The frame portion 24B restricts the movement of the rack B disposed in the housing space 24a in the front-rear direction, the left-right direction, and the downward direction, and the stopper portion 24c restricts the upward movement of the rack B disposed in the housing space 24 a.
The stopper portion 24c is configured to slide obliquely downward when the holder B is inserted into the housing space 24a from above. Thereby, the entrance to the housing space 24a is opened, and the holder B can be inserted into the housing space 24 a. The stopper portion 24c is biased obliquely upward by the elastic force of a spring provided therein, and returns to the original position after the passage of the bracket B. The holder B accommodated in the accommodating space 24a is restrained from being pulled out of the accommodating space 24a by the stopper 24 c. Thereby, the rack B and the carrier fixed to the rack B are held by the carrier holder 20. When the portable tool is removed from the portable tool holder 20, the stopper 24c is slid obliquely downward, and the portable tool and the stand B are pulled upward, so that the portable tool can be easily removed.
The shape and structure of the portable tool holding portion 24 are not particularly limited as long as the portable tool holding portion can detachably hold a portable tool.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the back surface side (mounting portion 25 side) of the holder main body 22. The mounting portion 25 of the holder main body 22 has a base portion 25a, and a first projection 25b and a second projection 25c projecting rearward from the base portion 25 a. The first convex portion 25b and the second convex portion 25c are substantially rectangular convex portions arranged with a space therebetween so as to extend substantially parallel to each other, and protrude perpendicularly from the base portion 25 a. The first convex portion 25b has a first opening 25d as a through hole, and the second convex portion 25c has a second opening 25e as a through hole. The first opening 25d and the second opening 25e are arranged on substantially the same straight line.
Further, a first concave portion 25h adjacent to the first convex portion 25b and a second concave portion 25i adjacent to the second convex portion 25c are formed in the base portion 25a of the holder main body 22. Thus, when the tool holder 20 is attached to the body a ', the body a' is pressed against the first recess 25h and the second recess 25i, thereby facilitating the operation of inserting the insertion member 23 into the second opening 25 e.
Further, the base portion 25a of the holder main body 22 is provided with a first nonslip portion 25j and a second nonslip portion 25k which protrude perpendicularly from the base portion 25a and whose respective leading ends are formed with concavities and convexities. The first and second convex nonslip portions 25j and 25k are arranged substantially parallel to each other with a space therebetween. The first and second convex nonslip portions 25j and 25k are disposed between the first and second convex portions 25b and 25c and extend perpendicularly to the first and second convex portions 25b and 25 c. The body a' to be attached can be pressed against the distal ends of the first and second convex nonslip portions 25j, 25k by being sandwiched between the first and second convex nonslip portions 25j, 25k protruding toward the insertion member 23 and the insertion member 23. Therefore, the surface of the body a 'to be mounted is caught by the projections and recesses provided at the distal ends of the first and second convex nonslip portions 25j and 25k, and the tool holder 20 is suppressed from sliding with respect to the body a' to be mounted. The carrier holder 20 attached to the attached body a' such as a longitudinal belt may move downward due to its own weight, and is particularly effective in suppressing sliding.
Further, the first and second convex slip prevention portions 25j and 25k are preferably provided at intervals from the first convex slip prevention portion 25 b. With this arrangement, since a space into which a finger can be inserted is formed between the first and second convex-preventing portions 25j, 25k and the first convex portion 25b, when the insertion member 23 is pulled out from the first opening 25d, the pair of claw portions 23c are sandwiched by the fingers and elastically deformed inward.
In addition, the holder main body 22 is provided with a guide portion 25m for passing the body a 'to be mounted from the inside thereof and maintaining the posture of the holder main body 22 with respect to the body a' to be mounted at a desired angle. The guide portion 25m is formed with a notch 25n for inserting and removing the mounted body a'.
