the confirmation unit is used for confirming that the refuge procedure is finished and sending successful refuge information to the user terminal when the house fee settlement amount is larger than or equal to the required house lodging fee; when the ward-round information comprises a consumer item and/or a damaged item, confirming whether the cost corresponding to the consumer item and/or the damaged item is paid or not according to the cost settlement information;
the pushing unit is used for pushing the information to be paid to the user terminal when the result of the confirmation is that the payment is not made;
the credit unit is used for adding corresponding points and credit values in the account of the user when the payment is confirmed;
the confirming unit is further configured to, after the step of pushing the information to be paid to the user terminal and after a preset payment time, confirm again whether the fee corresponding to the consumable item and/or the damaged item has been paid, and
and the credit unit is also used for directly marking the credit category of the user as an untrusted user when the confirmation result is still unpaid, and recording the consumption article and/or the damaged article and the corresponding fee as arrears in the account of the user.
5. The hotel fast check-out system as set forth in claim 4, further comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring corresponding credit information according to the identity information of a user before receiving a room returning instruction sent by a user terminal;
the settlement unit is used for determining whether the user has the authority of fast check-out or not according to the credit information; and

7. The hotel fast check-out system as set forth in claim 4, further comprising:
