Hereinafter, with reference to FIGS. 3 and 7-9 , the terminals related to the button battery 40 , the terminals related to the buzzer 50 , and the terminals related to the switch portion 11 c will be described in detail.

(Installation of battery terminal and button battery)

Fig. 7 is a plan view of the structure related to the button battery in the electronic thermometer 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

20。As shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 7, a battery accommodating portion 205 is formed on the back side of the auxiliary bracket 20, and a battery supporting wall portion 205a having approximately the same shape as the button battery 40 is formed on one side of the battery accommodating portion 205, and a battery supporting wall portion 205a is formed on one side of the battery accommodating portion 205. A battery claw 205b is formed on the rear side end of the wall portion 205a (see FIG. 8 ). Adjacent to the battery support wall 205a, battery support walls 205c, 205d and battery claws 205e are formed on the bottom of the auxiliary bracket 20 to firmly fix the button battery 40 to the auxiliary bracket 20 .

In the state where the terminal assembly 30 is installed in the auxiliary bracket 20, the positive battery terminal 32a is located on the opposite side of the battery support wall portion 205a, and the button battery 40 is mounted between the positive battery terminal 32a and the battery support wall portions 205a, 205c, 205d. between.

As shown in FIG. 3 , FIG. 5 , and FIG. 7 , the battery positive terminal 32 a has V-shaped walls 32 a 1 , 32 a 2 , and the V-shaped walls 32 a 1 , 32 a 2 are elastic and can hold and fix the button battery 40 . Since the battery claw 205b is provided on the back side end of the battery supporting wall 205a, the button battery 40 can be stably held and the button battery 40 can be prevented from accidentally falling off due to vibration or the like.

Since the battery positive terminal 32a is V-shaped and has V-shaped walls 32a1, 32a2, the button battery 40 can be well fixed and good contact with the button battery 40 can also be ensured.

In the state where the battery positive terminal 32a clamps the button battery 40, due to the extrusion of the button battery 40, the battery positive terminal 32a is in a direction perpendicular to the push-in direction of the button battery 40 (the direction perpendicular to the paper in FIG. 7 ). (The direction of the paper surface in Figure 7) will be greatly deformed. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7 , on the bottom surface of the auxiliary bracket 20, a side wall 206 is provided on the outside of the V-shaped walls 32a1, 32a2 and at the positions corresponding to the V-shaped walls 32a1, 32a2, and serves as a limit position. the role of the Ministry. In the state where the button battery 40 is pushed in, when the V-shaped walls 32a1, 32a2 deform in a direction perpendicular to the pushing direction of the button battery 40 and move outward, the stopper 206 can effectively restrain the V-shaped walls 32a1, 32a2. deformation.

As shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, on the lateral extension 31b of the bracket body 31, two battery stop pins 315 are provided, and the battery stop pins 315 are connected to the battery support walls 205a, 205c, 205d, and The battery positive terminal 32 a together limits the position of the button battery 40 and prevents the button battery 40 from moving within the auxiliary bracket 20 .

When the button battery 40 is pushed in, the battery positive terminal 32a and the connecting portion 32e between the battery positive terminal 32a and the battery substrate terminal 32c may be twisted and rotated relative to the auxiliary bracket 20 due to the extrusion of the button battery 40 .

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the structure related to the button battery 40 in the electronic thermometer 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4 , FIG. 5 , and FIG. 8 , the connection portion 32 e between the battery positive terminal 32 a and the battery substrate terminal 32 c is divided into two paths at the bend at the V-shaped top of the battery positive terminal 32 a, One way reaches the V-shaped top of the battery positive terminal 32a, and the other way protrudes toward the auxiliary bracket 20 to form a protruding portion 32f. On the bottom surface of the auxiliary bracket 20, an insertion hole 207 is formed at a position corresponding to the protrusion 32f. The protrusion 32f is fitted into the insertion hole 207, thereby suppressing the twisting of the battery positive terminal 32a and the connection portion 32e relative to the auxiliary bracket 20. turn.

As shown in Figure 4 and Figure 5, the switch terminal 33a is a switch movable terminal, opposite to the switch fixed terminal 33b, the switch terminal 33a is connected to the substrate 22 through the switch substrate terminal 33c, the switch fixed terminal 33b is integrated with the battery negative terminal 32b, It is connected to the substrate 22 through the battery negative electrode substrate terminal 32d. When the switch part 11c is pressed, the switch part 11c drives the switch terminal 33a to move, so that the switch terminal 33a contacts the switch fixed terminal 33b, and connects into a loop to start the power supply of the battery 40; when the switch part 11c is released, the switch terminal 33a and the switch The fixed terminal 33b is disconnected, and the power supply from the battery 40 is stopped.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 , a buzzer accommodating portion 204 is formed on the back side of the auxiliary bracket 20 , and the shape of the inner wall surface of the buzzer accommodating portion 204 is substantially the same as that of the buzzer 50 , which is easy to place. Buzzer 50, and the buzzer 50 can be positioned. A relief groove 208 for the buzzer 50 is formed on the bottom surface of the front side of the buzzer receiving portion 204 , and the diameter of the relief groove 208 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the buzzer 50 .