The guide portion 25m is provided at an upper side when attached to an attached body a' such as a longitudinal belt. With such a configuration, the portable tool holder 20 can be effectively prevented from tilting forward. As a result, since the posture of the portable tool holder 20 is stabilized, the portable tool can be easily attached to and detached from the portable tool holder 20. The shape of the notch 25n is narrowed upward. Thus, when the carrier holder 20 is detached from the attached body a ', the attached body a ' is easily taken out from the guide portion 25m, and the attached body a ' is less likely to fall off from the guide portion 25m in use.
Fig. 10(a) is a perspective view showing one side surface of the insertion member 23, and fig. 10(b) is a perspective view showing the other side surface of the insertion member 23. The insertion member 23 includes a plate portion 23a, a flange portion 23b, a pair of claw portions 23c, and a middle plate portion 23 d. The plate portion 23a is a flat, substantially rectangular plate, the flange portion 23b is provided at one end portion in the longitudinal direction (y direction in fig. 10) of the plate portion 23a, the pair of claw portions 23c is provided at the other end portion in the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 23a, and the intermediate plate portion 23d is provided between the pair of claw portions 23c at the other end portion.
The flange portion 23b abuts the end surface of the first convex portion 25b, and stops the insertion of the insertion member 23 into the first opening portion 25 d. The claw portion 23c is elastically deformable inward in the width direction (x direction in fig. 10) of the plate portion 23 a. The distal end portions of the claw portions 23c protrude outward in the width direction of the plate portion 23a, and the maximum width of the pair of claw portions 23c is larger than the widths of the first opening portion 25d and the second opening portion 25 e. When the insertion member 23 is inserted into the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e, the claw portion 23c having the tapered tip end is elastically deformed inward in the width direction of the plate portion 23 a. When the insertion member 23 is inserted into the first opening 25d, the claw portion 23c engages with the end surface of the first convex portion 25b, thereby preventing the insertion member 23 from being pulled out. When the insertion member 23 is inserted into the second opening 25e, the claw portion 23c engages with the end surface of the second projection 25c, thereby suppressing the insertion member 23 from being pulled out.
The insertion member 23 of the present embodiment has a thickness adjustment function for corresponding to the mounted body a' having different thicknesses. Specifically, in this example, the insertion member 23 is configured to be able to correspond to the mounted bodies a' having different thicknesses by being used while being turned upside down.
As shown in fig. 10(a), the insertion member 23 is provided with a first adjustment projection 23h and a second adjustment projection 23i, the first adjustment projection 23h projects from one side surface (a plane facing upward in the z direction) of the plate portion 23a, and the second adjustment projection 23i projects from one side surface (a plane facing upward in the z direction) of the middle plate portion 23 d.
When the tool carrier holder 20 is mounted to the body a' to be mounted having a large thickness, the insertion member 23 is mounted to the holder main body 22 so that the first adjustment protrusion 23h and the second adjustment protrusion 23i face the base portion 25a side; when the tool holder 20 is mounted to the small-thickness object a', the insertion member 23 is turned upside down, and the insertion member 23 is mounted to the holder main body 22 so that the first adjustment protrusion 23h and the second adjustment protrusion 23i face the opposite side of the base portion 25 a.
By arranging the first adjustment projecting portion 23h and the second adjustment projecting portion 23i so as to face the opposite sides of the base portion 25a, when the insertion member 23 has been inserted into the first opening portion 25d and the second opening portion 25e, the first adjustment projecting portion 23h and the second adjustment projecting portion 23i respectively abut against the inner surface of the first opening portion 25d and the inner surface of the second opening portion 25e, and the distance between the base portion 25a and the surface of the insertion member 23 facing the base portion 25a (the distance of the plate portion 23a in the thickness direction) becomes close, so that even a small-thickness mounted body a' can be firmly sandwiched between the base portion 25a and the insertion member 23. This can effectively suppress the sliding of the tool carrier holder 20 attached to the attached body a' such as a longitudinal belt.
The insertion member 23 has concave-convex portions 23j on both surfaces of the plate portion 23a, and the concave-convex portions 23j prevent the slide of the portable tool holder 20 attached to the body a' to be attached. The concave-convex portion 23j in the present embodiment is formed by a plurality of protrusions extending in parallel in the insertion direction of the insertion member 23, but is not limited thereto. In a state where the insertion member 23 is inserted into the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e (see fig. 8), the concave-convex portion 23j is provided at a position not in contact with the inner surface of the first opening 25d and the inner surface of the second opening 25 e. With such a configuration, the insertion member 23 can be easily inserted into and removed from the first opening 25d and the second opening 25 e.
