Abstract
本发明公开了一种水稻田除草组合物及其应用,由第一活性成分(R)‑2‑[4‑(6‑氯‑1,3‑苯并噁唑‑2‑氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯与第二活性成嘧草醚及助剂组成,第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是1:90~90:1。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。本发明组分合理,除草效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,延缓抗性,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明用于水稻田禾本科杂草,对杂草有较高的除草活性。

本发明涉及一种水稻田除草组合物,由活性成分(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯和嘧草醚及助剂组成,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯,可抑制禾本科杂草的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase)活性,用于防除农作物上的杂草,特别是水稻田稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草等禾本科杂草,对水稻安全性好。
嘧草醚,英文名pyriminobac-methyl,化学名称为:2-[(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)氧]-6-[1-(N-甲氧基亚氨基)乙基]苯甲酸甲酯,内吸传导型除草剂,用于水稻直播田或移栽田,能防除3叶期以前的稗草,并对阔叶杂草及莎草有效。可用毒土、茎叶喷雾处理,对水稻极为安全。
经文献检索,目前尚未发现有(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯和嘧草醚复配的相关报道。发明人经过大量的室内配方筛选和田间药效试验,发现将(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯和嘧草醚在一定范围内进行复配后,对水稻田禾本科杂草具有明显的增效作用,可扩大杂草防治谱,降低使用成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,增效作用显著,除草效果好,杂草防治谱扩大,用药成本低,能延缓抗性,且对水稻安全的除草组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种除草组合物制剂剂型。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在防除水稻田禾本科杂草上的应用。
为了克服现有单一制剂的缺陷,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的,一种水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于,包括:
A)活性成分(A):(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯;
B)活性成分(B):嘧草醚;
活性成分(A)与活性成分(B)的重量比为1:90-90:1,优选为1:50-50:1。
本发明一种除草组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型是乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
对乳油,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#;溶剂如二甲苯、溶剂油(S-150、S-180、S-200)、甲苯、生物柴油、甲酯化植物油、N-甲基吡咯烷酮;助溶剂如乙酸乙酯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、丙酮、甲乙酮;稳定剂如亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、醋酐。

本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单独施用时的活性,具有增效作用,扩大杂草防治谱、减少施药次数,降低防治成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明对水稻田稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草等禾本科杂草具有显著的防治效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明活性成分(A):(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯和嘧草醚复配对水稻田杂草是否有增效作用。
为了防除水稻田杂草,我们以活性成分(A)和嘧草醚进行了相互复配的增效研究,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准 NY/T1155.3—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第4部分:活性测定试验 茎叶喷雾法》和《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.7—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则 除草剂 第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验对象为水稻田禾本科杂草:稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica)。
试验采用有机质含量为2%、pH为6.8、通透性良好的过筛风干沙壤土。选择易于培养、生育期一致的稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草种子,发芽率均在80%以上。将试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式,使土壤完全润湿。将杂草种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,覆土1.0cm,播种后移入温室常规培养。以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。杂草出苗后进行间苗定株,杂草密度在每平方米120株。
单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,根据药剂配比不同,浓度梯度设置亦有所不同,防除率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设清水对照,重复4次。杂草处于萌发期,从低剂量到高剂量分别进行喷雾处理。处理后置于温室内培养观察,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。
处理后21天计算各药剂处理的鲜重防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50 值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对杂草的活性。
复配制剂的共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明:(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯和嘧草醚以重量比为1:90~90:1混用对稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草均有较好的增效作用,重量比为1:50~50:1时,增效作用最为显著。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比,活性成分(A)为:(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯。
制剂实施例1
称取16%(A)、12%嘧草醚、4%农乳1601#、3%、农乳700#、7%乳化剂T-60、3%二甲基甲酰胺、1.5%醋酐,甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得28%(A)·嘧草醚乳油。
制剂实施例2
称取14%(A)、8%嘧草醚、5%乳化剂T-60、4%农乳1601#、2%丙酮、3%亚磷酸三苯酯,二甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得22%(A)·嘧草醚乳油。
