本发明公开了一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,包括小车、润滑油箱、蠕动泵、软管、喷嘴、导油槽和攀爬架,所述攀爬架固定于小车上,润滑油箱和蠕动泵均固定于小车上,蠕动泵的进油口与润滑油箱相连通,出油口与软管相连,软管与喷嘴相连,喷嘴和导油槽均设于攀爬架的顶端,且导油槽位于喷嘴的下方。本发明结构简单,使用更加地安全,减少工人的劳动强度。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装。
背景技术:
在大型风力发电机中,为保证好的润滑效果,常在风力发电机机舱的外壁上设置与注油口,用于向风力发电机上的传动轴承上注入润滑油。由于风力发电机机舱体型一般较大,因此注油口位置较高,所以在注入润滑油时,需要操作人员架设梯子,然后手持油桶上去注入润滑油,该种方式十分麻烦,且安全系数低,在对多个机舱内注入润滑油时,效率低下,且工人劳动强度大。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,包括小车、润滑油箱、蠕动泵、软管、喷嘴、导油槽和攀爬架,所述攀爬架固定于小车上,润滑油箱和蠕动泵均固定于小车上,蠕动泵的进油口与润滑油箱相连通,出油口与软管相连,软管与喷嘴相连,喷嘴和导油槽均设于攀爬架的顶端,且导油槽位于喷嘴的下方。
进一步地,所述导油槽通过螺栓铰接于小车上。
进一步地,所述攀爬架上设有推把。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,使用更加地安全,减少工人的劳动强度。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,包括小车11、润滑油箱12、蠕动泵13、软管14、喷嘴15、导油槽16和攀爬架17,攀爬架17固定于小车11上,润滑油箱12和蠕动泵13均固定于小车11上,蠕动泵13的进油口与润滑油箱12相连通,出油口与软管14相连,软管14与喷嘴15相连,喷嘴15和导油槽16均设于攀爬架17的顶端,且导油槽16位于喷嘴15的下方。
为便于调整导油槽16的角度,导油槽16通过螺栓铰接于小车11上。
为方便推动本发明工装,攀爬架17上设有推把18。
使用时,工人爬上攀爬架17,并根据机舱上注油口的位置调整导油槽16的角度,然后工人下来,推动小车11上,并使得导油槽16对准注油口,打开蠕动泵13即可。本发明结构简单,使用更加地安全,减少工人的劳动强度。

1.一种用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,其特征在于:包括小车(11)、润滑油箱(12)、蠕动泵(13)、软管(14)、喷嘴(15)、导油槽(16)和攀爬架(17),所述攀爬架(17)固定于小车(11)上,润滑油箱(12)和蠕动泵(13)均固定于小车(11)上,蠕动泵(13)的进油口与润滑油箱(12)相连通,出油口与软管(14)相连,软管(14)与喷嘴(15)相连,喷嘴(15)和导油槽(16)均设于攀爬架(17)的顶端,且导油槽(16)位于喷嘴(15)的下方。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,其特征在于:所述导油槽(16)通过螺栓铰接于小车(11)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于风力发电机机舱内的轴承润滑的涂油工装,其特征在于:所述攀爬架(17)上设有推把(18)。
