Abstract
本发明公开了一种代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,涉及塑料制品加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:着色剂10‑15份、聚丙烯架桥剂5份、载体80份。本发明以马来酸酐作为聚丙烯架桥剂,通过马来酸酐的架桥作用将聚丙烯和聚酰胺在分子结构上连接起来,而聚酰胺的添加能够使由该色母粒着色的塑胶件具有如同经喷油丝印工艺加工的丝印效果;并解决了采用喷油丝印工艺对塑胶件进行着色存在的环保性差、二次耗能且表面着色层不耐腐蚀、易脱落和磨损的技术缺陷。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及塑料制品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒。
背景技术:
喷油丝印工艺主要用于塑料和金属制品的表面装饰,将加工成型的塑料或金属制品经表面处理后喷油,待干燥后再在其表面丝印图案或者文字。目前,喷油丝印工艺也用于塑料制品的着色,但存在环保性差、二次耗能且表面着色层不耐腐蚀、易脱落和磨损的技术缺陷。
流纹色母粒,是以特定的载体树脂配合高浓度的复合着色剂经高速混合、双螺杆挤出混炼加工而成,适用于PE、PP、EVA、PS、ABS等树脂的着色,广泛应用于注流纹塑、压延、吹膜、中空吹膜及涂膜等塑料制品的加工。
为了解决喷油丝印工艺在塑料制品着色上存在的技术缺陷,本发明制备出一种流纹色母粒,该流纹色母粒适用于聚丙烯树脂的着色,与注塑成型工艺一次完成,在满足客户对塑胶件颜色要求的同时避免喷油丝印的多次繁琐工艺,并且加工过程无任何污染,加工所制塑胶件的耐腐蚀性强且着色均匀、色彩稳定性好。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种能有效提高着色均匀性、色彩稳定性强且能显著简化加工工艺、节省加工成本的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
着色剂10-15份、聚丙烯架桥剂5份、载体80份。
所述聚丙烯架桥剂为马来酸酐。
所述载体由聚丙烯和聚酰胺混合而成。
所述聚丙烯和聚酰胺的质量比为1:1。
所述着色剂选自无机颜料或者有机颜料中的一种。
上述聚丙烯流纹色母粒的加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)针对客户提供的色样进行实验室颜色配方设计,并利用电脑测色以确认色差结果,经客户确认颜色后出工程单;
(2)分别称量着色剂、聚丙烯架桥剂和载体;
(3)先将着色剂与聚丙烯架桥剂混合均匀,然后加入载体,再次混合均匀,将混合好的物料送入双螺杆色母机中,经挤出、水冷、切粒后烘干,最后经QC确认后打包出货。
所述挤出温度为240℃,水冷温度为常温,烘干温度为80℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明以马来酸酐作为聚丙烯架桥剂,通过马来酸酐的架桥作用将聚丙烯和聚酰胺在分子结构上连接起来,而聚酰胺的添加能够使由该色母粒着色的塑胶件具有如同经喷油丝印工艺加工的丝印效果;
(2)本发明解决了采用喷油丝印工艺对塑胶件进行着色存在的环保性差、二次耗能且表面着色层不耐腐蚀、易脱落和磨损的技术缺陷,节省加工成本、改善加工环境的同时保证所制塑胶件的着色品质;
(3)本发明所制流纹色母粒可以与聚丙烯加工料混合后经一次注塑成型工艺制得聚丙烯塑胶件,满足客户对塑胶件的多彩颜色搭配要求;
(4)利用本发明流纹色母粒制得的聚丙烯塑胶件着色均匀且色彩稳定性好,着色长期有效,同时耐腐蚀性强。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
聚丙烯流纹色母粒的加工:
(1)针对客户提供的色样进行实验室颜色配方设计,并利用电脑测色以确认色差结果,经客户确认颜色后出工程单;
(2)分别称量着色剂、聚丙烯架桥剂和载体;
