本发明涉及一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:S1配布;S2冷堆:先将水温升至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入螯合剂反应15~20min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应45~60min,再在5~10min内加入去油剂反应5~8min,堆置24~26h;S3连退散卷;S4缸退:退卷之后降温至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入膨化剂反应3~5min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应60~90min,升温至110~120℃,保温45~60min;S5染色;S6还原洗;S7成品制备。本发明具有环保、低能源、低成本和高效能的优点。

大部分印染行业在对织物于常规染色设备中加工时,由于浴比较大,在 1:10 左右,织物能较好地浸泡在处理液中,较为均匀,染各种颜色不容易出现色花。随着节能减排要求的提高,采用气流染色机的工厂逐渐增多,气流染色浴比小,1:3~1:4,所以具有很好的节能减排效果。但是浴比小,处理液在喷嘴处是以水雾的状态喷射到绳状织物上,然后织物又基本以绳状堆置在特氟隆轨道上,相较于织物非浸泡在水中,前者织物前处理时煮练的不均匀会导致染色的不均匀,所以在生产敏感色时易暴露出来,出现轻微的色条、色不均匀。要解决这一问题就是要减轻处理液对纤维的作用强度和影响,既达到煮练的目的,又提高棉织物煮练的均匀性,从而染敏感色也能达到质量要求。而且如果为达到面料的手感满足市场需求,使之达到具有嫩肤肉感、厚实感、捶坠感、蓬松感等特殊手感之需求,传统工艺除对织物的胚布纤维纱材上有特别之要求外,在印染工艺处理时,还要加大前处理的力度(如提高助剂浓度用量,慢速,高耗时等)及染前缸内还要做重减量处理,不但会受到因织物纱材的特殊因素局限了面料的产生、及因加大前处理力度后会对织物造成不同程度的失重、强力下降、手感偏薄偏硬等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,实现低能源、低成本、高效能的清洁生产,可降低废水排放COD浓度值。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入螯合剂反应15~20min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应45~60min,再在5~10min内加入去油剂反应5~8min,堆置24~26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为50~60m/min,温度 95~100℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入膨化剂反应3~5min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应60~90min,升温至110~120℃,保温45~60min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入螯合剂反应3~5min,再在10~15min内匀速加入染料反应15~20min,再在5~10min内匀速加入匀染剂反应5~8min,在5~8min内匀速加入分散剂反应5~8min,再调节pH至4.0~5.0,升温至130~135℃,保温60~90min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85~80℃,在 5~8min内匀速加入酸性还原剂,继续降温至26~29℃时,调节pH 至4.0~4.5,反应10~15min,再将水温加热至 85~90℃,保温29~40min;
S7成品制备:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,以速度为40~50码/min落在布车内,将布车内的布料以烘干速度为40~85 码/min且温度为170~190℃下烘干,再将水加热至170~190℃,加入防水剂和膨松剂,保温29~60min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
采用新制作工艺,通过染色等工艺处理后,使面料更具有手感舒适,有一种厚实感、捶坠感、膨松感,布面具有绒毛感及无骨感,亦或说具有嫩肤肉感的效果,使穿着更加舒适,同时采用复合茶皂素取代传统工艺中的液碱、双氧水、精练剂等一系列前处理剂,可以把原来退浆、煮炼、漂白三道工艺合并为一道工艺,从而降低了点、蒸汽、水、人工等生产成本。
进一步地,所述S2步骤中螯合剂为多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL,茶皂素的纯度≥85%,去油剂为油脂清洗剂。
茶皂素又名茶皂甙,是由茶树种子中提取出来的一类醣甙化合物,是一种性能良好的天然表面活性剂,它可广泛应用于轻工、化工、农药、饲料、养殖、纺织、采油、采矿、建材与高速公路建设等领域。茶皂素是水剂或可溶性粉剂农药的优良助剂,能改善农药的物理性能,提高药液在生物或植物体表的附着力,起到对农药的增效作用。茶皂素能自动降解,无毒害,它在分离过程中,不会对农药的化学性能产生影响,有利于农药的贮存。茶皂素已大量用于除草剂草甘膦、杀虫剂杀虫双上,特别是用在草甘膦上,充分发挥了草甘膦的优良性能,提高其在植物上的附着力和吸湿性,提高药液的渗透力,而且由于茶皂素的良好生物活性,还能提高草甘膦的生物活性。茶皂素由于有良好的生物活性,与杀虫单、马拉硫磷、灭多威、功夫菊酯、尼索朗、速螨酮、烟碱、乐果、鱼藤酮混配分别防治菜缢管蚜、小菜蛾、柑桔全爪螨等,有明显的增效作用。茶皂素对菜青虫具有一定胃毒和较强的忌避作用,且浓度越高,忌避越强,对防治菜青虫危害包心菜有一定效果。在园林花卉上用作杀虫剂防治地下害虫,如地老虎、线虫等害虫。还对危害水稻的福寿螺和蜗牛、钉螺等均有良好的毒杀效果。
