Background
The current vegetable greenhouse film is usually of a single-layer design, a large amount of water vapor can be generated due to sunlight irradiation or the breathing effect of plants, and the vegetable greenhouse film is good in tightness, cannot be penetrated out, can cause stuffiness in the greenhouse, can be condensed after being cooled, falls on the body of a worker, and is very inconvenient to use.
The single-layer greenhouse in the prior art is poor in heat preservation performance, large in day and night temperature difference, large in temperature difference in the greenhouse, and incapable of effectively simulating constant temperature control. After entering summer, the sun insolation can also cause the temperature in the greenhouse to be too high, which is not suitable for the growth of plants or the operation of workers.
Therefore, there is a need for a vegetable greenhouse film that is heat-insulating, breathable, and insolation-resistant.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides the insolation-proof heat-insulating breathable greenhouse film which has good external waterproofness, good heat-insulating performance and good air permeability.
The technical scheme of the invention provides a insolation-proof heat-preservation breathable greenhouse film, which comprises a woven reticular base film, a plurality of wavy covering films covered on the base film and a sunproof net, wherein the woven reticular base film is arranged on the base film; one side of the wavy coating film is fixed on the bottom film, and the other side of the wavy coating film is fixed on the wavy coating film adjacent to the wavy coating film through a porous breathable pad; the interlayer formed between the bottom film and the covering film is filled with heat-insulating particles; the top of the anti-insolation heat-insulation ventilation greenhouse film is connected with the sun-proof net through vertical lock seams.
In a preferred embodiment, the two sides of the vertical lock seam are respectively provided with a sun-proof net, so that the whole greenhouse film is fully covered. The sun-proof net is characterized in that fixed locking grooves are formed in two sides of the top of the vertical locking seam, and a fixed lock head matched with the fixed locking groove is arranged at the position, close to the lower side of the vertical locking seam, of the sun-proof net. When the sun-proof net is needed, the sun-proof net is paved down and covers the whole surface of the greenhouse film. When the sun-proof net is not needed, the sun-proof net can be rolled up to the vertical lock seam, and the fixed lock head on the sun-proof net is clamped into the fixed lock groove at the top end of the vertical lock seam, so that the sun-proof net is fixed.
In a preferred embodiment, the woven mesh base film is woven by means of 3 or 4 or 6 needles. The woven mesh has certain light transmission and air permeability, the higher the number of selected needles is, the denser the woven mesh is, the smaller the pores are, and the lower the light transmission rate is. The above-mentioned mesh grid can be woven according to the demand to different illumination, selects suitable needle number, and the preferred needle number is 4 needles.
In a preferred embodiment, the insulation particles are transparent PET polyester particles or transparent PE particles. The transparent particles can ensure certain light transmittance. The particles have a large amount of air between them, and the air is a bad conductor of heat, so that the transparent particles arranged between the woven mesh-shaped base film and the covering film can have good heat preservation effect. Preferred transparent particles are selected from transparent PE particles.
In a preferred embodiment, adjacent two undulating membranes form ventilation openings through the porous ventilation pad, the direction of the ventilation openings being toward the ground. The porous air-permeable mat may be selected from porous sponges or foamed plastics, preferably porous sponges. In general, vegetable plants in the greenhouse adopt a scientific water supply mode, and precipitation in the atmosphere breaks the balance, and when adopting the structure, even if rainfall or snowfall occurs, the rain and the snow can fall from the wavy coating film outside, and meanwhile, the ventilation of the inside and the outside of the greenhouse is not hindered.
Besides the fixed sun-proof net, the vertical lock seam has the other effect of combining two greenhouse films, and under the condition that the whole greenhouse is covered generally, two greenhouse films which are independently and symmetrically arranged are needed, so that the direction of the ventilation opening is ensured to face the ground, and meanwhile, the connection mode of the vertical lock seam can also ensure the connection compactness and smaller water seepage possibility.
In a preferred embodiment, the greenhouse film has a thickness of 0.3-1cm, and excessive thickness can result in the entire film layer being too heavy, affecting safety. Correspondingly, the average particle diameter of the filled heat-insulating particles is 0.1-0.5cm.
In a preferred embodiment, the wavy film has a width of 5-10cm, which is a relatively moderate width, and too much width results in the accumulation of thermal insulation particles in the middle and lower layers of the interlayer formed between the base film and the film due to gravity caused by too much thermal insulation particles contained therein, and too little width results in insufficient thermal insulation effect.
In a preferred embodiment, the sun-screening net is a black hydrophilic net, and water can be sprayed onto the sun-screening net when the sun-screening net cannot meet the sun-screening requirement according to the use requirement, the sun-screening net can absorb water and cool down, and evaporation of water can take away heat, so that a sun-screening effect is achieved to a greater extent.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. according to the anti-insolation heat-insulating breathable greenhouse film, through the unique design, the greenhouse film can resist external rain and snow and simultaneously can also play a role in insulating the interior of the greenhouse, and meanwhile, water vapor and the like generated in the interior of the greenhouse can be exchanged with the atmosphere, so that the breathable effect is achieved.
2. According to the anti-insolation heat-insulation ventilation greenhouse film, the sun-screening net is arranged, so that direct sunlight can be prevented to the greatest extent when summer comes, and the sun-screening and cooling effects are achieved; the sun-proof net is made into a hydrophilic sun-proof net, and the sun-proof cooling effect can be further realized through water spraying.
3. The anti-insolation heat-insulation breathable greenhouse film is directly covered on the greenhouse framework, and the sun-proof net is put down if the sun-proof net is required to be used up and fixed, so that the anti-insolation heat-insulation breathable greenhouse film is convenient and quick to use.

In particular, the sun screen 3 is a black hydrophilic screen.
Specifically, the knitted mesh-like carrier film 11 is knitted by 4-needle method. The insulating particles 13 are transparent PE particles.
More specifically, the average thickness of the greenhouse film 1 was 0.5cm, the width of the wavy film 12 was 5cm, and the average particle diameter of the insulating particles 13 was 0.3cm.

The insolation-proof heat-insulating breathable greenhouse film solves the technical problems of poor heat-insulating effect and air impermeability in the prior art, so that the temperature, humidity and the like of air in the greenhouse are controlled within reasonable ranges, namely, the temperature and humidity of the air are not easy to cause frost damage of crops, condensation water is not dropped, water seepage caused by external rainwater is not caused, and the practicability of the greenhouse film is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the sun-proof net at the top can be put down near summer to realize sun-proof effect. The anti-insolation heat-insulation breathable greenhouse film has the advantages of ingenious structural design and simplicity and convenience in operation.