In this example, in a state where the insertion member 23 is inserted into the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e (see fig. 8), the inner surface shape of the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e facing each other is configured to be the same as the outer surface shape of the insertion member 23. Thus, the insertion member 23 inserted into the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e can move to the upper limit in the thickness direction, and therefore the allowable range of the thickness of the mounted body a' is increased.
Hereinafter, a method of attaching the holder 20 for a portable tool of the present embodiment to the band-shaped attached body a' will be described.
In the inserted state (state where the second opening 25e is not inserted) where the insertion member 23 is inserted only into the first opening 25d, the holder main body 22 is disposed from the outside of the body a 'to be mounted so that the body a' to be mounted is positioned between the first convex portion 25b and the second convex portion 25 c. In the inserted state in which the insertion member 23 is inserted only into the first opening 25d, the claw portions 23c engage with the end surfaces of the first convex portions 25b, whereby the insertion member 23 can be locked (prevented from being pulled out) and held with respect to the holder main body 22.
Next, the insertion member 23 is inserted into the second opening 25e by passing the insertion member 23 along the inside (user side) of the body a'.
When the insertion member 23 is inserted into the second opening 25e, the pair of claw portions 23c engage with the end surfaces of the second convex portions 25c, thereby suppressing the insertion member 23 from being pulled out. That is, the insertion member 23 is held by engagement with the holder main body 22. In this way, the attachment of the portable tool holder 20 to the held body a' is completed. In this state, the periphery of the body a' to be mounted is completely surrounded by the holder main body 22 and the insertion member 23, and there is no fear that the tool-carrying holder 20 may be detached from the body a to be mounted.
When the portable tool holder 20 is detached from the body a', the pair of claw portions 23c are gripped by fingers and elastically deformed inward in the width direction, and the insertion member 23 is moved in the extraction direction while the engagement between the claw portions 23c and the second convex portions 25c is released, so that the insertion member 23 is extracted from the second opening 25 e. This enables the tool holder 20 to be detached from the body a'. After the insertion member 23 is pulled out from the second opening 25e, the claw portion 23c is engaged with the end surface of the first projecting portion 25b, and the insertion member 23 is held by the holder main body 22, so that there is no fear that the insertion member 23 is lost.
Further, the tool carrier holder 20 may be attached to the body a' from a state where the holder main body 22 is separated from the insertion member 23. That is, the holder main body 22 in a state where the insertion member 23 is removed may be disposed at a predetermined position of the body to be attached a', and then the insertion member 23 may be inserted into the first opening 25d and the second opening 25e of the holder main body 22 to be attached. Similarly, when the tool holder 20 is detached from the attached body a', the insertion member 23 may be pulled out from the second opening 25e and the first opening 25d to separate the insertion member 23 from the holder main body 22.
As described above, the portable tool holder 20 according to the present embodiment is engaged and held in a state in which the periphery of the body to be attached a' is completely surrounded by the holder main body 22 and the insertion member 23 so that the insertion member 23 is not pulled out from the holder main body 22. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem such as the retainer falling off from the waist belt due to opening by contact with the outside or the like the clip structure. That is, according to the portable tool holder 20 of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the portable tool from falling off the body to be attached a'. Further, for example, when the carrier holder 20 is attached to and detached from the vertical belt, the carrier holder 20 can be easily attached to and detached from the vertical belt in a state where the user holds the vertical belt attached to the body.
In the holder 20 for a portable tool according to the present embodiment, the first adjustment protrusion 23h and the second adjustment protrusion 23i are provided only on one surface of the insertion member 23, whereby the holder 20 for a portable tool can be attached to a plurality of objects a' having different thicknesses.
The ring portion 28 of the portable tool holder 20 may be coupled to the portable tool by a coupling member such as a button or a ring to prevent the portable tool from falling.
