Abstract
The invention discloses a candle stick inserting machine which comprises a fixed frame and a movable frame, wherein the upper part of the movable frame is connected with a stick inserting box through a horizontal shaft; a first vertical shaft, a second vertical shaft, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a third vertical shaft and a fourth vertical shaft are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the movable frame, and a power device for driving the third vertical shaft to rotate around the axis line of the fixed frame is arranged on the fixed frame; the label inserting machine further comprises a label inserting plate assembly and a limiting plate, wherein the label inserting plate assembly and the limiting plate are arranged at the opening of the label inserting box. The candle stick inserting machine has small vibration, so that the failure rate of the candle stick inserting machine due to vibration damage is reduced; and because the label inserting box does rotary motion on the horizontal plane, the vibration is small, so the vibration noise is lower, and the noise pollution of the working environment is reduced. 2. The candle stick inserting machine has the advantages that the structure of the stick inserting plate component is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low; and the candle wick rod can be pressed and fixed only by generating small deformation of the rubber strip, so that the operation is labor-saving and the labor intensity is low.

The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
As shown in the figure, the candle stick inserting machine comprises a fixed frame 1 and a movable frame 2, wherein the upper part of the movable frame is connected with a stick inserting box 4 through a horizontal shaft 3.
A first vertical shaft 5 and a second vertical shaft 6 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the movable frame, a first connecting plate 7 in running fit with the first vertical shaft is connected to the first vertical shaft, and a second connecting plate 8 in running fit with the second vertical shaft is arranged on the second vertical shaft; the first connecting plate is further provided with a third vertical shaft 9 fixedly connected with the first connecting plate, and the second connecting plate is further provided with a fourth vertical shaft 10. In this embodiment, the fourth vertical shaft is disposed on the fixing frame in a manner of rotating around the axis thereof, and the second connecting plate is fixedly connected to the fourth vertical shaft. When the candle stick inserting machine works, the speed reduction motor drives the stick inserting box to do rotary motion on the horizontal plane, and compared with the existing method that the vibration motor drives the stick inserting box to do vertical vibration, the vibration generated by the drive mechanism of the stick inserting box is smaller, so that the failure rate of the stick inserting machine due to vibration damage is reduced; and because the label inserting box does rotary motion on the horizontal plane, the vibration is small, so the vibration noise is lower, and the noise pollution of the working environment is reduced.
And the candle core bar in the inserting box is driven by the inserting box to move horizontally on the inserting plate, so that compared with the prior art that the inserting box drives the candle core bar in the inserting box to jump up and down, the candle core bar can more easily fall into the inserting hole on the inserting plate, and the inserting efficiency is higher.
In this embodiment, the label inserting machine further includes a label inserting plate assembly 12 disposed at the opening of the label inserting box.
The label inserting machine further comprises a limiting plate 13 used for limiting the length of the candle core rod penetrating out of the label inserting plate assembly. In the embodiment, the limiting plate is hinged to the opening of the inserting box, and the limiting plate is convenient to turn over and is convenient for taking and placing the inserting plate assembly; the insert box is further provided with a second locking mechanism 16 used for locking the limiting plate, the second locking mechanism in the embodiment is a hasp arranged on the limiting plate and the insert box, the limiting plate is fixed through the hasp, and the operation is simple and convenient. And a handle mechanism for applying reverse thrust to the movable label inserting plate is further arranged at the right side part of the bottom plate. In the stick inserting plate assembly in the stick inserting machine, when the handle is rotated to separate the protrusion on the handle from the movable stick inserting plate, the movable stick inserting plate moves to be in contact with the positioning block under the thrust action of the spring, and at the moment, the through hole of the core rod is just opposite to the stick inserting holes in the bottom plate and the cover plate. In the working process of the label inserting machine, the candle core rod in the label inserting box makes translational motion on the label inserting plate, and when the candle core rod moves into the label inserting hole in the cover plate, the candle core rod sequentially passes through the label inserting hole in the cover plate and the core rod through hole in the movable label inserting plate and then is inserted into the label inserting hole in the bottom plate; when the candle core bar is inserted into the inserting hole on the inserting plate, the machine can be stopped. Then the handle is rotated, so that the protrusions on the handle push the movable label inserting plate to move against the thrust of the spring, when the protrusions rotate to the position that the working surface on the protrusions is attached to the edge of the movable label inserting plate, the movable label inserting plate is locked by the protrusions on the handle, and in this state, the rubber strips on the movable label inserting plate exert pressure on the candle core rod, so that the candle core rod is fixed in the label inserting holes. In the embodiment, the label inserting plate assembly is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost; and the candle wick rod can be pressed and fixed only by generating small deformation of the rubber strip, so that the operation is labor-saving and the labor intensity is low.
As a modification of this embodiment, the bottom of the movable frame is provided with a supporting device 17 for supporting the movable frame to keep it stable, and the supporting device is placed on the fixed frame and is in rolling fit with the fixed frame.
