Background
Due to the superposition effects of factors such as bad life style, environmental pollution, high working and life pressure, contact with dangerous chemicals and the like, about 1 couple in every 7 couples in China cannot normally grow, and in many sterile couples, male factor sterility accounts for more than 40%, so that more couples can choose to carry out male scientific inspection on semen of men before entering an auxiliary reproduction treatment period.
However, in the practical inspection process, we find that the opening of the conventional semen acquiring and containing container, namely the cylindrical plastic cup with the cover, is not large, and when a male patient adopts a masturbation mode to acquire semen, all semen cannot be always injected into the cup, namely, a part of semen (front section, middle section or rear section) is lost, which affects the accuracy of a subsequent semen inspection report and pollutes the environment of a semen acquiring chamber, and the masturbation acquiring itself has the risk of bringing pollutants such as bacteria in hands into the container.
Although the condom can avoid direct contact between hands and genitals and can effectively collect all semen, the semen killing component is contained in the conventional condom, which can affect the activity of the semen and various biochemical indexes, thereby causing inaccuracy of the semen checking indexes, so that the mode that the semen containing sample cannot be obtained by adopting the condom is clearly mentioned in the 5 th edition of manual of human semen checking and processing laboratory, which is recently published by WHO world health organization.
In the process of obtaining semen by a masturbation mode, a male patient faces only one cup-shaped container, so that semen is difficult to be emitted in a short time; some patients, due to physiological, psychological and environmental factors, take a long time (1-2 hours) and still cannot successfully obtain semen. The number of semen taking chambers is limited, and if more men are checked on the same day, the phenomenon of waiting for subsequent patient gathering and queuing can be generated; on the other hand, semen samples are taken and then subjected to liquefaction treatment for an average of 30 minutes, and the conventional semen inspection (density activity, morphology, DNA fragment rate, biochemical index of seminal plasma) takes 1-2 hours, so that laboratory inspectors have to take a regular time to complete the inspection work (no time to eat a meal or go to work at 6 or 7 o' clock). For patients, only one cup-shaped container is faced to take semen in the semen taking chamber, and besides the efficiency is low, the experience of the whole semen taking process is poor.
In addition, the cup wall of the conventional cylinder plastic semen taking cup is thicker, so that the heat conduction efficiency of liquefying semen in the water bath kettle can be affected; the volume of the fine cup is larger, and the large space in the water bath kettle is occupied, so that the water bath kettle is low in use efficiency and poor in overall liquefying effect.

According to the defects of the prior art, the semen acquisition and holding device for routine inspection of male semen is complete in semen sample acquisition, high in semen acquisition efficiency, good in experience degree in the semen acquisition process and good in semen liquefaction efficiency effect.
The invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the device comprises a colloid pipeline simulating female genitals, a medical sterile film plastic bag, a rubber band binding ring, a constant-temperature electric heating rod at 37 ℃ and a spiral cover; the medical sterile film plastic bag is bound on the periphery of the front end of the colloid pipeline through a rubber band binding ring arranged at the bag opening, and an information label sticker is adhered to the outer side of the medical sterile film plastic bag; the 37 ℃ constant temperature electric heating rod is embedded in the pipeline wall of the colloid pipeline and is connected with a power supply through a heating switch arranged on the outer side wall of the colloid pipeline; the outer periphery of the rear part of the colloid pipeline is provided with external threads which are connected with a screw cap with internal threads at the inner opening.

In addition, the conventional (density and vitality) semen examination has certain fluctuation due to the influence of the state of the patient and environmental factors, so that the conventional semen examination needs 2-3 times, the patient can automatically leave the colloid pipeline part of the device after acquiring the semen sample for the first time, and the secondary use can be performed by only asking a medical sterile plastic bag for a inspector for the second time, so that the utilization rate of the device is improved. The following detailed description of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, so as to more clearly and intuitively understand the essence of the present invention.
