Abstract
本发明涉及一种含有氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的杀菌组合物,其有效成分为氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺二元复配。其中氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的质量比为1~40∶40~1,制剂中有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的质量份数比1%~80%,其余为农药中允许使用和接受的辅助成分,本发明所述杀菌组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂,主要用于防治葡萄霜霉病、晚疫病及各类白粉病。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药复配技术领域,特别是涉及一种含有氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的杀菌组合物。
背景技术
氟噻唑吡乙酮是杜邦公司开发的一种新型哌啶类杀菌剂。其创制于默克公司报道的医学活性化合物(Ⅳ),经高通量筛选发现具有较好杀菌活性化合物(Ⅴ),进而优化研究发现了对霜霉病有特效的Oxathi-apiprolin。该分子结构中活性成分包含噁唑环,吡唑环,噻唑环,能显著加强对土豆、葡萄、蔬菜等特产农作物病害的防治。2012年获ISO通用名批准的新农药品种[2],将在日后广泛应用于作物病菌的防治中。
吲唑磺菌胺属于触杀型杀菌剂,对疫病和霜霉病具有很高的活性,特别是对病菌游离孢子活性甚高,可抑制真菌呼吸及孢子萌发,是一个以预防为主的药剂。主要作用于马铃薯疫病、葡萄霜霉病、葫芦霜霉病、蔬菜根肿病等。
施用化学药剂是防治植物病害的最为有效的手段。但长期连续高剂量地施用单一的化学杀菌剂,容易造成药剂的残留、环境污染以及耐抗药性真菌发展等问题。合理的化学杀菌剂复配或混配具有扩大杀菌谱,提高防治效果、延长施药适期、减少用药量、降低药害、减少残留、延缓真菌耐药性和抗药性的发生与发展等积极特点,杀菌剂复配是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。开发新品杀菌剂价格不断攀升,而相比之下,开发与研究高效、低毒、低残留的复配与混配具有投资少、研制周期短而受到国内外重视,纷纷加大开发研制力度。我们在室内筛选和田间试验的基础上,筛选出氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺进行复配,具有明显的增效作用。且关于氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的复配的杀菌组合物及应用目前尚无人报道过。
发明内容
基于以上情况,本发明目的在于提供一种新型高效的农药杀菌组合物。主要用于防治葡萄霜霉病、晚疫病及各类白粉病。
本发明所述技术方案是通过以下措施来实现的:
一种含有氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺杀菌组合物,该杀菌组合物的有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺两元复配,其余为辅助成分。其中所述杀虫组合物中有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的质量比为1~40∶40~1,所述的本发明杀菌组合物经毒力测定实验验证,氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的质量比为1~40∶40~1时,增效效果较好。
所述的本发明杀菌组合物可以配制的农药剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。其中有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺在制剂中的总质量占整个制剂质量的1%~80%,其中占15%~50%时,毒性和残留达到较好的平衡,成本也较低。
本发明所述杀菌组合物配制成的农药剂型的具体实施方案如下:
所述的杀菌组合物为乳油制剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;常规乳化剂10~30份;常规溶剂20~50份;常规增效剂1~5份。该乳油制剂的具体生产步骤为先将有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺加入溶剂中完全溶解后再加入乳化剂、增效剂搅拌均匀后成均一透明的油状液体,灌装,即可制成本发明组合物的乳油制剂。
所述的杀菌组合物为悬浮剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;分散剂5~20份;防冻剂1~5份;增稠剂0.1~2份;消泡剂0.1~0.8份;促渗剂0~10份;pH值调节剂0.1~5份;水,余量。该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤为先将其他助剂混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,加入有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺,在磨球机中磨球2~3小时,使粒直径均在5mm以下,即可制成本发明组合物的悬浮剂制剂。
所述的杀菌组合物是可湿性粉剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;分散剂3~10份;湿润剂1~5份;填料,余量。该可湿性粉剂的具体生产步骤为:按上述配方将有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后在混合均匀,即可制成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
所述的杀菌组合物为水分散粒剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;分散剂3~10份;湿润剂1~10份;崩解剂1~5份;填料,余量。该水分散粒剂的具体生产步骤为:按上述配方将有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺和分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂以及填料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析,即可制成本发明组合物的水分散粒剂。
所述的杀菌组合物为水乳剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;乳化剂3~30份;溶剂5~15份;稳定剂2~15份;防冻剂1~5份;消泡剂0.1~8份;增稠剂0.2~2份;水,余量。该水乳剂的具体生产步骤为:首先将氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺、溶剂和乳化剂、助溶剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀的油相;将部分水,抗冻剂,抗微生物剂等其他的农药助剂混合在一起成均匀的水相;在反应釜中高速搅拌的同时将油相加入水相,缓缓加水直至达到转相点,开启剪切机进行高速剪切,并加入剩余的水,剪切约半小时,形成水包油型的水乳剂,即可制成本发明组合物的水乳剂。
