Abstract
本发明公开了一种微机监控炉温的节能环保石灰窑,包括设有保温层的炉体,炉体内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料装置和出烟道,出烟道通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,炉膛的下端设有自动卸灰机,其要点是所述炉体的外围设有监控炉膛温度的电热偶、与炉膛连通的环形风道和进风管,环形风道和进风管的连接管上设有电动腰风阀,所述电热偶通过温控仪与微机控制装置连接。本发明由于在炉体的焙烧带区设置了温控装置和环形风道及控制风量的电动腰风阀,由微机根据窑温设置程序控制电动腰风阀的开启、关闭来调节风量的大小,解决了现有技术存在炉温无法监控、偏烧或局部结焦的技术问题,提高了产品的质量和产量及窑炉的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于节能环保石灰窑炉技术领域,涉及一种微机监控炉温的节能环保石灰窑。
背景技术
现有技术的节能环保石灰窑,包括设有保温层的炉体,炉体内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料装置和出烟道,出烟道通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,炉膛的下部设有一个进风口,炉膛的下端设有自动卸灰机。这种结构的石灰窑,虽然节能环保,但由于炉温无法监控凭经验焙烧,而且仅在炉膛的下部设有一个进风口通凤不均匀,存在偏烧或局部结焦的技术问题,时常发生保温层损坏的现象,直接影响产品的质量和产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在炉温无法监控和通风不均匀的技术问题,提供一种微机监控炉温的节能环保石灰窑,以克服现有技术的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明微机监控炉温的节能环保石灰窑,包括设有保温层的炉体,炉体内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料装置和出烟道,出烟道通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,炉膛的下端设有自动卸灰机,其要点是所述炉体的外围设有监控炉膛温度的电热偶、与炉膛连通的环形风道和进风管,环形风道和进风管的连接管上设有电动腰风阀,所述电热偶通过温控仪与微机控制装置连接。

根据附图1,本发明包括设有保温层10的炉体2,炉体2内设有炉膛,炉膛的顶部设有自动进料装置和出烟道1,出烟道1通过风机与脱硫除尘器连通,炉膛的下端设有自动卸灰机7,炉体2的外围设有监控炉膛温度的电热偶3、与炉膛连通的环形风道4和进风管6,环形风道4和进风管6的连接管上设有电动腰风阀5,电热偶3通过温控仪9与微机控制装置8连接。