As shown in figure 1, the device for acquiring and containing male semen comprises a colloid pipeline 1 simulating female genitals, a medical sterile film plastic bag 2, a rubber band binding ring 4, a constant temperature electric heating rod 6 at 37 ℃ and a spiral cover 12; the medical sterile film plastic bag 2 is annularly pricked at the periphery of the front end of the colloid pipeline 1 through a rubber band pricking ring 4 arranged at the bag opening, and an information label sticker 3 is adhered to the outer side of the medical sterile film plastic bag 2; the constant temperature electric heating rod 6 at 37 ℃ is embedded in the wall of the colloid pipeline 1 and is connected with the power supply 8 through an electric lead; the outer periphery of the back part of the colloid pipeline 1 is provided with external threads, and is connected with a screw cap 12 with an internal thread at the inner opening. A heating switch 9 can be arranged on an electric conductor connected with the constant temperature electric heating rod 6 at 37 ℃ and the power supply 8 to control the working state of the heating rod 6 according to the requirement.
The length of the colloid pipeline 1 can be 5cm, 10cm, 12cm and 15 cm.
As the preferable technical scheme, the colloid pipeline 1 is made of TPE, the color is flesh color, the inner wall is wrinkled and provided with a layer of lubricating oil, and the satisfaction degree of semen extraction experience and the semen extraction efficiency are improved.
The total volume range of the sterile film bag is 20 ml-60 ml, and the maximum depth from the bottom of the bag to the mouth of the bag is 10cm, so that the common 3ml Pasteur pipette can smoothly transfer semen in the bag.
The bag mouth of the sterile film bag is additionally connected with 2 symmetrically arranged binding ropes, and after the semen taking is finished, the bag mouth can be closed by the two binding ropes, so that pollution is avoided.
The power supply 8 is embedded in the pipe wall of the colloid pipe 1.
The use process is as follows: firstly, a laboratory inspector in a male department starts a heating switch 9, and starts to operate a constant-temperature electric heating rod 6 at 37 ℃ through an electric wire 7 and a power supply 8 which are connected, so that the whole colloid pipeline 1 is preheated. When a male patient arrives at a sample transmission window, collecting an inspection sheet, selecting a semen acquisition and holding device of corresponding specification according to the requirement of the patient, taking out a medical sterile film plastic bag 2, recording basic information such as the name, the patient number, the sample number, the forbidden days and the like of the patient on an information label sticker 3, tightly ring-binding the sterile film plastic bag 2 on the periphery of the front end of a preheated colloid pipeline 1 through a rubber band binding ring 4 arranged at the bag opening, and submitting the sterile film plastic bag to the patient; after the semen obtaining device is taken out by a patient, the internal thread 101 of the inner opening of the spiral cover is screwed out from the external thread 14 at the periphery of the rear part of the colloid pipeline, so that the spiral cover 10 is taken down, the glans and the penis of the patient are plugged into the round hole 12 at the rear end of the colloid pipeline 1 simulating the modeling of a female genitals, the outer side of the colloid pipeline 1 is held, and the pipeline is given forward and backward and inward acting force, so that the glans, the glans crown and the glans cavernosum are effectively rubbed with the inner fold wall 13 of the colloid pipeline, and when the semen is to be shot, the colloid pipeline is pulled inwards, the glans extends out of the round hole 11 at the front end of the colloid pipeline, and all the semen is injected into the medical sterile film plastic bag 2. As shown in fig. 2-5, the arrangement of the strapping rope 5 makes the aseptic film bag 2 tightly tie the bag mouth on the stainless steel test tube rack E in the constant temperature water bath pot a after collecting and acquiring semen sample C, which not only improves the efficiency of heat conduction of semen C in the water bath pot a (the thickness of the aseptic film bag 2 is far smaller than that of the plastic container cup B), but also saves the space occupied by the water bath pot in the semen liquefaction process (at present, 8 common cylindrical semen taking cups B can be placed in the water bath pot a with the length of 30cm and the width of 15cm at most, but the sample size which can be liquefied simultaneously by adopting the aseptic film bag 2 is more than 40, and the space utilization rate is improved by 5 times.