(3)先将10g着色剂(酞菁蓝)与5g聚丙烯架桥剂(马来酸酐)混合均匀,然后加入80g载体(由质量比1:1的聚丙烯和聚酰胺组成),再次混合均匀,将混合好的物料送入双螺杆色母机中,经挤出、水冷、切粒后烘干,最后经QC确认后打包出货。其中,挤出温度为240℃,水冷温度为常温,烘干温度为80℃。
其中,着色剂酞菁蓝选用沧州临港英蓝化工有限公司出厂的酞菁蓝BGSYL-1532P,聚丙烯架桥剂马来酸酐选用山东百耀化工有限公司出厂的马来酸酐,聚丙烯选用东莞市博企塑胶有限公司出厂的聚丙烯HG313MO,聚酰胺选用余姚市钛腾工程塑料有限公司出厂的聚酰胺PA66A3HG5。
实施例2
聚丙烯流纹色母粒的加工:
(1)针对客户提供的色样进行实验室颜色配方设计,并利用电脑测色以确认色差结果,经客户确认颜色后出工程单;
(2)分别称量着色剂、聚丙烯架桥剂和载体;
(3)先将10g着色剂(酞菁绿)与5g聚丙烯架桥剂(马来酸酐)混合均匀,然后加入80g载体(由质量比1:1的聚丙烯和聚酰胺组成),再次混合均匀,将混合好的物料送入双螺杆色母机中,经挤出、水冷、切粒后烘干,最后经QC确认后打包出货。其中,挤出温度为240℃,水冷温度为常温,烘干温度为80℃。
其中,着色剂酞菁绿选用盐城彩达颜料有限公司出厂的5319酞菁绿G,聚丙烯架桥剂马来酸酐选用山东百耀化工有限公司出厂的马来酸酐,聚丙烯选用东莞市博企塑胶有限公司出厂的聚丙烯HG313MO,聚酰胺选用余姚市钛腾工程塑料有限公司出厂的聚酰胺PA66A3HG5。
实施例3
分别将实施例1、实施例2所制色母粒以相同添加量添加到同批聚丙烯塑胶件加工料中,并经相同注塑成型工艺制得同规格的聚丙烯塑胶件1、聚丙烯塑胶件2。
同时利用与上述同批的聚丙烯塑胶件加工料经相同注塑成型工艺制得与上述同规格的聚丙烯塑胶件3,所制聚丙烯塑胶件3采用喷油丝印工艺代替色母粒进行着色。喷油丝印工艺中所用着色剂分别采用沧州临港英蓝化工有限公司出厂的酞菁蓝BGS YL-1532P和盐城彩达颜料有限公司出厂的5319酞菁绿G,最终对应制得聚丙烯塑胶件3-1、聚丙烯塑胶件3-2。
分别对所制聚丙烯塑胶件1、聚丙烯塑胶件2、聚丙烯塑胶件3-1、聚丙烯塑胶件3-2的着色质量进行测试,测试结果如表1所示。

耐磨性:在磨耗试验机上磨轮旋转1000次试样磨耗量。
抗老化性:将试样经氙灯老化5000h,测定老化前后试样色差△E。
耐腐蚀性:将试样放入60℃、25wt%氯化钠溶液中浸泡10天,观察有无腐蚀情况。

1.一种代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
着色剂10-15份、聚丙烯架桥剂5份、载体80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于,其加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)针对客户提供的色样进行实验室颜色配方设计,并利用电脑测色以确认色差结果,经客户确认颜色后出工程单;
(2)分别称量着色剂、聚丙烯架桥剂和载体;
(3)先将着色剂与聚丙烯架桥剂混合均匀,然后加入载体,再次混合均匀,将混合好的物料送入双螺杆色母机中,经挤出、水冷、切粒后烘干,最后经QC确认后打包出货。
3.根据权利要求2所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于:所述挤出温度为240℃,水冷温度为常温,烘干温度为80℃。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯架桥剂为马来酸酐。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于:所述载体由聚丙烯和聚酰胺混合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯和聚酰胺的质量比为1:1。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的代替喷油丝印工艺的聚丙烯流纹色母粒,其特征在于:所述着色剂选自无机颜料或者有机颜料中的一种。
