Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of medical devices, and in particular, but not limited to, an inflation sleeve for an intermittent inflation device and an intermittent inflation device including the inflation sleeve.
Background
The deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb is one of the most serious complications in the perioperative period after the orthopedic major operation, and the current method for preventing the deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb mainly comprises the following steps: basic prevention, pharmaceutical prevention, mechanical prevention, etc. The intermittent inflator pump is a common instrument for mechanically preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, and the basic principle is to utilize the mechanical principle to promote the blood flow acceleration of the vein of the lower limbs, reduce the blood retention and reduce the incidence rate of the deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after operation. Referring to fig. 1, the conventional intermittent inflator pump mainly comprises a main unit (not shown), a connecting pipe and an inflation sleeve, wherein the inflation sleeve generally comprises three inflation chambers. The specific working process of the intermittent inflator pump is as follows: the main machine sequentially inflates each inflation cavity of the inflation sleeve, and sequentially pressurizes the inflation sleeve from the first cavity to the third cavity; after all the inflation chambers are pressurized, the host machine is started again according to the preset intermittent time for venous refill, and the inflation chambers are inflated and pressurized sequentially; the process of inflation and deflation and pressurization and pressure relief are repeatedly performed.
However, at present, the medicine prevention is still in the core position of thrombus prevention, and part of reasons are that the effect of the intermittent inflator pump for preventing thrombus is unstable, and the advantages of the intermittent inflator pump cannot be exerted, so that although the intermittent inflator pump is used in a plurality of clinical departments, the intermittent inflator pump is not too much confidence.
Disclosure of Invention
The following is a summary of the subject matter described in detail herein. This summary is not intended to limit the scope of the claims.
The inventor of the application has deeply found the problems of the existing intermittent inflator pump and the main reasons of poor thrombus prevention effect in the long-term clinical prevention and treatment of lower limb deep vein thrombosis, and summarized as follows:
first, in principle, the greater the pressure applied to the lower leg myoabdomen, the better the preventive and therapeutic effects on deep venous thrombosis of the lower limb, but since the inflatable sleeve is annular, the arterial vessel in front of the lower leg is covered in the inflatable sleeve during use, and therefore the pressure of the inflatable sleeve cannot be too great, otherwise the blood circulation of the arterial vessel in front of the lower leg is affected, resulting in discomfort to the patient (mainly because the arterial ischemia of the patient, especially the elderly or patients with problems in the arteries themselves, is caused by the excessive pressure).
Secondly, the thrombus is concentrated on the lower leg muscle abdomen (namely the lower leg rear side), and the lower leg front side does not generate thrombus; examination and clinical studies by the inventors show that the probability of thrombus formation on the anterior side of the lower leg is only 0-0.3%o, and is secondary to thrombus formation on the ventral side of the lower leg muscle, so that it is not necessary to uniformly squeeze the entire lower leg. However, because the whole calf is covered by the inflatable sleeve of the conventional intermittent inflator, the pressure of the inflatable sleeve is uniformly distributed on the calf, and thus the conventional intermittent inflator has no pertinence to the prevention and treatment of the thrombosis occurring part.
Thirdly, the patient generally places the leg on the bed after the operation, and the clearance between leg and the bed is very little, because the gravity effect of shank again, is difficult to overcome the gravity effect of shank when inflating and fills gas smoothly in the inflation sleeve, leads to the inflation sleeve between leg and the bed often can not aerify to can not produce normal and abundant extrusion effect to shank myoabdominal department, prevent and treatment effect to thrombus is not good.
On the basis of deep research on the problems existing in the prior art, the inventor creatively provides an inflatable sleeve of an intermittent inflatable device for preventing and treating deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, which has stronger pertinence and better effect, and the intermittent inflatable device comprising the inflatable sleeve, wherein the intermittent inflatable device easily overcomes the gravity action of legs, smoothly inflates, can work under the larger pressure of 60-120mmhg, and has good pertinence preventing and treating effect on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.
