The invention provides an air conditioner which comprises an air conditioner indoor unit and an air conditioner outdoor unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the outdoor unit of an air conditioner includes a casing, an outdoor heat exchanger 30, a compressor, a high-low pressure valve set 40, a water receiving box 50, a cover plate 60, and the like.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the housing includes a chassis 10, a front panel and side panels, both of which are disposed on the chassis 10, the number of the side panels being two, i.e., a left side panel and a right side panel, which are respectively connected to left and right sides of the front panel. Generally, the base plate 10 is provided with a middle partition plate 70 to partition an inner space of the outdoor unit into a compressor chamber and an air passage space, which are distributed in a left-right direction, the compressor chamber is provided with a compressor, and the air passage space is provided with the outdoor heat exchanger 30. In order to reduce the noise generated by the compressor, the noise reduction filler can be filled in the cavity of the compressor, the noise reduction filler can be specifically damping particles, the vibration generated by the compressor can be transmitted to the damping particles, the damping particles can buffer the vibration generated by the compressor through mutual collision and friction, and the vibration kinetic energy of the compressor is converted into the frictional heat energy to be discharged through the shell, so that the working noise of the compressor can be reduced. The side plate described in the following embodiments refers in particular to a side plate arranged close to the compressor, which side plate constitutes one of the chamber walls of the compressor chamber.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction, the high and low pressure valve block 40 is mounted on a side plate that is disposed facing the compressor cavity. The high-low pressure valve group 40 generally includes a high pressure valve 41 and a low pressure valve 42, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is connected to the high pressure valve 41 and the low pressure valve 42, respectively, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner is also connected to the high pressure valve 41 and the low pressure valve 42, respectively. Typically, the high and low pressure valve block 40 is mounted on the valve plate 22. That is to say the curb plate includes curb plate body 21 and valve plate 22, and curb plate body 21 is connected with chassis 10, is equipped with the installing port on the curb plate body 21, and the installing port is close to the bottom of curb plate body 21 and sets up, and for example, the installing port can be the breach of locating curb plate body 21 bottom, of course. The mounting opening can also be a closed annular mounting hole. The valve plate 22 is installed on the side plate body 21 and covers the installation opening, and the high-low pressure valve group 40 is installed on the valve plate 22. Generally, the high-pressure valve 41 and the low-pressure valve 42 are detachably connected to the valve plate 22, for example, by screws. Of course, in other embodiments, the high-pressure valve 41 and the low-pressure valve 42 may be directly mounted on the side plate body 21. Specifically, the valve plate 22 is provided with two circular holes, one of which is adapted to be penetrated by the high pressure valve 41, and the other is adapted to be penetrated by the low pressure valve 42. The high-pressure valve 41 and the low-pressure valve 42 are arranged in a penetrating manner by arranging the circular holes, and the high-pressure valve 41 and the circular holes can be better matched because the valve bodies of the high-pressure valve 41 and the low-pressure valve 42 are cylindrical, so that a gap between the high-pressure valve 41 and the circular holes can be smaller; likewise, the low pressure valve 42 and the circular hole can be better fitted, and a small gap between the two can be ensured. Preferably, the clearance between the high-pressure valve 41 and the hole wall of the circular hole is less than 2mm, for example, the clearance between the high-pressure valve 41 and the hole wall of the circular hole is 1mm or 1.5mm, and the clearance can ensure that the high-pressure valve 41 can pass through the circular hole without interference, and can prevent the damping particles with larger sizes from leaking. Similarly, the clearance between the low pressure valve 42 and the hole wall of the circular hole is smaller than 2mm, for example, the clearance between the low pressure valve 42 and the hole wall of the circular hole is 1mm or 1.5 mm.