制剂实施例3
称取28%(A)、10%嘧草醚、6%聚羧酸钙、5%木质素磺酸钠、3%萘磺酸钠、4%高岭土,硅藻土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得38%(A)·嘧草醚可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例4
称取24%(A)、12%嘧草醚、6%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、5%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐、3%烷基磺酸钠、4%硫酸铵,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得36%(A)·嘧草醚可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例5
称取28%(A)、6%嘧草醚、5%烷基萘磺酸钠、5%聚羧酸钠、3%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、3%烷基硫酸钠、1.5%蔗糖,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取34%(A)·嘧草醚水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例6
称取32%(A)、8%嘧草醚、6%木质素磺酸钠、4%萘磺酸钠、5%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、3%硫酸钠、2%硫铵,高岭土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取40%(A)·嘧草醚水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例7
称取12%(A)、4%嘧草醚、6%斯盘-60#、4%农乳2201#、2%甲苯、3%环氧氯丙烷、2%丙二醇、5%聚乙烯醇、1.2%甲醛,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合均匀,高速搅拌后制得16%(A)·嘧草醚水乳剂。
制剂实施例8
称取18%(A)、6%嘧草醚、3%农乳700#、6%农乳2201、4%环己酮、3%环氧大豆油、3%氯化钠、4%膨润土、1%苯甲酸,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合均匀,高速搅拌后制得24%(A)·嘧草醚水乳剂。
制剂实施例9
称取20%(A)、10%嘧草醚、5%农乳1601、8%农乳700#、3%异丙醇、4%N-甲基吡咯烷酮、2%亚磷酸三苯酯,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经搅拌混合后制得30%(A)·嘧草醚微乳剂。
制剂实施例10
称取16%(A)、8%嘧草醚、4%吐温60-#、6%农乳2201、4%正丁醇、2%甲苯、1.5%环氧氯丙烷,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经搅拌混合后制得24%(A)·嘧草醚微乳剂。
制剂实施例11
称取18%(A)、6%嘧草醚、5%农乳700#、5%农乳2201、4%烷基萘磺酸钠、3%丙二醇、3%白炭黑、1%辛醇、1%蔗糖、2%醋酐,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合后经高速剪切、砂磨机中砂磨,在水分散系中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得24%(A)·嘧草醚水悬浮剂。
制剂实施例12
称取16%(A)、4%嘧草醚、5%乳化剂T-60、6%聚羧酸钠、4%烷基磺酸钠、3%甘油、3%膨润土、2%己醇、2%葡萄糖、1.5%环氧氯丙烷,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合后经高速剪切、砂磨机中砂磨,在水分散系中形成高分散、稳定的悬浮体系,制得20%(A)·嘧草醚水悬浮剂。
制剂实施例13
称取12%(A)、6%嘧草醚、3%农乳700#、5%斯盘-60#、6%农乳1601#、1%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、3%膨润土、3%甘油,棕榈油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得18%(A)·嘧草醚可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例14
称取12%(A)、10%嘧草醚、5%农乳2201、5%吐温-60#、6%乳化剂BY-140、2%农乳2201#、3%萘磺酸钠、2%硅酸镁铝、3%乙二醇,菜籽油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得22%(A)·嘧草醚可分散油悬浮剂。
生物实施例1:防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验。
发明人于2017年在湖南省湘潭县小泉村进行了制剂实施例1(28%(A)·嘧草醚乳油)、制剂实施例3(38%(A)·嘧草醚可湿性粉剂)、制剂实施例5(34%(A)·嘧草醚水分散粒剂)、制剂实施例7(16%(A)·嘧草醚水乳剂)、制剂实施例9(30%(A)·嘧草醚微乳剂)、制剂实施例11(24%(A)·嘧草醚水悬浮剂)、制剂实施例13(18%(A)·嘧草醚可分散油悬浮剂)防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对水稻田杂草的防治效果及对水稻的安全性。
试验作物为水稻,防治对象为水稻田禾本科杂草:稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、千金子(Leptochloa chinensis)、马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis)、牛筋草(Eleusine indica),施药时杂草处于2~4叶期。试验田地势平坦,土壤肥力中等,pH值7.1。试验药剂及剂量详见表5。另设空白对照,每处理重复4次,每小区30㎡,小区随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法,亩施药液45kg。
药后30d调查各处理杂草株防效。调查方法为每小区调查2点,每点0.25m2(0.5m×0.5m)。药效计算方法为:
其中:CK为空白对照区活草数(或鲜重);PT为处理区残存草数(或鲜重)。
表5防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验株防效
田间试验结果表明,以上制剂实施例用药量为3 g a.i./亩,对水稻田禾本科杂草有很好的防治效果,药后30天的平均防效均明显优于20%(A)悬浮剂10g a.i./亩、10%嘧草醚可湿性粉剂3g a.i./亩的防效。通过对药后30天差异显著性分析,复配组合与其它单剂处理防效差异性显著。
安全性调查:药后7d、15d目测各处理对水稻苗的安全性。观察结果为,所有供试药剂对水稻生长安全 ,无褪绿、矮化等药害现象发生。
综上所述,本发明的组合物是采用两种活性成分复配方案,其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,制剂残留量少,对作物无污染,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Claims (4)
1.一种水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:由第一活性成分(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酰亚胺基二乙酸乙酯与第二活性成分嘧草醚及助剂组成,第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是1:90~90:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是1:50~50:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述水稻田除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物剂型为乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂、水悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述水稻田除草组合物在防治水稻田禾本科杂草上的应用。
