Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及医疗注入或灌输设备且更具体地涉及用于将医疗液体(典型地容纳在袋或瓶中)定量供给至患者的滴注室。
背景技术
因此制成的滴注室由具有带有出口开口的底壁的中空长形圆柱形本体构成。穿过出口开口的通道受包含与浮动闭塞器协作的环形阀座的底阀控制,该浮动闭塞器在使用中可在滴注室内存在液体情况下的开启位置和在液体已耗尽情况下的闭合位置之间轴向地移置。于是,由于从浮动闭塞器外经由滴注室的侧向壁所施加的径向推力,该侧向壁径向地弹性可变形,阀的再次开启可手动地实施,以便移动浮动闭塞器远离阀座。
浮动闭塞器常规地由在滴注室本体内自由运动的简单球状元件构成。虽然简单和经济,但这种构造可显露功能性问题,因为在使用中如果滴注室并非完全地竖直,则球状闭塞器在环形阀座上的闭合可能不精密和不完全,存在未能完全地闭合空气流动穿过滴注室底壁中的出口开口的风险。
文献US-2011/0125103A1揭示了一种提供有底阀的滴注室,该底阀包括固定至滴注室本体的闭塞器和通过旋转紧固至滴注室的弹性可变形管状附件的套筒而相对于闭塞器可轴向地移置的阀座。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服此种缺点。该目的由在权利要求1的前序部分中所限定类型的底阀来实现,其特有特征在于它包括容置笼罩套管(bush),该套管具有浮动闭塞器在其内以受导引方式浮动的弹性可变形侧向壁。容置套管的侧向壁和浮动件具有相应的表面,这些表面相互地面向和构造成使得容置套管的径向变形在使浮动闭塞器远离环形阀座移动的方向上对其施加轴向推力。
由于此种方案,浮动闭塞器从在滴注室中存在液体情况下的开启位置至不存在液体情况下的闭合位置的移动在使用中以受导引且因此受控的方式发生,因而避免了不精密或不完美闭合的风险。由于与常规方案相反,在滴注室内浮动的闭塞器的行进并不自由而是受容置笼罩套管限制,故底阀的再次开启也可以更为有效和安全的方式实施。
根据本发明,容置套管具有形成环形阀座的平坦基座,并且浮动件提供有软盘样隔膜,其在阀闭合位置中搁置抵靠此种基座。
容置套管有利地由弹性可变形的轴向扇区的冠部(crown)形成,该轴向扇区的自由端部具有面向浮动件的对应发散环形壁的发散部分。

具体实施方式
首先参看图1,用于医疗注入或灌输设备的滴注室由1表示,其通过由塑料材料制成的中空长形圆柱形本体形成,具有径向地弹性可变形的侧向壁2和提供有出口开口4的底壁3,该出口开口与用于将滴注室连接至柔性管的管状连接器5连通。
滴注室1的与底壁3相对的端部(由6表示)设计成用以密封地接收已知类型的穿刺元件(未示出)。
布置在滴注室1内的是底阀(大体上由7表示),其具有控制穿过出口开口4的流动的功能:此种通道在滴注室1内存在液体情况下应是开启的,而在液体用完情况下应自动地闭合。
根据本发明,底阀7包括容置笼罩套管8,其由从平坦基座10突出的弹性可变形的轴向扇区9的冠部形成,该平坦基座密封地固定在滴注室1的侧向壁2和底壁3之间并且形成环形阀座15。
浮动闭塞器11以受导引方式在笼罩套管8中浮动,该浮动闭塞器通过由所显示那样的两个部件或由单个部件制成的中空本体形成,具有下壁12和成型的侧向壁16。
盘样隔膜13固定在下壁12外侧,该盘样隔膜由软材料制成,轴向地面向容置笼罩套管8的环形阀座15。
浮动闭塞器11的侧向壁16具有朝向滴注室1的端部6发散的环形表面,该环形表面布置成对应地面向容置笼罩套管8的可变形轴向扇区9的发散部分14。
在用于闭合底阀7的位置中(在图2中示出),浮动闭塞器11的盘样隔膜13搁置抵靠容置笼罩套管8的平坦基座10,以便闭合环形阀座15且因此闭合滴注室1的出口开口4。这种状况对应于在滴注室1中没有液体。
