Abstract
本发明公开了一种熟食自动切片装置,包括底座,在底座上设有传送带,在底座上固定有n形支架,在n形支架上设有切片翘杆,切片翘杆的中部通过旋转轴连接在n形支架的顶部横杆上,在底座还固定有支撑杆,在支撑杆的上设有横承载板,在底座上设有驱动电机,在横承载板的顶部设有传动杆,在驱动电机的外侧还设有圆盘,在传动杆的另一端与圆盘之间设有支杆,支杆的底端通过轴杆连接在圆盘上且顶端与传动杆相连接,在切片翘杆的另一端设有切片刀具座,在切片刀具座上有切片刀具。本发明的结构设置合理,可以提高切片的效率,而且也可以保证切片的质量,同时其制作成本低,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于食物加工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种熟食自动切片装置。
背景技术
一些小号在蒸熟之前为一个整体,而且蒸熟食用时需要切成片,传统技术主要为人工手动切片,其适用于小量切片使用,在大批量食品生产加工时,人工手动切片不但费时费力,而且严重影响切片的效率与切片的质量,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的熟食自动切片装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种熟食自动切片装置,包括底座,在所述底座上设有传送带,在所述底座上固定有n形支架,在所述n形支架上设有切片翘杆,所述切片翘杆的中部通过旋转轴连接在n形支架的顶部横杆上,在所述底座还固定有支撑杆,在所述支撑杆的上设有横承载板,所述横承载板处于传送带的正上方且所述横承载板与所述n形支架的横杆相平行,在所述底座上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的主轴与所述传送带连接,在所述横承载板的顶部设有传动杆,所述传动杆的中部通过活动轴连接在横承载板上且所述传动杆的一端与所述切片翘杆的一端通过销轴相连接,在所述驱动电机的外侧还设有圆盘,在所述传动杆的另一端与所述圆盘之间设有支杆,所述支杆的底端通过轴杆连接在圆盘上且顶端与传动杆相连接,在所述切片翘杆的另一端设有切片刀具座,在所述切片刀具座上有切片刀具。
在所述横承载板的顶面设有凹腔,所述凹腔与所述支杆设置在活动轴的两侧,在所述凹腔内设有抵压块,在所述抵压块与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有复位弹簧。
在所述抵压块的顶面固定有U形槽,所述传动杆处于U形槽内从而防止偏斜。
在所述n形支架的顶部固定有凸块,在所述凸块内设有侧面开口的防偏孔,在所述防偏孔内设有防偏抵杆,在所述防偏抵杆与所述防偏孔之间固定有抵压弹簧。
在所述支撑杆上设有竖向调节槽,所述横承载板通过工字形滑块设置在所述竖向调节槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁位螺杆,所述工字形滑块在所述竖向调节槽内移动并通过锁位螺杆锁位固定。
所述传送带为薄片状金属带。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其将传送带与切片刀具控制结构通过同一驱动电机来控制,从而可以保证切片刀具与传送带的速度一致,不但可以提高切片的效率,而且也可以保证切片的质量,同时其制作成本低,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种熟食自动切片装置,包括底座1,在所述底座1上设有传送带2,在所述底座1上固定有n形支架3,在所述n形支架3上设有切片翘杆4,所述切片翘杆4的中部通过旋转轴5连接在n形支架3的顶部横杆上,在所述底座1还固定有支撑杆6,在所述支撑杆6的上设有横承载板7,所述横承载板7处于传送带2的正上方且所述横承载板7与所述n形支架3的横杆相平行,在所述底座1上设有驱动电机8,所述驱动电机8的主轴与所述传送带2连接,在所述横承载板7的顶部设有传动杆9,所述传动杆9的中部通过活动轴10连接在横承载板7上且所述传动杆9的一端与所述切片翘杆4的一端通过销轴11相连接,在所述驱动电机8的外侧还设有圆盘12,在所述传动杆的另一端与所述圆盘之间设有支杆13,所述支杆13的底端通过轴杆14连接在圆盘上且顶端与传动杆相连接,在所述切片翘杆的另一端设有切片刀具座15,在所述切片刀具座上有切片刀具16。
在所述横承载板7的顶面设有凹腔17,所述凹腔与所述支杆设置在活动轴的两侧,在所述凹腔内设有抵压块18,在所述抵压块与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有复位弹簧19。
在所述抵压块的顶面固定有U形槽20,所述传动杆处于U形槽内从而防止偏斜。
在所述n形支架的顶部固定有凸块21,在所述凸块内设有侧面开口的防偏孔22,在所述防偏孔内设有防偏抵杆23,在所述防偏抵杆与所述防偏孔之间固定有抵压弹簧24。
在所述支撑杆上设有竖向调节槽25,所述横承载板通过工字形滑块26设置在所述竖向调节槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁位螺杆27,所述工字形滑块在所述竖向调节槽内移动并通过锁位螺杆锁位固定。
所述传送带为薄片状金属带。
本发明的结构设置合理,其将传送带与切片刀具控制结构通过同一驱动电机来控制,从而可以保证切片刀具与传送带的速度一致,不但可以提高切片的效率,而且也可以保证切片的质量,同时其制作成本低,使用稳定性好,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种熟食自动切片装置,包括底座,其特征在于:在所述底座上设有传送带,在所述底座上固定有n形支架,在所述n形支架上设有切片翘杆,所述切片翘杆的中部通过旋转轴连接在n形支架的顶部横杆上,在所述底座还固定有支撑杆,在所述支撑杆上设有横承载板,所述横承载板处于传送带的正上方且所述横承载板与所述n形支架的横杆相平行,在所述底座上设有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的主轴与所述传送带连接,在所述横承载板的顶部设有传动杆,所述传动杆的中部通过活动轴连接在横承载板上且所述传动杆的一端与所述切片翘杆的一端通过销轴相连接,在所述驱动电机的外侧还设有圆盘,在所述传动杆的另一端与所述圆盘之间设有支杆,所述支杆的底端通过轴杆连接在圆盘上且顶端与传动杆相连接,在所述切片翘杆的另一端设有切片刀具座,在所述切片刀具座上有切片刀具;在所述横承载板的顶面设有凹腔,所述凹腔与所述支杆设置在活动轴的两侧,在所述凹腔内设有抵压块,在所述抵压块与所述凹腔的底壁之间固定有复位弹簧;在所述抵压块的顶面固定有U形槽,所述传动杆处于U形槽内从而防止偏斜;在所述n形支架的顶部固定有凸块,在所述凸块内设有侧面开口的防偏孔,在所述防偏孔内设有防偏抵杆,在所述防偏抵杆与所述防偏孔之间固定有抵压弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的熟食自动切片装置,其特征在于:在所述支撑杆上设有竖向调节槽,所述横承载板通过工字形滑块设置在所述竖向调节槽内且在所述工字形滑块上设有锁位螺杆,所述工字形滑块在所述竖向调节槽内移动并通过锁位螺杆锁位固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的熟食自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述传送带为薄片状金属带。
