Background
Kitchen waste is a special household waste with the largest production amount in daily life, contains higher water, oil and organic matters, is easy to breed bacteria, rot and deteriorate, and brings a plurality of inconveniences for collecting and transporting the kitchen waste. The messy discharge of the restaurant waste liquid can also cause the blockage of the urban pipe network, thereby providing possibility for illegal molecule extraction of illegal cooking oil. Therefore, a plurality of small kitchen waste classifying and collecting devices capable of being placed in a kitchen after a restaurant are developed in the market, and the kitchen waste is locally classified and collected at the source of the restaurant, so that the reduction transportation of the kitchen waste is realized, the waste cooking oil in the waste cooking liquid can be separated and recovered from the source, and the economic benefit of the kitchen waste is improved.
A environmental protection device for classifying and treating pigwash is disclosed in Chinese patent application 201510328253.6, wherein a partition plate and a partition plate are transversely fixed in a box body of the environmental protection device, and the box body is divided into a filter chamber, a separation chamber and a storage bin. An oil water pipe is fixed at an oil water hole below the partition plate, an oil drinking pipe is fixed at an oil passing hole of the partition plate, the oil drinking pipe on the partition plate is closely connected with the shrinkage pipe, a filter box is arranged in the filter chamber, an oil suction floater and a heating pipe float on the hogwash surface in the separation chamber, the oil drinking pipe is connected with the oil drinking pipe through the shrinkage pipe, an oil pump for conveying hogwash oil is arranged in the storage bin, and a water outlet hole is formed in the box body. According to the environmental protection device for classifying and treating the hogwash, the kitchen waste is subjected to solid-liquid separation in the filter chamber, the separated food and beverage solid residues are left in the filter box, and the separated oil-water mixed food and beverage waste liquid enters the separation chamber through the oil-water pipe below the partition plate. The oil-water mixture is subjected to oil-water separation in the separation chamber, and an upper layer oil layer obtained by separation is discharged into a storage bin below the separation chamber through an oil suction floater and an oil drinking pipe in the separation chamber, and a lower layer water layer in the separation chamber is discharged out of the device through a water outlet of the separation chamber. The equipment has reasonable layout and small appearance, and can be directly placed in a kitchen after a restaurant; however, due to the limitation of kitchen installation space in the restaurant, the volume and the volume of the classified treatment hogwash environment-friendly equipment with the structure are relatively small; during normal use, the classified collection process of the restaurant waste is relatively concentrated, the restaurant waste liquid enters the oil-water separation tank to be too urgent and too violent, and the separation chamber is not provided with enough oil-water separation space and the environment for guaranteeing the oil-water separation of the restaurant waste liquid, so that the oil-water separation function of the restaurant waste liquid can not be realized in the separation chamber.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at: aiming at the problem that the oil-water separation function cannot be realized when the small kitchen waste classifying and collecting equipment in the prior art processes a large amount of food waste in a short time, the kitchen waste classifying and collecting device for small and medium-sized restaurants is provided, and the oil-water separation function of processing a large amount of food waste in a short time can be realized by the small oil-water separating box.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the kitchen waste classifying and collecting device comprises a solid-liquid separation device and an oil-water separation box, wherein the solid-liquid separation device is positioned above the oil-water separation box, the solid-liquid separation device comprises an outer box body, a filter frame is arranged in the outer box body, a slow-descending split-type liquid inlet mechanism is arranged between the solid-liquid separation device and the oil-water separation box, the slow-descending split-type liquid inlet mechanism comprises a vertically arranged liquid inlet channel, a slow-descending splitter plate is arranged in the liquid inlet channel, and a split hole is sequentially formed in one side of the slow-descending splitter plate from the center to the edge; the slow-descending flow dividing plate is inclined relative to the horizontal direction, and one side with the flow dividing hole is lower than one side without the flow dividing hole; the upper end of the liquid inlet channel is in seamless connection with the bottom of the outer box body of the solid-liquid separation device, the lower end of the liquid inlet channel is in seamless connection with the upper end of the oil-water separation box body, and the flow dividing holes are liquid inlets of the oil-water separation box. According to the kitchen waste classifying and collecting device, food waste is poured into the solid-liquid separating device to be subjected to solid-liquid separation, food waste solid residues are reserved in the filtering frame, food waste liquid flows into the slow-descending split-flow type liquid inlet mechanism from the lower part of the filtering frame, and enters the lowest oil-water separating box through the split holes on the slow-descending split-flow plate to be subjected to oil-water separation. According to the kitchen waste classifying and collecting device, the slow-descending diversion liquid inlet mechanism is arranged below the solid-liquid separating device and above the oil-water separating box, and the restaurant waste liquid discharged from the solid-liquid separating device is subjected to speed reduction buffering, flow limiting and liquid inlet dispersion through the slow-descending diversion plate, so that the impact of the restaurant waste liquid on the oil-water separating environment in the oil-water separating box is reduced, and the function of treating a large amount of restaurant waste liquid in a short time of the small-sized oil-water separating box is realized.