所述的杀菌组合物为微乳剂,组分的质量份数为:氟噻唑吡乙酮1~40份;吲唑磺菌胺1~40份;乳化剂10~30份,防冻剂1~8份,稳定剂0.5~10份,常规溶剂助溶剂20~50份。将氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺用助溶剂完全溶解,再加入乳化剂、防冻剂稳定剂等其他成分,均匀混合,最后加入水,充分搅拌后即可配成微乳剂。
其中以上所述的乳化剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钙与脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺基琥珀酸酯,苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯基酯,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚中的任何一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
所述的溶剂为二甲苯或生物柴油,甲苯,柴油,甲醇,乙醇,正丁醇,异丙醇,松节油,溶剂油,二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基亚砜,水等溶剂中的一种或一种以上任意比组成的混合物。
所述的分散剂选自聚羧酸盐,木质素磺酸盐,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醚缩合物硫酸盐,烷基磺酸盐钙盐,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,甘油脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚中的一个或多个。
所述的湿润剂选自十二烷基硫酸钠,十二烷基苯磺酸钙,拉开粉BX,湿润渗透剂F,烷基苯磺酸盐聚氧乙烯三苯依稀苯基磷酸盐,皂角粉,蚕沙,无患子粉中的一种或多种。
所述的崩解剂选自膨润土,尿素,硫酸铵,氯化铝,柠檬酸,丁二酸,碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种。
所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶,羧甲基纤维素,羧乙基纤维素,甲基纤维素,硅酸铝镁,聚乙烯醇中一种或多种。
所述的稳定剂选自柠檬酸钠,间苯二酚中的一种。
所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇,丙二醇,丙三醇中的一种或多种。
所述的消泡剂选自硅油,硅酮类化合物,C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物,C8-10脂肪醇的一种或多种。
所述的填料选自高岭土,硅藻土,膨润土,凹凸棒土,白炭黑,淀粉,轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
本发明以氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺为有效成分的复配杀菌剂具有明显的增效作用,延缓要害抗药性的产生,并降低了成产成本和使用成本,可用于抗性病害的治理。主要用于防治葡萄霜霉病、晚疫病及各类白粉病。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的技术方案,目的以及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明并非局限于这些例子。本发明的效果实验采用室内生测和田间试验相结合的方式,如无特别说明,以下提及的比例都为质量份数比。
实施例:氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺不同配比联合毒力实验。
1.1供试药剂
96%氟噻唑吡乙酮原药,95%吲唑磺菌胺原药,上述原药均由海利尔药业股份有限公司研发部提供。
1.2试验靶标
从山东寿光从未施过氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺以及同类型的黄瓜盆栽地采集分离,供试黄瓜品种:长春密刺。
1.3试验方法
1.3.1药剂配制
先用丙酮溶解原药,根据预备实验的结果将适量的两原药配成不同配比,再用丙酮将各处理分别稀释成若干浓度梯度待用。
将感病黄瓜品种长春密刺栽培在育苗钵中,置于温室中培养,植株长到三至四叶期后,采集相同叶龄的叶片,用于黄瓜白粉病菌的培养及测定。
1.3.2黄瓜白粉病菌的培养及孢子悬浮液的配制
黄瓜白粉病菌采用活体植株法在20℃、12h光暗交替的条件下培养,每30d转代培养1次。接种时用无菌水洗脱发病叶片上的分生孢子,配制成孢子浓度为l×106个/mL的悬浮液。
1.3.3供试菌株敏感性测定
采用叶碟保湿法进行毒力测定。先将采集的叶片制备成直径为1.5cm的叶盘,随机混匀,分别置于配置好的系列浓度药液中浸泡lh,每个浓度50个叶盘,试验以不加药剂的处理为空白对照,浸泡结束后,叶子正面朝上摆放于相同药液浓度润湿的吸水纸上,把叶盘上的药液吸干,将配制好的孢子悬浮液l0L接种于叶盘中央,室温放置5min后,置于20℃、1 2h光暗交替的条件下培养,10d后测量叶盘上的发病面积,计算EC50。
在预备试验的基础上,用以上方法分别对单剂氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺进行毒力测定,二者EC50值分别为8.69㎎/l和8.26㎎/l。
根据病斑面积占叶盘面积的百分率划分病级
0级:无病;
1级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的5%以下;
3级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的6%-10%以下;
5级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的11%-20%以下;
7级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的21%-50%以下;
9级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的50%以上。
1.3.4混剂毒力测定及结果分析
用单剂毒力测定方法按照混配比例进行混剂的毒力测定。
若对照死亡率<5%,不校正,对照死亡率在5%-20%之间,按公式2进行校正,对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
以药剂浓度(mg/L)的对数值为自变量x,以校正死亡率的几率值为因变量y,分别建立毒力回归方程式,采用DPS软件计算单剂及各配比混剂的EC50按照孙云沛方法计算共毒系数(CTC)。共毒系数CTC,计算公式如下:(以氟噻唑吡乙酮为标准药剂,其毒力指数为100):

