The steel tube soft segment 5 is made of a steel tube through cutting, and is provided with cutting gaps, wherein the cutting gaps comprise but are not limited to continuous spiral cutting gaps or cutting gaps with two sides being staggered relatively (the cutting gaps enable the steel tube to form a snake neck shape), and a processed cutting surface is a blunt surface, so that the steel tube soft segment 5 can be freely bent, and the bent steel tube section is safer to contacted internal tissues and is not easy to damage.
The pull ring 10 comprises a sleeve part 101 with the front end sleeved outside the ring groove 13 of the handle and a ring part 102 with the rear end connected with the sleeve, wherein the ring part 102 forms a certain angle with the sleeve part 101 for holding by hands. The sleeve portion 101 slides along the annular groove 13, and the front end of the sleeve portion 101 is stopped by the step surface of the annular groove 13. The rear part of the pull ring 10 is blocked and limited by the pull ring safety 11, the pull ring safety 11 is of a round plug structure with a limiting ring 111, the radius of the round plug at the front end of the pull ring safety 11 is equal to the inner diameter of the inner cavity of the handle 9 so as to be plugged into the tail part of the handle 9, and the outer diameter of the limiting ring 111 at the rear end of the pull ring safety 11 is larger than the inner diameter of the ring part 102 of the pull ring so as to limit the ring part 102, thereby preventing the pull ring 10 from automatically separating backwards.
In the invention, the handle, the pull ring and the pull ring safety are made of medical plastic and are designed into a disposable instrument.
The working procedure of the vein stripping catheter is as follows:
before the operation starts, a doctor cuts a small opening on the skin surface at the upper part of the thigh of a patient to find out veins to be excised, cuts off the veins, pulls out the veins which are positioned in the lower direction after the veins are cut off to the head, uses a vein stripping catheter, and pulls out the head from a round-corner rectangular hole behind the flaring of the horn after passing through the flaring of the horn, and simultaneously keeps the head of the veins outside the body all the time; then, the vein stripping catheter stretches into the skin from the thigh incision, and is held and pushed forward to push along the vein to be resected, so that the vein to be resected is separated from surrounding tissues; during the period, the injector injects anesthetic into the injector interface at the tail part of the handle, the anesthetic is conveyed to the vein tearing position at the round rectangular hole through the hose to carry out local anesthesia, and the anesthetic is injected for 1-3 times according to the actual patient condition; when the vein stripping catheter reaches a preset position, the pull ring safety is pulled out firstly, then the pull ring is pulled backward by force, the annular cutter is retreated, and the cutting edge of the annular cutter cuts off the vein to be cut off; the vein stripping catheter is then withdrawn in reverse, along with the associated severed vein to be removed; finally, the skin incision on the thigh is sutured, and the operation is completed.
The invention has the following technical effects:
(1) The surgical incision is small, only a small opening is needed to be cut on the skin, the pain caused by the operation is less, the wound is small, and the problem that the existing varus stripping technology has great damage to the body is solved;
(2) The soft section of the steel tube is designed, the bent part of the vein stripping catheter can flexibly adapt to direction change when the vein stripping catheter is propelled subcutaneously, and the problem of limited stripping range in the existing eversion stripping operation is solved without cutting a notch and redirecting;
(3) Integrates stripping, anesthesia and cutting into a whole, has convenient operation, shortens the operation time and solves the defect of long operation time at present.
The foregoing describes in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations can be made in accordance with the concepts of the invention by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden. Therefore, all technical solutions which can be obtained by logic analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the prior art by the person skilled in the art according to the inventive concept shall be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