进一步地,所述S2步骤中螯合剂的添加量为2~3g/L,茶皂素的添加量为13~18g/L,去油剂的添加量为2~3g/L。
进一步地,所述S4步骤中膨化剂为磷酸氢钙或酒石酸氢钾,茶皂素的纯度≥85%。酒石酸氢钾是酒石酸钾的酸式盐。通常为无色至白色斜方晶系结晶性粉末,在水中的溶解度随温度而变化,不溶于乙醇、乙酸,易溶于无机酸中。它是酿葡萄酒时的副产品,被食品工业称作塔塔粉,用作添加剂、膨松剂,也用作还原剂和缓冲试剂。
进一步地,所述S4步骤中膨化剂的添加量为2~5g/L,茶皂素的添加量为5~6g/L。
进一步地,所述S5步骤中螯合剂为多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL,染料为酸性染料,匀染剂为三乙醇胺,分散剂甲基纤维素或木质素磺酸钠。
进一步地,所述螯合剂的添加量为0.5~0.8g/L,染料的添加量为150~200g/L,匀染剂的添加量为1.5~3.0g/L,分散剂的添加量为0.2~1g/L。
进一步地,所述S6步骤中酸性还原剂为次磷酸钠,酸性还原剂的添加量为2.0~3.0g/L。
进一步地,所述S9步骤中防水剂的添加量总液量的2~3%,膨松剂的添加量总液量的2~3%。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.面料手感具有厚实、细腻、嫩肤感,使消费者在穿着的过程中感觉更加舒适、透气且不易起皱;使用茶皂素前处理的织物,其失重率减少,与常规工艺相比失重率可减少2~3%;经茶皂素前处理的织物,前处理后强力增强;
2.采用复合茶皂素取代传统工艺中的液碱、双氧水、精练剂等一系列前处理剂,可以把原来退浆、煮炼、漂白三道工艺合并为一道工艺,从而降低了点、蒸汽、水、人工等生产成本;
3.传统工艺前处理时用几支助剂,而本项目采用复合茶皂素取代传统工艺中的液碱、双氧水、精练剂等一系列前处理剂,使几个助剂变为一个,使得称料、化料的误差大为减少,有效确保了称、化料的准确性;
4.酸性染料的制备过程中将染料粉碎,利于后期溶解混合,在制备酸性染料中pH值的可选择范围广,对pH的依赖小,在调节pH中使用的物质成本低,易得,操作难度小;
5.本发明中工作液稳定,避免采用双氧水漂白很难控制前后白度一致的问题,而茶皂素的衰减度极低,工作液非常稳定,从而保证了织物前后的稳定性;
6.煮漂染废水 COD 浓度值可较常规前处理工艺降低 50%左右,且保证不含APEO 和AOX,减少生态污染。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
实施例1
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至26℃,在10min内匀速加入3g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应20min,再在29min内匀速加入18g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应60min,再在10min内加入3g/L的油脂清洗剂反应8min,堆置26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为60m/min,温度 95℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至26℃,在10min内匀速加入5g/L的酒石酸氢钾反应5min,再在29min内匀速加入6g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应90min,升温至110℃,保温60min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至26℃,在10min内匀速加入0.8g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应5min,再在15min内匀速加入200g/L的酸性染料反应20min,再在10min内匀速加入3.0g/L的三乙醇胺反应8min,在8min内匀速加入1g/L的甲基纤维素反应8min,再调节pH至5.0,升温至130℃,保温90min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85℃,在 8min内匀速加入3.0g/L的次磷酸钠,继续降温至26℃时,调节pH 至4.5,反应15min,再将水温加热至 88℃,保温40min;
S7展布:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内速度为50码/min;将布车内的布料予以烘干,烘干温度为170℃,烘干速度为85 码/min;将水加热至170℃,加入总液量3%的防水剂和总液量3%的膨松剂,保温60min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
实施例2
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至29℃,在5min内匀速加入2g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应15min,再在20min内匀速加入13g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应45min,再在5min内加入2g/L的油脂清洗剂反应5min,堆置24h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为50m/min,温度 100℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至29℃,在5min内匀速加入2g/L的磷酸氢钙反应3min,再在20min内匀速加入5g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应60min,升温至120℃,保温45min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至29℃,在5min内匀速加入0.5g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应3min,再在10min内匀速加入150g/L的酸性染料反应15min,再在5min内匀速加入1.5g/L的三乙醇胺反应5min,在5min内匀速加入0.2g/L的木质素磺酸钠反应5min,再调节pH至4.0,升温至135℃,保温60min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至80℃,在 5min内匀速加入2.0g/L的次磷酸钠,继续降温至29℃时,调节pH 至4.0,反应10min,再将水温加热至90℃,保温29min;
S7展布:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内速度为40码/min;将布车内的布料予以烘干,烘干温度为190℃,烘干速度为40 码/min;将水加热至190℃,加入总液量2%的防水剂和总液量2%的膨松剂,保温29min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
实施例3
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至28℃,在8min内匀速加入3g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应18min,再在26min内匀速加入15g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应55min,再在8min内加入3g/L的油脂清洗剂反应6min,堆置26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为55m/min,温度 98℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入4g/L的磷酸氢钙反应4min,再在26min内匀速加入6g/L且纯度≥85%的茶皂素反应80min,升温至115℃,保温55min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入0.7g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应4min,再在12min内匀速加入180g/L的酸性染料反应18min,再在9min内匀速加入2.5g/L的三乙醇胺反应7min,在6min内匀速加入0.8g/L的木质素磺酸钠反应6min,再调节pH至4.5,升温至134℃,保温80min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85℃,在 6min内匀速加入2.5g/L的次磷酸钠,继续降温至28℃时,调节pH 至4.2,反应12min,再将水温加热至85℃,保温35min;
S7展布:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内速度为45码/min;将布车内的布料予以烘干,烘干温度为180℃,烘干速度为60 码/min;将水加热至180℃,加入总液量3%的防水剂和总液量3%的膨松剂,保温40min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
实施例4
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至28℃,在8min内匀速加入3g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应18min,再在8min内加入3g/L的油脂清洗剂反应6min,堆置26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为55m/min,温度 98℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入4g/L的磷酸氢钙反应4min,升温至115℃,保温55min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入0.7g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应4min,再在12min内匀速加入180g/L的酸性染料反应18min,再在9min内匀速加入2.5g/L的三乙醇胺反应7min,在6min内匀速加入0.8g/L的甲基纤维素反应6min,再调节pH至4.5,升温至134℃,保温80min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85℃,在 6min内匀速加入2.5g/L的次磷酸钠,继续降温至28℃时,调节pH 至4.2,反应12min,再将水温加热至85℃,保温35min;
S7展布:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内速度为45码/min;将布车内的布料予以烘干,烘干温度为180℃,烘干速度为60 码/min;将水加热至180℃,加入总液量3%的防水剂和总液量3%的膨松剂,保温50min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
实施例5
