Technical Field
The invention relates to a positioning device, in particular to a quick positioning device for tailoring.
Background
The process from making a plan view or a three-dimensional cutting cloth pattern to cutting the cloth. The method comprises 3 types of plane cutting, three-dimensional cutting and prototype cutting. Planar cutting is a method of designing a planar drawing, i.e., short-inch cutting, in accordance with the measured dimensions of the human body. The three-dimensional cutting is a prototype cut piece which is cut from a human body and meets the curve requirement of the human body. The prototype tailoring is a method for tailoring clothes by adding style looseness to a prototype through a three-dimensional cut clothes style in an inference mode. The body of human body has large fluctuation, the difference between men and women is obvious, and different tailoring methods are adopted according to the sex and style, so that the clothes are fit and beautiful. The tailoring of the clothing also includes batch tailoring and single tailoring.
The existing positioning device has the defect of low positioning speed, so that a quick positioning device for tailoring with high positioning speed is urgently needed to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defect of low positioning speed of the existing positioning device, and the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide the quick positioning device for tailoring with high positioning speed.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a quick positioning device for tailoring, which comprises a positioning plate, a rotating motor, a first bearing seat, a first roller, a first rotating shaft, a second bearing seat, a fixing plate, a pull wire, a reel, a first supporting rod, a sliding sleeve, a lifting rod, a contact roller, a connecting rod, a positioning drill, a sliding rail, a sliding block, a second supporting rod, a third bearing seat, a second rotating shaft, a second roller, a thumb cylinder, a first fixed pulley, a second fixed pulley and a spring, wherein the left end and the right end of the front side of the positioning plate are symmetrically provided with the fixing plate, the inner side of the fixing plate is connected with the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, the first bearing seat is positioned below the second bearing seat, the first rotating shaft is arranged between the first bearing seat and the second bearing seat, the rotating motor is symmetrically arranged on the positioning plate at the inner side of, a first roller is arranged on the first rotating shaft, a curved groove is formed in the first roller, a contact roller is arranged in the curved groove, the curved groove is in contact fit with the contact roller, a connecting rod is connected onto the contact roller, a lifting rod is connected onto the connecting rod, a positioning drill is connected to the lower end of the lifting rod, a reel is connected to the upper end of the first rotating shaft, a pull wire is wound on the reel, first support rods are symmetrically arranged on a positioning plate on the inner side of a rotating motor in a left-right mode, a sliding sleeve is connected to the outer side of each first support rod, the lifting rod penetrates through the sliding sleeve, a second fixed pulley and a sliding rail are arranged on the rear side of a fixing plate, the second fixed pulley is located on the front side of the sliding rail, a sliding block is arranged on the sliding rail, a thumb cylinder is arranged at the top of the sliding block, second support rods are symmetrically arranged on the rear side of the positioning plate in the left-, the second rotating shaft is provided with a second roller, the upper end of the rear side of the fixed plate is connected with a first fixed pulley, the stay wire is wound around the first fixed pulley and the second fixed pulley, and the rear end of the stay wire is connected with the sliding block.
Preferably, still including the scale, the left and right sides of slide rail all is equipped with the scale, and the height of scale is the half of slide rail height, and the thickness of scale is 3 millimeters, and the length of scale equals with the length of slide rail, and the unit of scale is centimetre, and the material of scale is plastics.
Preferably, the LED lamp also comprises illuminating lamps, the upper ends of the first supporting rods at the left side and the right side are respectively provided with an illuminating lamp, the illuminating lamps are arranged in an inclined mode, the lamp surfaces of the illuminating lamps are curved, the types of the illuminating lamps are L ED lamps, the rated power of the illuminating lamps is 15W, and the rated voltage of the illuminating lamps is 220V.
Preferably, the portable tool box further comprises a tool box, the tool box is arranged in the middle of the front side of the positioning plate and is vertically arranged on the positioning plate, the tool box is square, the length, the width and the height of the tool box are both 20 cm, the tool box is made of stainless steel, and the thickness of the tool box is 1 cm.

Because still including transparent lamp shade, the periphery of light is equipped with transparent lamp shade, and transparent lamp shade's shape is the curved surface shape, and transparent lamp shade's material is glass, and transparent lamp shade's thickness is 5 millimeters, and the distance of the internal surface of transparent lamp shade and the surface of light is 5 centimetres, so transparent lamp shade can protect the light, prevents that the light is impaired.
(3) Advantageous effects
The invention achieves the effects of high positioning speed, accurate positioning and simple operation, the rotating motor simultaneously controls the movement of the positioning drill and the sliding block, so that the positioning is fast and accurate, and the arrangement of the graduated scale enables the positioning to be fast and accurate, saves a large amount of manpower, and enables the positioning work to be not complicated.

The working principle is as follows: when the tailoring is to be carried out, the cloth is positioned, firstly, the sliding block 18 and the thumb cylinder 23 are positioned at the lower front part of the second roller 22, the second roller 22 is wound with the cloth, the cloth is fixed in the thumb cylinder 23 and extends to the front side of the thumb cylinder 23, the thumb cylinder 23 is started to clamp the cloth, then the rotating motor 2 is started to rotate positively to drive the first rotating shaft 6 to rotate anticlockwise, the reel 10 is driven to rotate anticlockwise to withdraw the stay wire 9, the sliding block 18 moves forwards, and the cloth is unfolded forwards. The first rotating shaft 6 rotates anticlockwise, meanwhile, the first roller 4 is driven to rotate anticlockwise, the contact roller 14 is driven to move downwards, the lifting rod 13 is driven to move downwards, the positioning drill 16 is driven to move downwards, when the sliding block 18 moves to the foremost end of the sliding rail 17, the positioning drill 16 moves to the bottommost part, cloth is nailed to the positioning plate 1, the rotating motor 2 stops working, the thumb cylinder 23 is closed, the thumb cylinder 23 is enabled to loosen the cloth, and the cloth is accurately positioned on the positioning plate 1 and can be cut. After cutting, the rotary motor 2 is started to rotate reversely to drive the positioning drill 16 to return to the original position, the reel 10 rotates forwards to pay, and the sliding block 18 returns to the original position under the elastic force of the spring 26.

Because the inner side of the fixing plate 8 is provided with the first grooves 30 in a bilateral symmetry manner, the rotating motor 2 is positioned in the first grooves 30, the first grooves 30 are rectangular, the bottom of each first groove 30 is square, the bottom area and the bottom shape of each first groove 30 are the same as those of the rotating motor 2, and the height of each first groove 30 is 5 cm, the rotating motor 2 can be fixed in the first grooves 30, so that the rotating motor 2 is more stable.
Because the warning board 31 is further included, the warning board 31 is arranged on the inner side of the first supporting rod 11, the warning board 31 is cuboid, the length of the warning board 31 is 20 cm, the width of the warning board 31 is 1 cm, the height of the warning board 31 is 35 cm, and the warning board 31 is made of stainless steel, the warning board 31 can warn a leisure person not to approach the leisure person randomly.
