The GRC plate waterproof control construction method comprises the following steps: s1: carrying out groove pressing treatment on the end part of the GRC plate to obtain an in-plate pressing groove of the GRC plate; s2: manufacturing a plurality of U-shaped grooves; s3: manufacturing a plurality of water diversion tanks; s4: overlapping the water diversion groove and the U-shaped groove, and bonding the overlapped parts of the water diversion groove and the U-shaped groove by using an adhesive; s5: assembling the GRC plates on site, and buckling the U-shaped groove into the plate inner pressing groove after fixing; s6: adopting waterproof caulking materials to carry out caulking waterproof sealing on the outer surface of the GRC plate to obtain a caulking waterproof sealing layer; s7: and coating a sealant on the outer part of the seam-pressing waterproof sealing layer to obtain a sealing glue layer. The construction method simplifies the construction process, greatly shortens the construction period and effectively solves the problem of water seepage of the joint part of the GRC plate.

GRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) is a composite material with diversified colors, and a GRC plate formed by innovative fusion of GRC is a new structural model with prominent new technology and also embodies more aesthetics; the material has good three properties of wind pressure, air tightness, water tightness and the like, but the defect of applying the material in building construction is leakage treatment of the joint part of the GRC plate. The conventional construction method is that a layer of waterproof board is laid on a wall body and a roof before the GRC board is constructed, the waterproof board is fixed on an original structural framework by utilizing a shooting nail, and a layer of waterproof coiled material is added on the roof waterproof board; although the construction scheme achieves the waterproof effect to a certain extent, the investment cost and the extension of the construction period are increased, and meanwhile, the waterproof board and the original structure are fixed by the shooting nails, and the roof waterproof coiled material is difficult to maintain once damaged and leaked after being pushed for a long time.

Furthermore, the U-shaped groove is a galvanized U-shaped groove, and the surface of the U-shaped groove is galvanized to play a role in corrosion prevention. The galvanized U-shaped groove can be uniformly processed in a factory or simply operated on a construction site.

s6: adopting waterproof caulking materials to carry out caulking waterproof sealing on the outer surface of the GRC plate to obtain a caulking waterproof sealing layer;
s7: and coating a sealant on the outer part of the seam-pressing waterproof sealing layer to obtain a sealing glue layer.

s7: and coating a sealant on the outer part of the seam-pressing waterproof sealing layer to obtain a sealing glue layer.