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the diverter hole includes a first-stage diverter hole having a larger aperture than a second-stage diverter hole having a larger aperture, the first-stage diverter hole being near a center of the descent control diverter plate, and the second-stage diverter hole being near an edge of the descent control diverter plate. According to the kitchen waste classification and collection device with the structure, the liquid level of the first-stage diversion hole with the large aperture is higher than that of the oil-water separation box, the liquid level of the second-stage diversion hole with the small aperture is lower than that of the oil-water separation box, when food and beverage waste liquid enters the oil-water separation box from the liquid inlet mechanism, liquid is not accumulated above the large aperture, food and beverage waste liquid entering the oil-water separation box is relatively less and has smaller speed, waste liquid is accumulated above the small aperture, liquid inlet amount is large and has higher initial acceleration, the influence of food and beverage waste liquid inlet on the oil-water separation box can be further reduced by reducing the liquid inlet height and the aperture of the liquid inlet diversion hole, and the food and beverage waste liquid entering the oil-water separation box through the second-stage diversion hole is not accelerated to contact the upper liquid level of the oil-water separation box, so that larger liquid level fluctuation cannot be caused. According to the kitchen waste classifying and collecting device, the slowly-descending flow dividing plate with the structure is arranged, so that the influence of food waste liquid inlet on the oil-water separation environment can be balanced and reduced to the greatest extent, and the oil-water separation effect is improved.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the slow-descending flow dividing plate is provided with concave-convex textures, and the concave-convex textures are positioned on one side without the flow dividing holes. The concave-convex textures are arranged on the slow-descending flow distribution plate, so that the liquid discharge speed on the slow-descending flow distribution plate can be further reduced, and the impact of food and beverage waste liquid entering the oil-water separation tank on the oil-water separation environment is further reduced.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the outer box body of the solid-liquid separation device, the liquid inlet channel and the box body of the oil-water separation box are integrally formed to form the outer box body of the kitchen waste classification and collection device. The kitchen waste classification collecting device with the structure is characterized in that the solid-liquid separation device, the slow-falling split-flow type liquid inlet mechanism and the oil-water separation box are integrally formed, the equipment integrity is stronger, the liquid inlet channel is fused onto the outer box body of the solid-liquid separation device and the oil-water separation box, the overall height of the equipment can be further reduced, the volume of the kitchen waste classification collecting device is reduced, and the equipment assemblability is stronger.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, an oil outlet of the oil-water separation tank is positioned in the middle of the oil-water separation tank, the slow-descending flow dividing plate and the liquid inlet channel are provided with an annular gap, and the flow dividing hole and the annular gap form a liquid inlet of the oil-water separation tank. The annular gap and the diversion holes on the slow-descending diversion plate of the structure jointly form a liquid inlet channel of the oil-water separation tank, waste liquid in the drainage part of the annular gap slides down along the gap and the side wall of the channel, the wall flow is utilized to increase friction and slow down so that the catering waste liquid entering the oil-water separation tank is further decelerated, the influence of the liquid inlet on the oil-water separation in the oil-water separation tank can be further reduced, and the impact of the catering waste liquid on the liquid in the oil-water separation tank is reduced.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the bottom of the oil-water separation tank is provided with a drain pipe and a drain pipe, and the drain pipe are connected to the same drain pipe. The kitchen waste classifying and collecting device with the structure has the advantages that the drain pipe and the drain pipe are connected to the same drain pipe, so that the restaurant waste water of the drain pipe can be utilized to flush the drain pipe, the cleaning water is saved, the equipment drain pipe can be reduced, and the equipment can be conveniently installed in a kitchen.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the bottom of the oil-water separation tank is provided with a leveling mechanism, and the leveling mechanism can adjust the horizontal state of the oil-water separation tank. In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

2. Through setting up the reposition of redundant personnel hole on slowly falling the reposition of redundant personnel board in grades, further reduced the impact of food and beverage waste liquid to the interior liquid of oil water separation case, improve the oil water separation effect of oil water separation case.
