinical ESD technique has high requirements on endoscope technology of operators, long operation time for stripping mucous membrane, and complications such as bleeding, perforation and the like can be caused if improper treatment is carried out during mucous membrane stripping.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: the invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an endoscope auxiliary view balloon device aiming at the defects of the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an endoscope auxiliary view balloon device, which comprises a balloon and a tube body communicated with the balloon, wherein the balloon is arranged at the tail end of the tube body, and more than one coil for mounting a surgical tissue clip is arranged on the balloon.
In the invention, the balloon comprises a balloon inner core and a balloon body, more than one through hole is arranged between the balloon inner core and the balloon body, and the tube body is communicated with the balloon inner core.
In the invention, the number of the coils is four.
In the invention, the included angle between the adjacent coils is 90 degrees, so that the tissue clamp is ensured to be dispersed, and the focus part is clamped in a large area.
In the invention, one end of the tube body, which is far away from the balloon, is provided with the connector, the connector is in sealing connection with the tube body, so that the balloon is prevented from leaking gas, and the tube body is connected with the injector in an auxiliary way to be inflated or filled with liquid.
In the invention, the detachable one-way valve is arranged on the connecting head to prevent the balloon from leaking.
In the invention, the cross section of the balloon after the balloon is expanded is flat apple-shaped, the shape of the balloon is similar to that of an apple, more tissues are wrapped by the balloon at the minimum height, and the arrangement of coils is also facilitated.
In the invention, after the balloon is expanded, local tissues are spread, and the endoscope is matched to expand the visual field, thereby facilitating the release of the tissue clamp and the implementation of the operation.
The beneficial effects are that: the device can quickly and effectively assist the smooth completion of the ESD operation, shortens the operation time, relieves the pain of a patient, reduces the labor intensity of a doctor and ensures that the ESD mucous membrane is fully exposed under the view of an endoscope.
Drawings
The foregoing and other advantages of the invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of the invention when taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the present device;
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the tape joint and one-way valve;
FIG. 3 is a schematic structural diagram;
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of the use.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples:
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a balloon device for an auxiliary view under an endoscope, which comprises a balloon inner core 1, a through hole 2, a balloon 3, a coil 4, a tube body 5, a connector 6 and a one-way valve 7; the four coils 4 are bound at the proximal end of the balloon inner core 1, the tube body 5 is in cementing connection with the balloon inner core 1, the distal end of the balloon inner core 1 is sealed by glue or other process modes, and the proximal end of the tube body 5 is in sealing connection with the connector 6. More than one through hole 2 is arranged between the balloon inner core 1 and the balloon 3.
In this embodiment, the balloon inner core 1 is preferably made of plastic tubing, the balloon 3 is preferably made of rubber, and the coil 4 is preferably made of nylon.
The number of the coils 4 is four, and the included angle between the adjacent coils 4 is 90 degrees. The tissue clamp 8 is ensured to be dispersed, and the edge of the cut wound surface is effectively clamped.
The balloon is filled with liquid or gas and then becomes flat apple, and more tissues are wrapped by the balloon at the minimum height.
As shown in fig. 2, a check valve 7 is connected to the connector 6 at the proximal end of the tube. When in ESD operation, air or liquid is fed through the one-way valve 7 according to the requirement, and the one-way valve 7 does not need secondary locking; if the air is required to be discharged or the liquid is released in the middle, the one-way valve 7 can be rotated down, or other valve bodies such as a three-way valve and the like which can rotate to discharge the air (the liquid) can be selected. Here the non-return valve 7 or other three-way valve is not an essential part, which can be removed when using a pressure pump which can hold pressure.
The principle and the using method of the embodiment are as follows:
Principle of: the device utilizes the scalability of sacculus 3, injects suitable gas or liquid according to the size of the mucosa that cuts, after fixed sacculus body is with liquid injection sacculus, the sacculus body can be lived to the mucous membrane layer, exposes the mucous membrane layer perfectly, can also pull outer body 5 of body and lift the mucous membrane layer more effectively when necessary, can also utilize the gravity adjustment patient's of sacculus body 3 position to come more effective exposure mucous membrane layer sometimes.
The using method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the stomach body early cancer ESD is prepared before operation, the early cancer position is judged, the endoscope is arranged, marking is carried out, and the endoscope is withdrawn after incision; the auxiliary traction saccule is parallel with the endoscope, then 1PC tissue clip is taken to be clamped at the inner distal end of the forceps channel to clamp one of the saccule coils 4, and the endoscope and the tissue clip are simultaneously sent to the wound surface; clamping the edge of the mucous membrane layer 10 by the tissue clamp, releasing after clamping, withdrawing the tissue clamp wire body, and uniformly clamping the other three coils 4 shown in the figure 3 on the edge of the wound surface by the tissue clamp in the same way;
Injecting a gas or liquid using a pressure pump or syringe injector to inflate the balloon injection to a suitable size such that the submucosa is peripherally exposed to the endoscope field of view;
ESD high-frequency electrotome with injection function, injecting physiological saline or other liquid to swell submucosa 9, and performing corresponding submucosal dissection until early cancer
After all the tissues are stripped, the stripped tissues are taken out of the body along with the endoscope and the balloon.
The present invention provides a balloon device for assisting the view under an endoscope, and the method and the way for realizing the technical scheme are numerous, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several improvements and modifications can be made, and the improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
