Abstract
The invention provides a filtering device for dyeing two insects, which is characterized by comprising a filter main body and a case connected below the filter main body, wherein a negative pressure pump is arranged in the case, an inlet of the negative pressure pump is connected with the filter main body, and an outlet of the negative pressure pump is communicated with the outside of the case through a water outlet. The filter main body is provided with a push rod and a knob capable of driving the push rod to move up and down, and a ventilation gasket is arranged at the top of the push rod. When the filter membrane is used, the filter membrane is placed on the breathable gasket, and the breathable gasket can be jacked up by the ejector rod to form a convex arc shape, so that the filter membrane can be conveniently collected. The invention utilizes the negative pressure pump to combine with the filter main body to filter the 'two insects' dyeing, thereby making up the technical blank at home and abroad.

Background
Giardia and cryptosporidium are two protozoon which seriously harm the water quality and are parasitic in human and animal bodies, and the giardia and cryptosporidium are called as two worms for short and can transmit diseases through drinking water, food and other ways.
The detection method of giardia and cryptosporidium/oocyst adopts an immunomagnetic separation fluorescent antibody method specified in national standard test method for domestic drinking Water (GB/T5750.12-2006), and mainly comprises the following steps: sampling, concentrating, panning, IMS magnetic separation, IFA dyeing and microscopic examination. The concentration is an important ring, and because the number of oocysts in the water sample is small, the water sample with a large volume needs to be concentrated, the raw water needs to be 20L, and the treated factory water (pipe network water) needs to be 100L.
At present, a special filtering device special for 'two-worm' dyeing is not available, but is generally used for a water sample filtering device, and the following defects exist:
(1) The existing filtering product is only suitable for a filtering film with the diameter of 47mm or 55mm, and the filtering film with the diameter of 25mm for dyeing of two insects cannot be matched for use;
(2) The existing filtering products generally use a plastic filter bowl as a filtering container, and the two insects are more easily adsorbed by plastic due to the larger volume than bacteria, so that the detection rate is reduced;
(3) The filter and the vacuum pump of the existing filtering product are separated, so that the filtering product is not easy to carry and inconvenient to use on site.
