Detailed Description
The underground salvaging device comprises an upper joint 1, a middle pup joint 2, a guide pup joint 3, a bearing pin 4, a sliding locking sleeve 5 and a gripper 6; the upper joint 1 is arranged on the guide short joint 3 through the middle short joint 2 screw thread, and the bearing disc 7 is fixedly arranged in the middle short joint 2. The inner wall of the middle nipple 2 is provided with a bulge, the lower end face of the bearing disc 7 is in contact with the bulge, and the upper end face of the bearing disc 7 is in contact with the lower end face of the upper joint 1, so that the bearing disc 7 is clamped and fixed. The limit pin 17 is provided with a slope groove 18 corresponding to the slope surface at the top of the trigger push rod 15, and the trigger push rod 15 is connected with the limit pin 17 in a sliding contact manner through the matching of the slope surface at the top of the trigger push rod 15 and the slope groove 18. In the working process, under the extrusion action of the trigger push rod 15, the limit pin 17 can move in the limit pin hole, so that the limit pin can withdraw from the pin insertion hole, and the locking and fixing release of the sliding locking sleeve 5 on the bearing pin 4 is realized.
The bearing pin 4 below the sliding locking sleeve 5 is provided with a gripper hinging seat 13 through a compression nut 12, the gripper hinging seat 13 is a cylindrical body, 3 connecting lugs are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the gripper hinging seat 13 at 120 degrees, and the connecting lugs are provided with grippers 6 through pin shafts. The bottom of the gripper 6 is in a hook shape, and a supporting piece 20 is arranged between the gripper 6 and the gripper hinging seat 13.
The support piece 20 consists of a slide bar 21, a support spring 22 and a slide bar sleeve 23, wherein the slide bar sleeve 23 is fixedly arranged on the gripper hinging seat 13, the slide bar 21 is arranged in the slide bar sleeve 23 in a sliding manner, and one end of the slide bar 21 is fixedly connected with the gripper 6; the sliding rod sleeve 23 and the sliding rod 21 are sleeved with a supporting spring 22; the function of the slide bar sleeve 23 and the slide bar 21 is to provide a mounting base for the support spring 22 to keep the gripper 6 in a stretched position at all times, during operation the slide bar 21 can be extended and retracted in the slide bar sleeve 23 without leaving the inserted position of the slide bar 21 in the slide bar sleeve 23.
The C-shaped clamping ring 14 of the underground fishing device can prevent the trigger push rod 15 from slipping in the assembly hole. When the underground salvaging device salvages, the salvaging device is firstly lowered to the position corresponding to the well depth, at the moment, the salvaging device handle 6 is in the maximum open state, the sliding locking sleeve 5 and the bearing pin 4 are in the locking state, and the limiting compression spring 11 is in the compression energy storage state; continuing to lower the salvaging device, so that the upper end of the tool 24 to be salvaged contacts with the pushing disc at the lower end of the trigger push rod 15, thereby slowly pushing the trigger push rod 15 upwards along the assembly hole, and in the process, the top of the trigger push rod 15 is a slope; the limit pin 17 is provided with a slope groove 18 corresponding to the slope surface at the top of the trigger push rod 15, and the trigger push rod 15 is connected with the limit pin 17 in a sliding contact manner through the matching of the slope surface at the top of the trigger push rod 15 and the slope groove 18; in the process of triggering the push rod 15 to go upward, the slope surface groove 18 on the limit pin 17 is extruded through the slope surface at the top of the push rod, so that the limit pin 17 compresses the conical compression spring 16 and retracts in the limit pin hole, the end of the limit pin is withdrawn from the pin insertion hole, the locking state of the sliding locking sleeve 5 and the bearing pin 4 is released, and meanwhile, the compression energy storage state of the limit compression spring 11 is released.
At the same time, drilling fluid is injected through the upper joint 1, and acts on the sliding locking sleeve 5 through fluid holes 9 uniformly distributed on the bearing disc 7, and simultaneously the sliding locking sleeve 5 is cooperatively pushed to descend along the bearing pin 4 by the aid of the limiting compression springs 11. Until contacting with the limit buffer ring 25 arranged on the bearing pin 4 above the gripper hinging seat 13; the limiting buffer ring 25 is used for limiting the downward movement of the sliding locking sleeve 5.
Closing the drilling fluid; in the process of sliding the sliding locking sleeve 5 downwards, the lower end of the sliding locking sleeve 5 pushes (extrudes) three grippers 6 to simultaneously and gradually shrink and fold, the supporting piece 20 is simultaneously compressed in the process of shrinking and folding of the grippers 6, along with the downwards sliding of the sliding locking sleeve 5, the three grippers 6 grasp the convex part of the tool 24 to be salvaged through a hook at the bottom of the three grippers 6 in the process of shrinking and folding, so that the locking state of the grippers 6 and the tool 24 to be salvaged is realized, the locking state of the grippers 6 and the tool 24 to be salvaged is kept by a limiting compression spring 11, and the underground drilling tool can be salvaged by lifting the underground salvaging device.
The underground salvaging device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, the gripper 6 is pressed by the descending of the sliding locking sleeve 5 to shrink inwards so as to clamp the tool 2 to be salvaged, and the clamping state of the gripper 6 is kept by the limiting compression spring 11; thereby greatly improving the reliability of salvage; solves the property loss problem caused by the burying of the existing drilling tool.