3. By adding the annular gap type liquid inlet channel between the slow-descending flow dividing plate and the liquid inlet channel, the wall flow is utilized to increase friction and slow-descending so that the restaurant waste liquid entering the oil-water separation box is further decelerated, the influence of liquid inlet on the oil-water separation in the oil-water separation box can be further reduced, and the oil-water separation effect of the oil-water separation box is improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
The kitchen waste classifying and collecting device of the embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 to 6 comprises a solid-liquid separating device 1 and an oil-water separating tank 2, wherein the solid-liquid separating device 1 is positioned above the oil-water separating tank 2. The solid-liquid separation device 1 comprises an outer box body 101, and a filter frame 102 is arranged in the outer box body 101. A slow-falling split-flow type liquid inlet mechanism 3 is arranged between the solid-liquid separation device 1 and the oil-water separation box 2. The slow-descending split-flow type liquid inlet mechanism 3 comprises a vertically arranged liquid inlet channel 301, the upper end of the liquid inlet channel 301 is in seamless connection with the bottom of the outer box body 101 of the solid-liquid separation device 1, and the lower end of the liquid inlet channel 301 is in seamless connection with the upper end of the box body 202 of the oil-water separation box 2. The outer casing 101 of the solid-liquid separation device 1, the liquid inlet channel 301 and the casing 202 of the oil-water separation tank 2 are integrally formed to constitute the outer casing of the kitchen waste classification and collection device of embodiment 1.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, a slow-descending flow dividing plate 302 is arranged in the liquid inlet channel 301, and the slow-descending flow dividing plate 302 is positioned right below the filter frame 102. The slow-descending flow distribution plate 302 is provided with a flow distribution hole 4 from the center to the edge on one side, and the other side of the slow-descending flow distribution plate 302 is provided with concave-convex textures. The slow-descending flow dividing plate 302 and the liquid inlet channel 301 are provided with an annular gap 5, and the flow dividing hole 4 and the annular gap 5 jointly form a liquid inlet of the oil-water separation tank 2. The diversion hole 4 comprises a first-stage diversion hole 401 and a second-stage diversion hole 402, the aperture of the first-stage diversion hole 401 is larger than that of the second-stage diversion hole 402, the first-stage diversion hole 401 is close to the center of the slow descent diversion plate 302, and the second-stage diversion hole 4 is close to the edge of the slow descent diversion plate 302; the descent-control flow dividing plate 302 is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, and the side having the flow dividing hole 4 is lower than the side having no flow dividing hole 4.
The oil outlet 201 of the oil-water separation tank 2 is positioned in the middle of the oil-water separation tank 2, the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 is provided with a drain pipe 6 and a drain pipe 7, and the drain pipe 6 and the drain pipe 7 are connected to the same drain pipe 9. An oil storage tank 8 is arranged below the oil-water separation tank 2, and an oil outlet 201 of the oil-water separation tank 2 is communicated with the inside of the oil storage tank 8; the drain pipe 9 is located above the oil reservoir 8.
Workflow of example 1:
the restaurant garbage is subjected to solid-liquid separation in the solid-liquid separation device 1, restaurant solid residues are retained in the filter frame 102, restaurant waste liquid directly falls on the slow-falling flow dividing plate 302 from the bottom of the filter frame 102, then enters the oil-water separation tank 2 through the flow dividing holes 4 on the slow-falling flow dividing plate 302 under the action of gravity to be subjected to oil-water separation, and separated upper-layer grease is discharged from the oil-water separation tank 2 through the oil outlet 201 of the oil-water separation tank 2 and directly enters the oil storage tank 8 below the oil-water separation tank 2; the lower water layer obtained after separation is directly discharged out of the oil-water separation tank 2 through a drain pipe 6 at the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 under the action of upper hydraulic pressure. When more sediment is gathered at the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2, a drain pipe 7 at the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 is opened to discharge sludge sediment at the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 out of the oil-water separation tank 2. When the oil-water separation tank 2 collects oil normally again, restaurant wastewater discharged through the drain pipe 6 can further wash the drain pipe 9, so that the drain pipe 7 and the drain pipe 9 are prevented from being blocked.
According to the kitchen waste classification and collection device with the structure, the catering waste liquid discharged from the solid-liquid separation device is subjected to deceleration and interception and liquid dispersion through the slow-descending split-flow type liquid inlet mechanism 3, so that the influence of the catering waste liquid inlet on the oil-water separation layer of the oil-water separation tank 2 can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the oil-water separation function of the oil-water separation tank 2 is guaranteed. By connecting the drain pipe 6 and the drain pipe 7 to the same drain pipe 9, the installation of the equipment drain pipe can be facilitated; through arranging the oil storage tank 8 below the oil-water separation tank 2 and the solid-liquid separation device 1, the appearance volume of the kitchen waste classification collecting device is reduced, the height of the liquid discharge pipeline 9 is increased, and the installation of the liquid discharge pipeline of equipment and the discharge of waste liquid are facilitated.
Example 2
Example 2 differs from example 1 in that:
the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 is provided with a leveling mechanism 10, and the leveling mechanism 10 is fixed at the upper end of the oil storage tank 8. The leveling mechanism 10 comprises two universal adjusting bolt assemblies 1001 and one directional adjusting bolt assembly 1002, and the two universal adjusting bolt assemblies 1001 and the one directional adjusting bolt assembly 1002 are connected to the bottom of the oil-water separation tank 2 and form a triangular layout; the bolts of the directional adjustment bolt assembly 1002 may be moved in a vertical direction. The directional adjusting bolt assembly 1002 and the universal adjusting bolt assembly 1001 cooperate to be able to adjust the horizontal state of the oil-water separation tank 2.
In the kitchen waste classification and collection device of embodiment 2, under the condition of uneven installation ground, the oil-water separation tank 2 can be leveled through the leveling mechanism 10, so that the oil-water separation tank 2 is prevented from being blocked by oil.
