Abstract
The present application relates to a luminescent shoe comprising an upper. The upper includes a toe cap, a tongue, and a heel counter. The toe cap, the tongue and the heel counter are connected in sequence from the toe cap position. The toe cap is provided with an LED lamp, a first surface layer and a buffer layer arranged on the first surface layer. The buffer layer comprises a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer and a plurality of grooves. The first buffer layer and the second buffer layer are sequentially laminated from the first surface layer of the toe cap surface to the outside of the shoe. The grooves are formed in the surface of the buffer layer, and the LED lamps are embedded into the grooves.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of shoes, in particular to a luminous shoe.
Background
The combination of the LED lamp and the shoes, especially the LED lamp arranged on the children shoes can improve the identifiability of the shoes at night, enhance the protection of children and increase the interestingness of the shoes.
In order to further improve the interest of children's shoes among the prior art, when being provided with the LED lamp in the toe cap position of children's shoes, also set up different patterns around the position of setting up of LED lamp, say: stone scissor cloth, animal patterns, etc., the interest of shoes can be further improved by combining the LED lamps.
As the LED lamp is arranged at the position of the toe cap, the foot can obviously feel the LED lamp or the connecting wire when wearing shoes or walking, and thus, certain uncomfortable feeling of the foot can be caused.

Accordingly, it is necessary to provide a luminous shoe against the problem of foot discomfort when the user wears shoes or walks.
The application provides a luminous shoe, which comprises an upper. The upper comprises a toe cap, a tongue and a shoe heel, and the toe cap, the tongue and the shoe heel are sequentially connected. The toe cap is provided with an LED lamp, a first surface layer and a buffer layer arranged on the first surface layer. The buffer layer comprises a first buffer layer, a second buffer layer and a groove. The grooves are formed in the surface of the buffer layer, and the LED lamps are embedded into the grooves.
In one embodiment, the first buffer layer is an Eva layer.
In one embodiment, the first buffer layer includes a first flexible layer and a second flexible layer that are stacked, and the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are made of the same material.

