Test example 1
The mouth-less tobacco sticks prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were subjected to a cooling performance test and a fragrance blending and replenishing efficacy test.
Brief description of the test methods: the filter-less cigarette rods obtained in the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 1 to 8 of the invention are twisted and jointed with a smoking section on a cigarette making machine by adopting the conventional composite technology to prepare the cigarette which can not burn by heating. The smoking section is prepared by the method described in the specification, the carrier is made of paper materials, the smoking part is made of sorbose, the fragrance raw material is made of fructus momordicae extract, the smoking part and the fragrance raw material part are fully and uniformly mixed and then added through a coating process, and then the smoking part and the fragrance raw material part are made into a cylindrical base rod, and the shape of the rod is matched with the size of a cigarette rod of the cooling and fragrance blending section in the embodiment of the invention so as to be convenient for composite manufacturing. The heating needle is adopted to heat the smoking section, and the temperature of smoke overflowing from the cooling and flavoring section is tested by a conventional method (the added comparative example 9 is the test temperature of the independent smoking section).
The test of the efficacy of blending and tonifying the fragrance is as follows: the sensory evaluation of the heated non-combustible cigarette is carried out by an evaluation expert group according to the regulation of the national standard GB5606.4-2005 cigarette sensory technical requirement, and the evaluation result is shown in Table 1. Wherein, the panel of the evaluation experts comprises 100 professional persons and volunteers, the score is 10 according to the full score, the average value is drawn by each person, and the test result is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the temperature reducing and flavoring section provided in the embodiment of the present invention can significantly reduce the temperature of the smoke generated by the smoking section, the temperature generated by the smoking section is 202 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to less than 80 ℃ after the temperature reduction of the temperature reducing and flavoring section in embodiments 1 to 4. Comparing example 4 with comparative examples 1 to 8, it can be seen that changing the type and ratio of tobacco leaves has a certain effect on the cooling effect, and changing the size of tobacco shreds and the weight of the non-tip tobacco rod can have a significant effect on the cooling effect.
In addition, the cooling and flavoring section provided by the embodiment of the invention can play an obvious flavoring effect on the smoking section, and the change of the types of the tobacco leaves or the change of the proportion of the tobacco leaves can greatly influence the flavoring effect.
In summary, according to the raw material formula of the tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring section provided by the invention, the tobacco shred module is added in the cooling section, and the spice module, the essence module and the smoking module are matched, so that the cooling is realized in the process that high-temperature smoke passes through gaps among tobacco shreds, and meanwhile, a large amount of heat is absorbed in the process that the tobacco shred, the spice module and the essence module release aroma, so that the effects of flavoring and supplementing aroma are achieved while the temperature is further reduced.
The preparation method of the tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring section provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, and the obtained product can generate obvious cooling and flavoring effects on the smoking section.
The invention also provides a heating non-combustion cigarette base rod which is suitable for wide popularization and application by rubbing and connecting the flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring section and the fuming section.

1. A flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring section is characterized by comprising a tobacco shred module, a spice module, an essence module and a smoke generating module;
the tobacco shred module comprises flue-cured tobacco type tobacco shreds, and the spice module is selected from one or more of sugar, compound amino acid and plant extract; the essence module is a natural perfume raw material and/or a synthetic perfume raw material; the smoke generating module is a polyhydric sugar alcohol;
the tobacco shred module comprises base fragrant tobacco leaves, aroma-enhanced tobacco leaves, air-cured tobacco leaves and stiff tobacco leaves, and the mass ratio of the base fragrant tobacco leaves to the aroma-enhanced tobacco leaves to the air-cured tobacco leaves to the stiff tobacco leaves is 10:2-5:1-3: 0.5-2;
the base fragrant tobacco leaves are red big tobacco leaves, the aroma-added tobacco leaves are Zimbabwe tobacco leaves and/or American cured tobacco leaves, and the stiff tobacco leaves are burley tobacco leaves;
the raw materials of the flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring section comprise, by weight, 35-45 parts of tobacco shred modules, 8-15 parts of spice modules, 3-6 parts of essence modules and 3-12 parts of smoking modules;
in the tobacco shred module, the width of a strand silk of the tobacco shred is 0.2-0.5mm, and the length of the strand silk is 1-2 mm.
2. The flue-cured tobacco flavoring stage of claim 1, wherein the smoke generating module is selected from one or more of propylene glycol, glycerol, sorbitol.
3. The flue-cured tobacco flavoring stage of claim 1, wherein the plant extract in the flavor module comprises moss extract, luo han guo extract and date extract.
4. The flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending stage of claim 1, wherein the flavor module is selected from one or more of vanilloids, rose essential oils, coffee and cocoa.
5. The flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending segment of claim 4, wherein the boiling point of the flavor raw materials in the flavor module is 100-150 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending segment according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
tobacco leaves in the tobacco shred modules are shredded to obtain tobacco shred base materials;
and mixing the tobacco shred base material, the spice module, the essence module and the smoking module, and rolling and connecting the mixture into a non-tip cigarette rod by using a cigarette making machine.
7. The method for preparing a flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and flavoring segment as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the mixing process of the tobacco shred substrate, the spice module, the essence module and the smoking module comprises the following steps:
mixing the smoking module, the spice module and the essence module, and coating the mixture on a cigarette carrier to obtain a flavoring carrier;
and carrying out rolling connection by utilizing the tobacco shred base material and the flavoring carrier.

The method for preparing a flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending segment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the smoking module, the spice module and the essence module are subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 2-4h under the temperature condition of 100-120 ℃ in the mixing process of the smoking module, the spice module and the essence module.
9. The method for preparing a flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending segment as claimed in claim 7, wherein the length of the non-tip tobacco rod is 84-154mm, the circumference is 22-22.8mm, and the weight of the tobacco rod is 300-800 mg.

A heating non-combustible cigarette base rod, which is characterized by comprising a smoking section and a flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending section prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the smoking section and the flue-cured tobacco flavor cooling and blending section are formed by rubbing and connecting with a cigarette making machine.
