Abstract

本发明提供了一种液氮泵动力端总成,包括曲轴箱体总成,曲轴箱体总成对应连接有十字头壳体总成,曲轴箱体总成和十字头壳体总成之间对应设有润滑系统。采用曲轴箱体总成和十字头壳体总成分体式模块组合装配,将曲轴箱体设计成焊接式,十字头壳体设计成铸造式,比起整体铸造或者整体焊接,不仅结构简单紧凑,而且考虑了现有加工方式,便于加工制造、装配和维修保养,十字头设有螺纹连接,可与市场上不同规格的液力端连接起到传递动力的作用,曲轴采用直轴和多个偏心轮通过平键连接的分体式结构,降低了曲轴整体加工的难度,十字头销轴设有顶丝孔,通过顶丝固定可消除销轴的轴向窜动,润滑系统可以保护运动构件,延长运动构件使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及液氮泵技术领域,具体涉及一种液氮泵动力端总成。
背景技术
目前,常规液氮泵主要用来为液氮增压,工作压力普遍在16.5MPa以下。其工作过程与普通往复泵类似,均是通过外界动力的驱动,由曲轴旋转运动转化为连杆、十字头和柱塞的往复直线运动,从而实现流体介质的低压吸入和高压排出。因常规液氮泵压力较低,使用范围受到一定限制。随国内油田作业工艺的变化,压力逐步增大到40-100MPa,曲轴转速增加到600-900rpm,因压力和转速的增加,其动力端传动机构的受力便会增加,从而对动力端壳体强度以及运动部件的润滑散热提出了更高的要求。
国内现有的油田用液氮泵及成套系统均为国外进口,作为高压易损件的液力端在国外已经比较成熟,所以就有必要设计一种液氮泵动力端,使其不仅能满足国内逐步增大的作业压力,而且能够与国外不同规格型号的液力端相连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有液氮泵动力端壳体强度、运动部件的润滑散热问题,以及无法与国外不同规格型号的液力端配套连接的问题,提供一种液氮泵动力端总成,不仅能满足国内逐步增大的作业压力,而且能够与国外不同规格型号的液力端相连接。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种液氮泵动力端总成,包括曲轴箱体总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴箱体总成对应连接有十字头壳体总成,曲轴箱体总成和十字头壳体总成之间对应设有润滑系统。
进一步地,所述曲轴箱体总成包括曲轴箱焊接壳体,曲轴箱焊接壳体内设有曲轴箱轴承座,曲轴箱轴承座对应安装有曲轴轴承,曲轴轴承内设有曲轴,曲轴连接有连杆。
进一步地,所述曲轴箱焊接壳体包括曲轴箱箱体和曲轴箱箱盖,曲轴箱箱体与曲轴箱箱盖通过曲轴箱固定螺栓连接,曲轴箱箱体与十字壳体总成配合面设有法兰安装面,曲轴箱焊接壳体设有回油口。回油口可以存储回流的润滑油,实现润滑油的不断润滑和回收利用。
进一步地,所述曲轴包括直轴、偏心轮和平键,偏心轮通过平键安装在直轴上,偏心轮及直轴设有润滑油孔,偏心轮的数目为多个,偏心轮与连杆连接。曲轴采用一根直轴和三个偏心轮通过平键连接在一起的分体式结构,降低了曲轴整体加工的难度。
进一步地,所述十字头壳体总成包括十字头壳体,十字头壳体与曲轴箱体总成配合面设有法兰安装面,十字头壳体内设有十字头滑套,十字头壳体设有润滑油孔,十字滑套内设有十字头和十字头销轴,十字头与连杆通过十字头销轴连接,十字头远离十字头销轴的一端设有可与液力端卡箍连接的螺纹,十字头滑套设有半环形润滑油道,十字头壳体为铸造式。
进一步地,所述十字头销轴设有安装可防止十字头销轴轴向窜动的顶丝的顶丝孔。
进一步地,所述润滑系统包括主油管和旋转接头,主油管连接有支油管,支油管包括第一支油管和第二支油管,第一支油管通过旋转接头与直轴连接,第二支油管与十字头壳体连接。
进一步地,所述第一支油管与偏心轮和直轴上的润滑油孔形成润滑偏心轮、曲轴轴承和连杆的回路,第二支油管与十字头壳体上的润滑油孔和十字头滑套上的半环形润滑油道形成润滑十字头和十字头滑套的回路。
进一步地,所述十字头壳体总成的数目为多个。
进一步地,所述曲轴箱体总成通过法兰连接面与多个十字头壳体总成通过法兰安装面与对应螺栓连接。将曲轴箱体设计成焊接式,将十字头壳体设计成铸造式,这种分体式的结构比整体铸造或整体焊接便于装配和维修保养。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:采用曲轴箱体总成和十字头壳体总成分体式模块组合装配,将曲轴箱体设计成焊接式,十字头壳体设计成铸造式,比起整体铸造或者整体焊接,不仅结构简单紧凑,而且根据每个模块的结构特点,充分考虑了现有的加工方式,便于加工制造、装配和维修保养。
十字头上设计有螺纹连接,可与市场上不同规格的常规液力端通过卡箍连接起到加强紧固的作用。
曲轴采用直轴和多个偏心轮通过平键连接的分体式结构,降低了曲轴整体加工的难度。
十字头销轴设有顶丝孔,通过顶丝固定可消除销轴的轴向窜动。
润滑系统中的第一支油管与偏心轮和直轴上的润滑油孔形成润滑偏心轮、曲轴轴承和连杆的回路,第二支油管与十字头壳体上的润滑油孔和十字头滑套上的半环形润滑油道形成润滑十字头和十字头滑套的回路,曲轴焊接壳体下面留有出油口,存储和回流润滑油,完整的润滑的系统可以保护运动构件,延长运动构件的使用寿命。