In the luminous shoe provided by the application, the toe cap comprises the LED lamp and the buffer layer. And the LED lamps are embedded into the grooves formed in the surface of the buffer layer. The buffer layer comprises a first buffer layer and a second buffer layer which are sequentially stacked from the first surface layer of the surface of the toe cap to the outside of the shoe. When a user wears shoes or walks, light rays emitted by the LED lamps can penetrate through the grooves and cannot be blocked. In addition, because the buffer layer is arranged at the position of the toe cap, the pressure generated by the LED lamp to the foot by the lead or the impact force to the instep by the outside can be buffered, so that the safety and the health of a user can be better ensured while the beautiful and interesting shoe is ensured.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the following further details the luminous shoes according to the present application by means of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Hereinafter, a luminescent shoe according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present application provides a luminous shoe 100. The luminous shoe 100 includes an upper 10. The upper 10 includes a toe cap 110, a tongue 120, and a heel counter 130. The toe cap 110, the tongue 120, and the heel counter 130 are connected in sequence. The toe cap 110 is provided with an LED lamp 111, a first surface layer 112, and a buffer layer 113 provided on the first surface layer 112. The buffer layer 113 includes a first buffer layer 114, a second buffer layer 115, and a plurality of grooves 116. The first buffer layer 114 and the second buffer layer 115 are laminated in this order from the first surface layer 112 on the surface of the toe cap 110 to the outside of the shoe. A plurality of the LED lamps 111 are embedded in the grooves 116.
In this embodiment, the toe cap 110 includes a plurality of the LED lamps 111, the first surface layer 112, and the buffer layer 113 provided to the first surface layer 112. The surface of the buffer layer 113 is provided with the groove 116, and the LED lamp 111 is embedded in the groove 116. The buffer layer 113 includes the first buffer layer 114 and the second buffer layer 115. The first buffer layer 114 may be an Eva layer, a rubber layer or other flexible materials, so that the pressure of the LED lamp 111 on the foot or the impact force generated by the outside can be effectively relieved. The second buffer layer 115 may be canvas, artificial leather or leather. Thus, not only can the pressure of the LED lamp 111 to the foot or the impact force generated by the outside be relieved, but also the luminous shoe 100 can be ensured to have high aesthetic property.
In the luminous shoe 100 provided in this embodiment, the toe cap 110 includes an LED lamp 111 and a buffer layer 113. The plurality of LED lamps 111 are embedded in the plurality of grooves 116 provided on the surface of the buffer layer 113. The buffer layer 113 includes the first buffer layer 114 and the second buffer layer 115, which are sequentially laminated from the first surface layer 112 on the surface of the toe cap 110 to the outside of the shoe. The light emitted by the LED lamp 111 can be directly emitted out through the groove 116 without being blocked when the user wears shoes or walks. In addition, since the buffer layer 113 is disposed at the toe cap 110, the pressure of the LED lamp 111 and the conductive wire 220 on the foot or the impact force of the outside on the instep can be buffered, so that the beauty and the interestingness of the shoe can be ensured, and the safety and the health of the user can be better ensured.
In one embodiment, the first buffer layer 114 is an Eva layer.
In this embodiment, the first buffer layer 114 is an Eva layer, and the material of the Eva layer is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The Eva layer has good buffering and anti-seismic performances. In this way, the pressure of the LED lamp 111 and the lead 220 on the foot or the impact force generated by the outside can be relieved, and the safety and health of the user can be well ensured.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the luminous shoe 100 further includes a sole 20, the periphery of the sole 20 is connected with the upper 10, the sole 20 is provided with a control module 210 and a wire 220, and the control module 210 and the wire 220 are embedded into a mounting groove 230 provided on the surface of the sole 20.
In this embodiment, the sole 20 is provided with the control module 210 and the wires 220. The control module 210 and the wires 220 are inserted into the mounting grooves 230 provided on the surface of the sole 20. This can avoid affecting the appearance of the luminous shoe 100 when the control module 210 and the conductive wires 220 are disposed on the upper 30. In addition, when the control module 210 and the wires 220 are disposed in the mounting groove 230, they do not protrude from the surface of the sole 20, so that the comfort of the foot is not affected.
In one embodiment, the control module 210 includes an integrated circuit 211, a power supply battery 212, and a spring switch 213. The power supply battery 212, the spring switch 213, the integrated circuit 211, and the LED lamp 111 are electrically connected in this order.
In this embodiment, the power supply battery 212, the spring switch 213, the integrated circuit 211, and the LED lamp 111 are electrically connected in this order. The power supply battery 212 may be a lithium battery, but is not easily replaced or recharged within the sole 20. Under the condition that the manual switch 121 is turned on, after the foot is displaced during walking, the spring switch 213 is triggered, and the control module 210 controls the LED lamp 111 to be turned off after a preset flashing time, so that the LED lamp 111 is not always in a flashing state, and the electric quantity of the power supply battery 212 can be saved.
In one embodiment, one end of the wire 220 is connected to the control module 210, and the other end extends from the mounting groove 230 into the buffer layer 113 to be connected to the LED lamp 111.
In this embodiment, the conductive wires 220 extend from the mounting grooves 230 in the bottom of the sole 20 into the cushioning layer 113. Preferably, the conductive wire 220 is wrapped between the first flexible layer 117 and the second flexible layer 118. In this way, the first flexible layer 117 and the second flexible layer 118 can well relieve the pressure on the foot generated by the wires 220 when running in the buffer layer 113, and the toe cap 110 is not excessively thick.
In one embodiment, the tongue 120 surface is provided with a manual switch 121.
In this embodiment, the manual switch 121 is provided at the surface of the tongue 120. Preferably, in order to prevent the manual switch 121 from being touched by mistake, the manual switch 121 is provided at the upper middle portion of the outer upper. When the manual switch 121 needs to be turned on or off, the operation can be completed under the supporting action of the instep by only pressing the position of the manual switch 121. After the manual switch 121 is pressed down, and the user touches the spring switch 213 while walking, the LED lamp 111 can be turned on. When the manual switch 121 is in the off state, the control module 210 is powered off and does not operate, and the LED lamp 111 does not flash even if the spring switch 213 is triggered, so that the amount of power in the power supply battery 212 can be saved.
In one embodiment, the manual switch 121 is electrically connected to the control module 210 by a wire 220.

Thus, after the manual switch 121 is turned on, the LED lamp 111 can be controlled by the control module 210. In one embodiment, the tongue 120 has laces tied thereto.
In this embodiment, the tongue 120 is tied with a lace. This allows the tightness of the shoe to be adjusted by the shoelace so that the luminous shoe 100 can be adapted to users of different foot types.