As shown in FIG. 4 , on the front side of the bracket body 31 of the terminal assembly 30 , a buzzer relief groove 314 is formed on the laterally extending portions 31 a, 31 b. Likewise, the shape of the buzzer relief slot 314 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the buzzer 50 .

In this embodiment, when the buzzer 50 is assembled, the front side and the back side of the buzzer 50 are clamped by the relief groove 208 and the buzzer relief groove 314 respectively, and are fixed on the bracket body 31 and the back surface. Between the auxiliary brackets 20, the ends of the buzzer positive terminal 34a and the buzzer negative terminal 34b protruding from the lateral extension portion 31a of the bracket body 31 are against the buzzer 50 in the direction of the auxiliary bracket 20, thereby stably The buzzer 50 is electrically connected to the substrate 22 .

Since the bracket body 31 is made of resin with high hardness, after the buzzer 50 and the terminal assembly 30 are assembled into the auxiliary bracket 20 , the bracket body 31 can be used to apply a uniform pressing force to the outer periphery of the buzzer 50 . The uniform pressing force received by the buzzer 50 is favorable for the sounding of the buzzer 50 .

(Assembly of electronic thermometer 1)

As shown in FIG. 3 , the display screen assembly 21 and the buzzer 50 are respectively placed in the display screen assembly accommodating portion 210 and the buzzer accommodating portion 204 of the auxiliary bracket 20, and the terminal assembly 30 is loaded into the auxiliary bracket 20, so that The claw portion 311 of the bracket body 21 engages with the slot 201 of the auxiliary bracket 20 . Afterwards, when the substrate 22 is assembled on the auxiliary bracket 20 , the protrusion 312 on the bracket body 21 fits into the groove 222 formed on the substrate 22 , which can improve the positioning accuracy of the substrate 22 and the auxiliary bracket 20 . Under the condition that the protruding portion 312 of the bracket body 21 fits into the groove portion 222 on the base plate 22, the base plate 22 covers all areas of the bracket body 31 except the longitudinally extending portion 31c. The battery substrate terminals 32c, 32d, the switch substrate terminals 33c, and the buzzer substrate terminals 34c, 34d protruding from the parts 31a, 31b and contacting the substrate 22 are all covered by the substrate 22, so, for example, when the user replaces the battery Touching these terminals can improve the reliability of the product.

22。As shown in FIG. 2 , after assembling the substrate 22 on the back side of the auxiliary bracket 20 , and installing the button battery 40 and the buzzer 50 on the auxiliary bracket 20 , the core assembly of the electronic thermometer 1 is completed. Then, press a part of the substrate 22 and a part of the bracket body 31 of the terminal assembly 30 from the back side with the locator 23, and together with the locator 23, the components of the assembled electronic thermometer 1 are removed from the cylindrical front portion. The rear end of the casing 11a is open, and is fitted into the front casing 11a, and the locator 23 reaches the inside of the front casing 11a. In this state, close the rear shell 11b and the front shell 11a, and use the fixing screw 24 to pass through the holes of the rear shell 11b and the front shell 11a and screw into the screw hole of the positioner 23 . Finally, the temperature measuring part 12 is installed on the front end of the front auxiliary bracket 11 a, and the temperature measuring part 12 is connected to the substrate 22 through the wire 25 .

The locator 23 includes a locating pin 234 corresponding to the locating hole 224 on the base plate 22 , and performs mutual positioning of the base plate 22 , the auxiliary bracket 20 and components therein.

The positioner 23 pushes the protrusion 312 of the bracket body 31 to adjust the pressure on the buzzer 50 in a state where each component is mounted on the front case 11a and the rear case 11b together with the positioner 23 .

Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the structure related to the buzzer 50 in the electronic thermometer 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 9 , in this embodiment, a U-shaped notch 235 is formed through the back side wall of the positioner 23 at the position where the positioner 23 abuts against the raised portion 312 of the bracket body 31 . , so that a force-applying elastic piece 236 is formed inside the U-shaped slot 235 , and the pressing force exerted by the bracket body 31 on the buzzer 50 can be adjusted conveniently by using the force-applying elastic piece 236 to abut against the protruding portion 312 .

According to the above embodiments of the present invention, the positive terminal, negative terminal, and switch terminal of the button battery 40, the positive terminal, the negative terminal, and the substrate terminal of the buzzer 50 are integrated into one component of the terminal assembly 30, which originally requires more than three components to realize The functions of the terminal assembly 30 are realized component by component.

During assembly, only the terminal assembly 30 and the auxiliary bracket 20 are engaged and fixed to complete the installation of all the terminals, which greatly improves the production efficiency.

Due to the reduction in the number of components, the reduction in the assembly process, and the reduction in uncontrollable factors, the occurrence of poor contact is greatly suppressed, the yield rate is improved, and the product cost is reduced.

Since the terminal assembly 30 occupies a small space, it is beneficial to product miniaturization.