当液氮泵工作时,动力通过直轴103上的平键105作用到偏心轮104上,偏心轮104带动连杆107,并拖动十字头销轴204和十字头202在十字头滑套203内做往复直线运动,十字头202与液力端中的柱塞通过卡箍连接,从而将动力传递给液力端。

1.一种液氮泵动力端总成,包括曲轴箱体总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴箱体总成对应连接有十字头壳体总成,曲轴箱体总成和十字头壳体总成之间对应设有润滑系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴箱体总成包括曲轴箱焊接壳体,曲轴箱焊接壳体内设有曲轴箱轴承座,曲轴箱轴承座对应安装有曲轴轴承,曲轴轴承内设有曲轴,曲轴连接有连杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴箱焊接壳体包括曲轴箱箱体和曲轴箱箱盖,曲轴箱箱体与曲轴箱箱盖通过曲轴箱固定螺栓连接,曲轴箱箱体与十字头壳体总成配合面设有法兰安装面,曲轴箱焊接壳体设有回油口。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴包括直轴、偏心轮和平键,偏心轮通过平键安装在直轴上,偏心轮及直轴设有润滑油孔,偏心轮的数目为多个,偏心轮与连杆连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述十字头壳体总成包括十字头壳体,十字头壳体与曲轴箱体总成配合面设有法兰安装面,十字头壳体内设有十字头滑套,十字头壳体设有润滑油孔,十字滑套内设有十字头和十字头销轴,十字头与连杆通过十字头销轴连接,十字头远离十字头销轴的一端设有可与液力端卡箍连接的螺纹,十字头滑套设有半环形润滑油道。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述十字头销轴设有安装可防止十字头销轴轴向窜动的顶丝的顶丝孔。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述润滑系统包括主油管和旋转接头,主油管连接有支油管,支油管包括第一支油管和第二支油管,第一支油管通过旋转接头与直轴连接,第二支油管与十字头壳体连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述第一支油管与偏心轮和直轴上的润滑油孔形成润滑偏心轮、曲轴轴承和连杆的回路,第二支油管与十字头壳体上的润滑油孔和十字头滑套上的半环形润滑油道形成润滑十字头和十字头滑套的回路。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述十字头壳体总成的数目为多个。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种液氮泵动力端总成,其特征在于:所述曲轴箱体总成通过法兰连接面与多个十字头壳体总成通过法兰安装面与对应螺栓连接。
