(3) connecting the steering tie rod assembly to the left and right knuckle arms by using a pin shaft and a bolt;
(4) one end of the power steering cylinder is connected with the knuckle arm, the other end of the power steering cylinder is connected with the frame, an oil pipe interface on a cylinder body of the power steering cylinder faces the outer side of the frame, and a grease filling interface on a piston rod faces the outer side of the knuckle arm;
(5) after the other parts of the whole vehicle are installed, installing a tire and a front rim;
(6) checking the air pressure of the tire; checking a toe-in value of the front wheel; the empty minimum ground clearance is checked.

The method of assembling a front axle of a dump truck according to claim 1, wherein: in step two (1): applying pressure to the outer ring of the outer bearing to prevent a gap between the outer ring of the bearing and the hub during cooling; in step two (2): applying pressure to the outer ring of the inner bearing to prevent a gap between the outer ring of the bearing and the hub during cooling; in step two (3): pressure is applied to the speed measuring fluted disc to prevent the fluted disc and the hub from generating a gap in the cooling process.

The method of assembling a front axle of a dump truck according to claim 1, wherein: in step two (9), the specific steps of measuring the mounting play of the bearing are as follows: a. when the installation process is verified, firstly, the assembly completed in the step two (7) is hoisted by a crane, a steering knuckle is rotated, an outer side bearing is stressed to rotate, a dial indicator instrument magnetic seat is placed on a hub at a position corresponding to 180 degrees, a wire meter measuring point is placed on a bearing positioning plate, marks are drawn at a measuring position, a wire meter is zeroed, the total weight of the assembly is recorded, the steering knuckle is gently placed on the ground through an electronic crane scale, different forces are maintained to act on the bearing, change values of the steering knuckle under various forces are read from the wire meter and recorded, finally, the crane is not stressed any more, the weight of the hub is loaded on an inner side bearing, and through the measurement, the weight of the hub is determined, the influence of the weight of the steering knuckle on a clearance is determined, and a compensation value S is obtained; b. when production and installation are carried out, the assembly completed in the step two (7) is vertically placed on a workbench, a hub is upward, the hub is rotated, so that a roller and a raceway of an inner side bearing are in mutual contact under the action of the gravity of the hub, a dial indicator magnetic base is placed on the hub at a position corresponding to 180 degrees, a wire indicator measuring point is placed on a bearing positioning plate, a wire indicator is adjusted to zero, the hub is hoisted, a steering knuckle is rotated, the inner and outer sides of the bearing move relatively, the raceways in the outer side bearing are in mutual contact, and a measuring point returns to a mark position to obtain a wire indicator reading C; in step two (10), the thickness value of the bearing adjusting shim is the sum of the thread meter reading C, the play value and the compensation value S.
