本发明公开了一种减振铣刀的制作方法,包括如下步骤:S1:对铣刀本体切割得到刀刃和端刃;S2:利用钝化机对刀刃和端刃进行钝化;S3:对刀刃和端刃进行表面处理,使得刀具表面形成一层TiCN涂层;S4:制备刀座:在刀座上开设用于安装铣刀本体的安装槽,在安装槽的内壁开设环形的容纳槽,在容纳槽内均匀间隔布置隔片,将相邻隔片通过弹性件相连,在相邻隔片形成的空间中放置石墨减振颗粒,在容纳槽的槽口处放置阻尼挡圈;S5:将铣刀本体插装在刀座的安装槽中;S6:检验后完成制作。本发明的有益效果为:其制得的铣刀能够有效抑制铣刀的振动。

本发明涉及刀具技术领域,具体涉及一种减振铣刀的制作方法。
背景技术
铣刀在使用过程中,容易发生振动,影响铣刀使用寿命,如何制作一种能够有效抑制其使用中的发生的振动现象称为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减振铣刀的制作方法,其制得的铣刀能够有效抑制铣刀的振动。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种减振铣刀的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:对铣刀本体切割得到刀刃和端刃;
S2:利用钝化机对刀刃和端刃进行钝化;
S3:对刀刃和端刃进行表面处理,使得刀具表面形成一层TiCN涂层;
S4:制备刀座:在刀座上开设用于安装铣刀本体的安装槽,在安装槽的内壁开设环形的容纳槽,在容纳槽内均匀间隔布置隔片,将相邻隔片通过弹性件相连,在相邻隔片形成的空间中放置石墨减振颗粒,在容纳槽的槽口处放置阻尼挡圈;
S5:将铣刀本体插装在刀座的安装槽中;
S6:检验后完成制作。
优选地,上述阻尼挡圈包括如下重量份原料:丁苯橡胶60-80份;环氧树脂35-65份;木质纤维5-15份;POE树脂15-25份;磁粉0.1-0.5份。
本发明的工作原理为:石墨减振颗粒的设置可有效抑制振动,阻尼挡圈一方面避免石墨颗粒受振动跑出,另一方面能够起到二次减振的作用。
本发明的有益效果为:其制得的铣刀能够有效抑制铣刀的振动。

一种减振铣刀的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:对铣刀本体切割得到刀刃和端刃;
S2:利用钝化机对刀刃和端刃进行钝化;
S3:对刀刃和端刃进行表面处理,使得刀具表面形成一层TiCN涂层;
S4:制备刀座:在刀座上开设用于安装铣刀本体的安装槽,在安装槽的内壁开设环形的容纳槽,在容纳槽内均匀间隔布置隔片,将相邻隔片通过弹性件相连,在相邻隔片形成的空间中放置石墨减振颗粒,在容纳槽的槽口处放置阻尼挡圈;
S5:将铣刀本体插装在刀座的安装槽中;
S6:检验后完成制作。
上述阻尼挡圈包括如下重量份原料:丁苯橡胶60-80份;环氧树脂35-65份;木质纤维5-15份;POE树脂15-25份;磁粉0.1-0.5份。

S1:对铣刀本体切割得到刀刃和端刃;
S2:利用钝化机对刀刃和端刃进行钝化;
S3:对刀刃和端刃进行表面处理,使得刀具表面形成一层TiCN涂层;
S4:制备刀座:在刀座上开设用于安装铣刀本体的安装槽,在安装槽的内壁开设环形的容纳槽,在容纳槽内均匀间隔布置隔片,将相邻隔片通过弹性件相连,在相邻隔片形成的空间中放置石墨减振颗粒,在容纳槽的槽口处放置阻尼挡圈;
S5:将铣刀本体插装在刀座的安装槽中;
S6:检验后完成制作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减振铣刀的制作方法,其特征在于,上述阻尼挡圈包括如下重量份原料:丁苯橡胶60-80份;环氧树脂35-65份;木质纤维5-15份;POE树脂15-25份;磁粉0.1-0.5份。
