技术领域
本发明涉及一种营养粉及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种主要包括益生菌和鸡蛋粉的益生菌鸡蛋营养粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于生活节奏加快、饮食结构、药物作用等因素导致的肠道菌群失调发生率逐年增多,特别是都市白领,饮食过于精细、缺乏运动、长期出差、精神压力过大,都会导致营养不均衡、免疫力下降、失眠、以及便秘,处于亚健康状态。
因此,寻求和研发一种适用于肠道菌群失调、便秘、亚健康等状况的营养粉配方及制备工艺,抗氧化、改善肠道环境、补充膳食纤维,以达到健康肠道、清肠排毒、提高免疫力的作用,改善亚健康状态,是一件特别有益于现代人健康和有意义的事情。
益生菌(Probiotics)一词来源于希腊语,意思是“对生命有益”,翻译成中文即益生菌或益生素,是一类能够促进宿主肠内微生物菌群的生态平衡,对宿主健康和生理功能产生有益作用的活性微生物,目前常用于食品、药品和保健品中,起到改善肠道菌群结构、促进肠道中有益菌的增殖、抑制有害菌的生长,提高机体免疫力、抵御疾病、促进生长等作用。
鸡蛋粉,是由全蛋液喷雾干燥而制成的粉末,富含多种营养物质,包括蛋白质、卵磷脂、维生素E、DHA、黄酮、锌、硒等成分,不仅提供每日的蛋白质、微量元素和能量需求,还具有显著的抗氧化、清除氧自由基等作用,是不可多得的营养食材。
现有技术还没有重点将益生菌和鸡蛋粉进行有效结合形成营养粉的案例,更没有将不同种类的益生菌和鸡蛋粉进行最佳优化组合形成营养粉的案例,本发明就是针对这一现状进行发明创造的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种益生菌鸡蛋营养粉及其制备方法,通过抗氧化、调节肠道菌群、补充膳食纤维等多种途径,从而达到缓解便秘、清肠排毒、增强免疫力等多种目的,改善身体亚健康状况。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种益生菌鸡蛋营养粉,包括以下质量份的各原料:鸡蛋粉40-60份,菊粉20-40份,柑橘纤维1-10份,抗性糊精1-10份,复合益生菌粉0.5-15份,水苏糖0.5-5份,水解蛋黄粉0.5-5份,蓝莓果粉0.5-5份。
作为优选,各原料的质量份为:鸡蛋粉50份,菊粉30份,柑橘纤维5份,抗性糊精5份,复合益生菌粉4份,水苏糖2份,水解蛋黄粉2份,蓝莓果粉2份。
作为更优选择,所述复合益生菌粉由以下质量份的十种益生菌粉均匀混合而成:乳酸乳球菌粉1-1.2份,植物乳杆菌粉1-1.2份,干酪乳杆菌粉1-1.2份,动物双歧杆菌粉1-1.2份,短双歧杆菌粉1-1.2份,鼠李糖乳杆菌粉0.8-1份,加氏乳杆菌粉0.8-1份,唾液乳杆菌粉0.8-1份,长双歧杆菌粉0.8-1份,凝结芽孢杆菌粉0.8-1份。
各原料中,以鸡蛋粉为主要载体,其特点是富含多种营养物质,包括蛋白质、卵磷脂、维生素E、DHA、黄酮、锌、硒等成分,不仅提供每日的蛋白质、微量元素和能量需求,还具有显著的抗氧化、清除氧自由基等作用,净化身体内环境。
其中,菊粉是天然水溶性膳食纤维,能调节肠道微生物菌群、改善肠道健康、防止便秘;此外,菊粉还有降低血糖、控制血脂、促进矿物质吸收等功效。
柑橘纤维中含有两种膳食纤维,一部分为不溶性纤维,具有较好的保水作用,可起通便、防止便秘的作用;另一部分为可溶性纤维,可以在大肠中被分解成低分子酸,从而降低肠道的pH值,起到调理肠道的作用。
抗性糊精是一种重要水溶性膳食纤维,其在小肠内不被吸收,可直接进入大肠,能促进肠道有益菌群的生长、繁殖,同时抑制肠道有害微生物的生长繁殖;抗性糊精的吸水膨胀能增加粪便体积,促进肠道蠕动,对于便秘、痔疮、结肠癌等疾病有良好的预防效果。
水苏糖是天然存在的一种四糖,是一种可以显著促进双歧杆菌等有益菌增殖的功能性低聚糖。
水解蛋黄粉提取自鸡蛋黄,它一方面可以增加成骨细胞数量并促进骨骼和牙齿的生成,另一方面能够抑制破骨细胞的生长、维持骨骼成分的平衡。
蓝莓果粉主要是蓝莓中水溶性的花色素苷,有很强的抗氧化活性,可抗自由基、延缓衰老、防止细胞蜕变,可以抑制血小板聚集,有效预防大脑病变、动脉硬化等病症。
复合益生菌粉由乳酸乳球菌粉、植物乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌粉、动物双歧杆菌粉、短双歧杆菌粉、鼠李糖乳杆菌粉、加氏乳杆菌粉、唾液乳杆菌粉、长双歧杆菌粉、凝结芽孢杆菌粉这10种益生菌粉末混合而成,复合搭配,可更好地起到调理肠道、提高免疫力的功效。
其中,乳酸乳球菌粉能够有效减轻或改善肠道菌群的失调,控制肠道内环境的正常,对肠内环境具有保护作用。

动物双歧杆菌粉能够抑制腐败菌生长,维持肠道菌群平衡状态。
短双歧杆菌粉能抑制人体有害细菌的生长,维持肠道菌群平衡,并且还能促进人体对矿物质的吸收、促进排便、提高人体免疫力等。
鼠李糖乳杆菌粉定植能力强,具有高效降胆固醇、促进细胞分裂,可起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、提高机体免疫力等重要的生理功能。
加氏乳杆菌粉具有益生作用,能够调整肠道功能紊乱,并且还具有抗过敏、抗炎、调整肠道功能及改善营养的作用等。
唾液乳杆菌粉是一种少有的可以改善过敏体质,预防过敏反复发作的益生菌菌株。
长双歧杆菌粉能抑制人体有害细菌的生长,合成人体需要的维生素,促进人体对矿物质的吸收,刺激肠道蠕动,促进排便、净化肠道环境、分解致癌物质、刺激人体免疫系统等作用。

更具体来说,本发明以鸡蛋粉为主体,其本身就有补充蛋白质和微量元素,以及抗氧化、清除自由基等作用;搭配蓝莓果粉,抗氧化活性进一步加强;搭配10种益生菌联合使用,能有效调节肠道菌群,维持肠道菌群平衡;又搭配使用菊粉、水苏糖、柑橘纤维、抗性糊精等益生元膳食纤维材料,更进一步保障了肠道有益菌的大量增殖、抑制有害菌,修复肠道功能,缓解便秘;搭配水解蛋黄粉,可进一步提高免疫、促进骨骼健康。