In this embodiment, since the high-pressure valve 41 and the low-pressure valve 42, and the connection pipe on the high-pressure valve 41 and the connection pipe on the low-pressure valve 42 can generate condensed water when the air conditioner performs cooling, in order to prevent the condensed water from directly dropping to the ground, a water receiving box 50 is disposed outside the high-low pressure valve set 40, and the water receiving box 50 is mounted on the side plate. Specifically, the water receiving box 50 and the side plate body 21 are fixed by screws, or the water receiving box 50 is clamped with the side plate body 21. The water receiving box 50 has at least one opening facing the side plate, and the water receiving box 50 also has a rearward opening for the convenience of the user to operate the high-low pressure valve set 40. In order to prevent the condensed water in the water receiving box 50 from flowing out of the rearward opening of the water receiving box 50, a blocking edge is arranged on the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50 and close to the rearward opening. Referring to fig. 5, in order to prevent the condensed water in the water receiving box 50 from overflowing, the side plate is provided with a water through hole 221, and the water receiving box 50 is disposed corresponding to the water through hole 221, that is, the water receiving box 50 covers at least a part of the water through hole 221, or the water receiving box 50 covers the whole water through hole 221, so as to guide the water in the water receiving box 50 into the water through hole 221.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to facilitate the water in the water receiving box 50 to flow into the water through hole 221, the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50 is inclined downward gradually in the direction close to the side plate, so that the condensed water dropping from the high-pressure and low-pressure valve set 40 can flow downward and toward the water through hole 221 along the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50, and the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50 plays a role in inclined guiding. Further, the inner surface of the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50 is provided with a water guide groove 50a, the water guide groove 50a extends towards the direction close to the side plate, and the water guide groove 50a is arranged corresponding to the water through hole 221. In this embodiment, the water guide groove 50a is disposed corresponding to the water through hole 221, and means that an end of the water guide groove 50a near the side plate is directed toward the water through hole 221, thereby guiding the condensed water into the water through hole 221.
In order to guide the condensed water in the water receiving box 50 into the water passing hole 221 better, furthermore, a water guiding protrusion 51 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water receiving box 50 and on the side surface close to the side plate, the water guiding protrusion 51 is arranged along the groove wall of the water guiding groove 50a, namely, the water guiding protrusion 51 is arranged around the groove wall at one end of the water guiding groove 50a, the length of the water guiding groove 50a is prolonged, and the water guiding protrusion 51 is inserted into the water passing hole 221, so that the condensed water is directly guided into the water passing hole 221.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9, the chassis 10 is provided with a drainage opening 10a and a drainage groove 10b communicating with the drainage opening 10a, and the drainage groove 10b is elongated and extends toward the side plate to be adjacent to the water through hole 221. Generally, the water outlet 10a is located in the air duct space, the water discharge groove 10b is at least partially located in the compressor cavity, one end of the water discharge groove 10b is communicated with the water outlet, specifically, communicated through the groove, and the other end of the water discharge groove 10b is arranged close to the water through hole. The cover plate 60 covers the drain groove 10b, and preferably, the cover plate 60 covers the drain groove 10b at a position in the compressor cavity, so that the area of the cover plate 60 can be reduced, and materials can be saved. The cover plate 60 is provided with a communication water hole 60a communicating the water passing hole 221 and the drain groove 10b, so that water flowing down from the water passing hole 221 can flow from the communication water hole 60a to the drain groove 10b and be discharged from the drain opening 10 a.
In this embodiment, the water passing hole 221 is provided on the valve plate 22; in addition, the water through holes 221 may be directly formed in the side plate body 21. In the present embodiment, the bottom surface of the valve plate 22 is provided with a mounting flange 222, the mounting flange 222 is turned inward, and the mounting flange 222 abuts against the cover plate 60. By abutting the attachment flange 222 against the cover plate 60, the movement of the cover plate 60 can be restricted to some extent. In this embodiment, the water passing hole 221 is a groove formed in the outer surface of the valve plate 22, and is preferably formed by inwardly recessing the valve plate 22. The water passing hole 221 extends to the mounting flange 222, i.e., the water passing hole 221 is substantially L-shaped and has an up-down extension 221a and a transverse extension 221 b. If the groove depth of the up-down extension 221a is too large, the valve plate 22 is required to be recessed inward too much, so that the position of the valve plate 22 where the up-down extension 221a is formed is too thin and is easily broken; if the groove depth of the upper and lower extension sections 221a is too small, the water flow is too small, and the condensate water is easily discharged out of time; therefore, in the present embodiment, the groove depth of the upper and lower extension 221a is 5-10mm, for example, the groove depth of the upper and lower extension 221a may be 5mm, 6mm, 8mm or 10 mm. Similarly, if the depth of the groove of the laterally extending section 221b is too large, the mounting flange 222 is required to be recessed upward too much, so that the position of the mounting flange 222 where the laterally extending section 221b is formed is too thin and is easily broken; if the depth of the groove of the transverse extension section 221b is too small, the water flow is too small, and the condensate water is easily discharged out of time; therefore, in the present embodiment, the groove depth of the laterally extending section 221b is 3-10mm, for example, the groove depth of the laterally extending section 221b may be 3mm, 5mm, 8mm or 10mm, etc.
