背景技术
氨基酸表面活性剂具有自增稠的功能,所以在很多日化配方中,越来越多的采用氨基酸自增稠剂,其不仅具有自增稠功能,还具有温和的表面活性。
CN201310127769.5公开了一种氨基酸型表面活性剂自增稠组合物,其包含椰油酰胺丙基羟磺甜菜碱和月桂酰基肌氨酸钠作为增稠剂。
CN201310153564.4公开了一种农用增稠增效助剂,其包含脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、烷基糖苷、月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在说明书记载:含有脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,使得助剂本身具有润湿增效更佳,性能更稳定的特点,且增稠增效效果更好。
CN201711263120.0公开了一种含高油分山茶籽油滋养泡沫沐浴乳,其包含羟丙基磷酸酯淀粉、C8-C10烷基糖苷、椰油酰丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰甘氨酸钾、月桂醇硫酸钠、月桂醇磷酸酯钾、JC 30表棓儿茶酚棓酸葡糖苷改性增稠剂,并且在说明书中记载氨基酸体系的洗护配方最难的就是增稠问题。氨基酸盐类阴离子表面剂具有头基较大,不易形成紧密排列的棒状胶束的特点。胶束因素无法满足增稠,可以通过复配其他的类型的表面活性剂减缓难增稠的趋势。增稠的另一种方式是液晶堆积。与氨基酸钾盐和磷酸酯钾的表面活性剂协同增稠能力非常突出的表棓儿茶酚棓酸葡糖苷增稠剂作为主要的增稠手段,只需要足够量的氨酸钾盐即可达到接近膏体的稠度。由此可见,该方案采用的是氨基酸钾盐、磷酸酯钾、表棓儿茶酚棓酸葡糖苷增稠剂协同增稠。

上述技术方案,要么需要额外的增稠剂辅助,要么在不增加额外的增稠剂的情况下增稠能力有限。
因此寻找一种增稠能力强的氨基酸增稠体系是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种氨基酸自增稠体系,该体系在月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物用量达到体系重量的16%或以上,烷基糖苷的用量达到3%用量以上时,表现出非常优异的增稠性能。
本发明的具体方案如下:一种氨基酸自增稠体系,所述的体系中含有月桂酰肌氨酸钠、烷基糖苷以及椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物;
其中,所述的月桂酰肌氨酸钠的用量为4-8%;椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物的用量为8%-12%;烷基糖苷用量为3%;月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物的总用量为16%;
所述的体系的pH值为5.2-5.8;溶剂为水。
在上述的氨基酸自增稠体系中,所述的烷基糖苷为C12-C14烷基糖苷、C12-C16烷基糖苷、C8-C14烷基糖苷。
在上述的氨基酸自增稠体系中,所述的月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物以及烷基糖苷的重量百分比用量为8%、8%、3%或4%、12%、3%。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
本发明的体系在月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物用量达到体系重量的16%或以上,烷基糖苷的用量达到3%用量以上时,表现出非常优异的增稠性能。

实施例1
本实施例考察月桂酰肌氨酸钠(LS)、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物(CAO)、烷基糖苷(APG,C12-14的烷基糖苷)的复配性能。
准确称取一定质量的月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷、去离子水、柠檬酸,45℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀后密封放入25℃恒温箱中静置24h,取出后测定pH5.2-5.8及黏度并观察体系外观。
月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷的添加量(重量百分比)分别为:4%:4%:0%;4%:4%:1%;4%:4%:3%;6%:4%:0%;6%:4%:1%;6%:4%:3%;4%:6%:0%;4%:6%:1%;4%:6%:3%;4%:8%:0%;4%:8%:1%;4%:8%:3%;6%:6%:0%;6%:6%:1%;6%:6%:3%;8%:4%:0%;8%:4%:1%;8%:4%:3%;12%:4%:0%;12%:4%:1%;12%:4%:3%;8%:8%:0%;8%:8%:1%;8%:8%:3%;4%:12%:0%;4%:12%:1%;4%:12%:3%;

通过附图1可以看出,当月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物用量之和少于16wt%时,其增稠不规律,当月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物用量之和大于等于16wt%且烷基糖苷用量大于等于3%时,会出现粘度的突变。
相比于烷基糖苷的用量为2%时的情况时,其粘度增加了不少于4倍,其净增加值不少于6000mPa.s。
由此可见,当月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物用量达到体系重量的16%或以上,烷基糖苷的用量达到3%用量以上时,体系表现出显著的体系年度变化。

所述的体系的pH值为5.2-5.8;溶剂为水;所述的烷基糖苷为C12-C14烷基糖苷、C12-C16烷基糖苷、C8-C14烷基糖苷。