M的共毒系数(CTC)=M的ATI/M的TTI×100
式中:
M为氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺不同配比的混合物
P氟噻唑吡乙酮为氟噻唑吡乙酮在混剂中所占的比例
P吲唑磺菌胺为吲唑磺菌胺在混剂中所占的比例。
2.1毒力测定结果

从表中可以看出,不同比例配比的试验结果表明,按有效成分比例分别稀释均表现出较强的增效作用,其中以氟噻唑吡乙酮:吲唑磺菌胺为1:20~20:1的时候增效效果佳建议对适宜配比1:20~20:1左右混配制剂进行进一步的田间药效试验,以评价其田间实际应用效果。
3田间试验防治黄瓜白粉病,葡萄霜霉病的实验结果
3.1田间试验防治黄瓜白粉病
3.1.1试验方法
试验在山东平度市黄瓜地,每小区调查4个点,每点调查2株,用分级法记载发病程度,分级标准如下:
0级:无病;
1级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的5%以下;
3级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的6%-10%以下;
5级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的11%-20%以下;
7级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的21%-50%以下;
9级:孢子堆面积占整叶面积的50%以上。
3.1.2调查时间和次数
试验共调查4次,药前基数调查,第一次药后7天、第二次7天及药后15天进行调查。
3.1.3药效计算方法
病叶率(%)=病叶数/调查总叶数×100
病情指数=∑(各级病叶数×相对级数值)/(调查总叶数×9)×100
防治效果(%)=〔1-(空白对照区药前病情指数×处理区药后病情指数)/(空白对照区药后病情指数×处理区药前病情指数)〕×100。
3.1.4药害调查方法
施药后连续15d目测药剂对作物是否有药害。
3.1.5试验结果及分析

由表2可知48%氟噻唑吡乙酮:吲唑磺菌胺以24:24比例复配杀菌剂对于黄瓜白粉病的治效果明显高于氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺单剂,杀菌效果随剂量的增加而递增。根据田间目测,在试验剂量范围内,作物生长正常,各处理药剂均未出现对黄瓜的药害现象,说明其对黄瓜是安全的。建议与作用机理不同的杀菌剂混合使用以延缓病菌抗药性的产生。
4.1田间试验防治葡萄霜霉病
4.1.1试验方法
试验在山东平度市葡萄种植地,每小区调查4个点,每点调查2株,用分级法记载发病程度,分级标准如下:

综上所述,本发明含有氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的杀菌组合物,对黄瓜白粉病和葡萄霜霉病都有很好的防治效果,且其对靶标作物安全。复配制剂不仅提高了防效,而且扩大了杀菌谱,所以本复配组合在生产实践中具有十分重要的意义。

1.一种含有氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:该杀菌组合物的有效成分为氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺二元复配,其余为辅助成分,其中有效成分氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺的质量比为1~40∶40~1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的1%~80%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:氟噻唑吡乙酮与吲唑磺菌胺在制剂中的总重量占整个制剂质量的5%~50%。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:该杀菌组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂。
