Abstract
本发明公开了一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑清洗剂及其制备方法,包含如下质量分数的有效成分:1.25%~38.8%的碱,2.5%~19.5%的磷盐,0.75%~5%的表面活性剂A,0.5%~2.5%的表面活性剂B,0.2%~2.5%的表面活性剂C;其中:表面活性剂A为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类,表面活性剂B选自OP‑7、OP‑10、OP‑15中的一种或几种;表面活性剂C为由多元醇表面活性剂引入环氧乙烷而得到的非离子表面活性剂。碱起到调节pH作用兼具破乳功能,磷盐作为分散剂,起到分散及润湿作用;表面活性剂A、B、C主要是针对钻屑中含油成分,选择的能够降低界面张力,增加分散、乳化性能,增加除油效果的成分。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于含油钻屑清洗剂制备领域,涉及一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前在油气田开采过程中,油基钻井液在井壁防塌、起下钻防卡等安全快速钻方面有一定优势,在复杂井或水平井的施工中,被广泛使用。但是其使用过程中会产生含油钻屑固体废弃物,主要由矿物油、油基钻井液和岩屑组成,若不及时的处理,对环境造成一定的危害。
我国对海上含油钻屑排放的要求按海域的不同分为三级:含油率小于等于1%(一级海域)、小于等于3%(二级海域)、小于等于8%(三级海域),渤海海域则禁止含油钻屑的排放。海上钻井平台含油钻屑含油率15%~25%,通过一般化学清洗,残油率只能达到3%~5%,难以达到二级海域排放标准。现有清洗剂没有兼具渗透、润湿、乳化的功能,清洗后油水泥三相分离效果不好,影响清洗效果。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种复合型清洗剂及制备方法。该清洗剂兼具渗透、润湿、洗涤、乳化等多重功能,可以提高油水泥三相分离效果,降低清洗液中油含量及固相中残油率。此清洗剂可以重复使用,配合超声波联用,钻屑除油效果会明显提高。
一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑处理清洗剂,其特征在于,包含如下质量分数的有效成分:1.25%~38.8%的碱,2.5%~19.5%的磷盐,0.75%~5%的表面活性剂A,0.5%~2.5%的表面活性剂B,0.2%~2.5%的表面活性剂C;其中:表面活性剂A为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类,选自AEO-3、AEO-7、AEO-9中的一种或几种;表面活性剂B选自OP-7、OP-10、OP-15中的一种或几种;表面活性剂C为由多元醇表面活性剂引入环氧乙烷而得到的非离子表面活性剂,选自Tween-60、Tween-80中的一种或几种。
碱选自NaOH、Na2CO3或NaHCO3;磷盐选自磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠或磷酸一氢钠。
应用于该钻屑处理的清洗剂组分中,碱主要起到调节pH作用兼具破乳功能;磷盐主要作为分散剂,起到分散及润湿作用;表面活性剂A、B、C主要是针对钻屑中含油成分,选择的能够降低界面张力,增加分散、乳化性能,增加除油效果的成分。
本发明还提供了一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)将一定量的碱溶于去离子水中,形成白色乳浊液;
b)向白色乳浊液中加入一定量的磷盐,溶液变澄清,制成混合液Ⅰ;
c)将表面活性剂A加入混合液Ⅰ中,搅拌、溶解,制成混合液Ⅱ;
d)向混合液Ⅱ中加入表面活性剂B,待其完全溶解后加入表面活性剂C,充分搅拌,待完全溶解后即得清洗剂样品。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的复合型清洗剂及制备方法进行详细阐述。
实施例1
称取碳酸钠5.0g,磷酸三钠3.0g,表面活性剂A(AEO-7)2.0g,表面活性剂B(OP-10)2.0g,表面活性剂C(Tween-60)0.5g,去离子水100g。
采用带有加热系统的超声波反应器一台。首先,将钠盐加入到装有100ml去离子水的500ml烧杯中,控制温度为35℃,超声振荡5min,待碱完全溶解后,加入磷盐,比继续振荡5min,溶液变得澄清,最后,将表面活性剂A、表面活性剂B、表面活性剂C依次加入烧杯中,边加边振荡,保证每次加入的原料完全溶解后,再加入下一种原料。待全部原料投加完毕后,继续振荡5min。得到应用于海上钻井平台含油钻屑清洗剂。
实施例2-4
改变实施例1中清洗剂各组分配比,见表1。制备方法同实施例1。

实施例的作用与效果
利用本发明清洗剂处理中海油某海上钻井平台含油钻屑,清洗工艺为:固液比为1:5,搅拌时间1-3h,搅拌转速为200转/分钟,温度为60-70℃,超声波振荡时间为0.5-1h,清洗完毕后,静止30min,油水泥三相分离,去除上部液相,固相用离心机脱水,测量固相含油率。处理后钻屑中含油量平均值由未使用本发明时的5.6%降低至1.7%,实现了含油钻屑的达标处理,洗脱下的油回用至现场油基钻井液,提高了资源回收效率。
Claims (3)
1.一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑处理清洗剂,其特征在于:包含如下质量分数的有效成分:1.25%~38.8%的碱,2.5%~19.5%的磷盐,0.75%~5%的表面活性剂A,0.5%~2.5%的表面活性剂B,0.2%~2.5%的表面活性剂C;其中:表面活性剂A为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类,选自AEO-3、AEO-7、AEO-9中的一种或几种;表面活性剂B选自OP-7、OP-10、OP-15中的一种或几种;表面活性剂C为由多元醇表面活性剂引入环氧乙烷而得到的非离子表面活性剂,选自Tween-60、Tween-80中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种海上钻井平台含油钻屑处理清洗剂,其特征在于:碱选自NaOH、Na2CO3或NaHCO3;磷盐选自磷酸三钠、三聚磷酸钠或磷酸一氢钠。
3.一种权利要求1所述清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a)将一定量的碱溶于去离子水中,形成白色乳浊液;
b)向白色乳浊液中加入一定量的磷盐,溶液变澄清,制成混合液Ⅰ;
c)将表面活性剂A加入混合液Ⅰ中,搅拌、溶解,制成混合液Ⅱ;
d)向混合液Ⅱ中加入表面活性剂B,待其完全溶解后加入表面活性剂C,充分搅拌,待完全溶解后即得清洗剂样品。