The cover plate 60 is provided with a communication water hole 60a at a position opposite to the water through hole 221 of the mounting flange 222. Specifically, the condensed water flows downward from the upper and lower extensions 221a of the water passing holes 221, then flows to the lateral extensions 221b, and drops from the communication water holes 60a on the cover plate 60 into the drain groove 10 b. Because the water through hole 221 is in a groove shape, the mounting flange 222 abuts against the cover plate 60, that is, the edge of the downward opening of the water through hole 221 abuts against the cover plate 60; meanwhile, the outward open edge of the water passing hole 221 is abutted to or directly exposed from the flange on the chassis 10, so that the water passing hole 221 is not communicated with the compressor cavity, i.e., the noise-reducing filler in the compressor cavity can be prevented from leaking outside from the water passing hole 221, and the condensed water can not leak from the hole edge of the water passing hole 221.
In this embodiment, the cover plate 60 is detachably connected to the chassis 10, for example, both ends of the cover plate 60 are fixed to the chassis 10 by screws; or, a clamping groove is arranged on the chassis 10, and a buckle clamped with the clamping groove is arranged on the cover plate 60. Additionally, the cover plate 60 and the mounting flange 222 may also be removably attached.
In addition, two mounting bosses 11 are arranged on the base plate 10 and in the compressor cavity, the two mounting bosses 11 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the drainage groove 10b, the mounting bosses 11 extend along the drainage groove 10b, and the cover plate 60 is arranged on the mounting bosses 11 and fixed with the mounting bosses 11. Erect apron 60 through setting up installation boss 11, can increase water drainage tank 10 b's groove depth, increase water drainage tank 10 b's drainage flow does benefit to the comdenstion water and smoothly discharges.
In general, the drain grooves 10b have a shallow depth, and the cover plate 60 is covered on the drain grooves 10b, so that the drain grooves extend in the extending direction of the drain grooves 10b, and a drain groove is provided on the lower surface of the cover plate 60 at a position corresponding to the drain grooves 10b in order to ensure that the condensed water flows out smoothly even when the flow rate of the condensed water is large. In this embodiment, the drainage groove is formed by the downward groove of the cover plate 60, and a bulge 61 is correspondingly formed on the upper surface of the cover plate 60. The arrangement of the drainage grooves is equivalent to increase the groove depth of the drainage grooves 10b, so that the cross section of the drainage grooves 10b is larger, and the flowing of larger water flow can be satisfied. In order to facilitate the flow of the condensed water in the drain groove 10b, the drain groove 10b is higher at an end close to the water passing hole 221 than at an end close to the drain opening 10a, that is, the bottom wall of the drain groove 10b is inclined downward gradually from the end close to the water passing hole 221 toward the drain opening 10a, so that the condensed water flows from a high position to a low position.
The width of the drainage channel 10b near the water hole 221 is larger, which is equivalent to the larger cross-sectional area of the drainage channel 10b at the inflow end of the condensed water, and the orthographic projection of the communication water hole 60a on the chassis 10 falls into the drainage channel 10b, so that the drainage channel 10b can completely receive the condensed water flowing down from the communication water hole 60a, and the condensed water is prevented from flowing out. The width of the drainage channel 10b at the end close to the drainage port 10a is smaller, which means that the drainage channel 10b gradually converges along the flowing direction of the condensed water, so as to gradually gather the condensed water into a narrower and more rapid water flow, and better guide the condensed water into the drainage port 10 a.
In the invention, the water through holes 221 are formed in the side plates, and the water receiving box 50 is covered on the high-low pressure valve set 40, so that the water receiving box 50 can guide condensed water generated by the high-low pressure valve set 40 into the water through holes 221 and into the chassis 10 through the water through holes 221, and the condensed water is prevented from directly dripping. In addition, by providing the drain groove 10b in the base plate 10, the condensed water generated in the high-low pressure valve group 40 flows into the drain groove 10b through the water passing hole 221, and is guided to the drain port 10a in the base plate 10 and is intensively drained from the drain port 10 a. Through covering at water drainage tank 10b and establishing apron 60, so when filling the filler of making an uproar that falls in the compressor cavity, the filler of making an uproar that will fall separates with the comdenstion water, can enough avoid making an uproar filler fill water drainage tank 10b and hinder the smooth and easy flow of comdenstion water, can avoid again making an uproar filler and comdenstion water contact the back and become wet and influence the noise reduction effect.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