在液体存在的情况下,底阀7占用在图1和图3中示出的开启位置:浮动闭塞器11在容置笼罩套管8中移置到使得盘样隔膜13与环形阀座15分离的位置,以便保持通道穿过滴注室1的出口开口4敞开。
浮动闭塞器11的开启和闭合移置受容置笼罩套管8有效地导引。此外,通过使用两个手指对滴注室1的弹性可变形侧向壁2简单地施加径向变形以便由于在自由的发散端部14和发散环形表面16之间的相互作用而相应地使容置笼罩套管8的可变形轴向扇区9径向地变形和朝滴注室1的端部6的方向传输浮动闭塞器11的轴向推力,即使手动地也可以舒适和容易的方式实施其从闭合位置至开启位置的移置。
根据上文描述,清楚的是对应于底阀7闭合和开启的浮动闭塞器11的移置不仅以受容置笼罩套管8有效地导引的方式发生,而且还发生在有助于确保底阀7的完美闭合和瞬时再次开启的受限轴向行进的时候。
图5和图6示出根据本发明的分别表示在开启位置中和在闭合位置中的底阀的变体。
在当前所考虑优选实施例的此种变体中,使用相同的参考标号表示与此前所述部件相同或类似的部件。它与此前实施例的差异在于浮动闭塞器11的本体的平坦基座10以单个部件制成,其侧向壁(以17表示)具有长形圆柱形形状。圆柱形壁17的上端部(以18表示)大致径向地朝向外部转向并且具有圆整表面以采用类似于此前所述实施例的方式与容置笼罩套管8的可变形轴向扇区9的发散部分14协作。
显然,在不脱离如在所附权利要求中限定的本发明的保护范围的情况下,构成细节和实施例可相对于已描述和例示的内容广泛地变化。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于医疗注入或灌输设备的滴注室(1)的底阀(7),具有浮动闭塞器(11)与其协作的环形阀座(15),所述浮动闭塞器能在所述阀座(15)的闭合位置和开启位置之间轴向地移置,其特征在于,所述底阀包括具有弹性可变形侧向壁(9)的容置笼罩套管(8),所述浮动件(11)以受导引的方式在所述弹性可变形侧向壁内浮动,所述容置套管(8)的侧向壁(9)和所述浮动件(11)具有相应的相互面向的表面(14,16;14,18),所述相互面向的表面构造成使得所述容置套管(8)的径向变形在使所述浮动件(11)远离所述环形阀座(15)运动的方向上对所述浮动件施加轴向推力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述容置套管(8)具有形成所述环形阀座(15)的平坦基座(10)以及所述浮动闭塞器(11)提供有软盘样隔膜(13),所述软盘样隔膜在所述闭合位置中搁置抵靠所述平坦基座(10)。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,所述容置套管(8)的侧向壁由弹性可变形轴向扇区(9)的冠部形成,所述弹性可变形轴向扇区带有具有发散部分(14)的自由端部,所述发散部分朝向所述浮动闭塞器(11)的对应发散环形壁(16;18)面向。
4.一种用于医疗注入或灌输设备的滴注室,包括中空长形圆柱形本体(1)和底阀(7),所述中空长形圆柱形本体具有径向弹性可变形侧向壁(2)和提供有出口开口(4)的底壁(3),以及所述底阀包括面向所述出口开口(4)并且浮动闭塞器(11)与其协作的环形阀座(15),所述浮动闭塞器能在用于闭合所述阀座(15)的位置和用于开启所述阀座的位置之间轴向地移置,其特征在于,所述底阀(7)包括密封地接合在所述滴注室本体(1)的侧向壁(2)和底壁(3)之间并且具有弹性可变形侧向壁(9)的容置笼罩套管(8),所述浮动闭塞器(11)在所述侧向壁内以受导引方式浮动,所述容置套管(8)的侧向壁(9)和所述浮动件(11)具有相应的相互面向的表面(14,16;14,18),所述相互面向的表面构造成使得所述滴注室本体(1)的侧向壁(2)的传输至所述容置套管(8)的侧向壁(9)的径向变形在使所述浮动闭塞器(11)远离所述环形阀座(15)运动的方向上对所述浮动闭塞器施加轴向推力。