一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至28℃,在8min内匀速加入3g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应18min,在8min内匀速加入精炼剂3g/L,反应8min,在8min内匀速加入渗透剂2g/L反应12min,在12min内匀速加入片碱50g/L反应 18min,再在8min内加入3g/L的油脂清洗剂反应6min,堆置26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为55m/min,温度 98℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入精炼剂 1.5g/L反应4min,在8min内匀速加入4g/L的磷酸氢钙反应4min,再在8min内匀速加入精炼剂 1.0g/L反应4min,在10min内匀速加入片碱 5g/L反应12min,保温55min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至28℃,在8min内匀速加入0.7g/L的多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL反应4min,再在12min内匀速加入180g/L的酸性染料反应18min,再在9min内匀速加入2.5g/L的三乙醇胺反应7min,在6min内匀速加入0.8g/L的木质素磺酸钠反应6min,再调节pH至4.5,升温至134℃,保温80min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85℃,在 6min内匀速加入2.5g/L的次磷酸钠,继续降温至28℃时,调节pH 至4.2,反应12min,再将水温加热至85℃,保温35min;
S7展布:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,落在布车内供后序加工,速度为45码/min;
S8烘干:将布车内的布料予以烘干,供后工序加工,烘干温度为180℃,烘干速度为60码/min;
S9定型:将水加热至180℃,加入总液量3%的防水剂和总液量3%的膨松剂,保温50min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
实施例1~实施例5的具体实施方式如上所示,其中实施例1~实施例5为本发明中限定的技术参数,实施例4中不含有茶皂素,实施例5中为传统工艺手段。实施例1~实施例5制备得到的布料的具体性能参数如表1所示:
实施例1-实施例3的性能参数与传统工艺相当,且其原料环保,污水排放中有害物质含量少。

Claims (9)
1.一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1配布:采用涤纶50D、总条数为290T、经密为188、纬密为115 的长丝加密坯布进行配布;
S2冷堆:先将水温升至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入螯合剂反应15~20min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应45~60min,再在5~10min内加入去油剂反应5~8min,堆置24~26h;
S3连退散卷:将S2步骤中堆置好的布进行退卷,退卷速度为50~60m/min,温度 95~100℃;
S4缸退:退卷之后降温至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入膨化剂反应3~5min,再在20~29min内匀速加入茶皂素反应60~90min,升温至110~120℃,保温45~60min;
S5染色:缸退之后降温至26~29℃,在5~10min内匀速加入螯合剂反应3~5min,再在10~15min内匀速加入染料反应15~20min,再在5~10min内匀速加入匀染剂反应5~8min,在5~8min内匀速加入分散剂反应5~8min,再调节pH至4.0~5.0,升温至130~135℃,保温60~90min;
S6还原洗:先将水温降至85~80℃,在 5~8min内匀速加入酸性还原剂,继续降温至26~29℃时,调节pH 至4.0~4.5,反应10~15min,再将水温加热至 85~90℃,保温29~40min;
S7成品制备:将绳状布开幅成平幅状,以速度为40~50码/min落在布车内,将布车内的布料以烘干速度为40~85 码/min且温度为170~190℃下烘干,再将水加热至170~190℃,加入防水剂和膨松剂,保温29~60min,制得总条数为320~350T 的成品,且放松状态纬密控制在51梭,成检包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中螯合剂为多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL,茶皂素的纯度≥85%,去油剂为油脂清洗剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S2步骤中螯合剂的添加量为2~3g/L,茶皂素的添加量为13~18g/L,去油剂的添加量为2~3g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S4步骤中膨化剂为磷酸氢钙或酒石酸氢钾,茶皂素的纯度≥85%。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S4步骤中膨化剂的添加量为2~5g/L,茶皂素的添加量为5~6g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中螯合剂为多功能分散螯合剂HA-AL,染料为酸性染料,匀染剂为三乙醇胺,分散剂甲基纤维素或木质素磺酸钠。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中螯合剂的添加量为0.5~0.8g/L,染料的添加量为150~200g/L,匀染剂的添加量为1.5~3.0g/L,分散剂的添加量为0.2~1g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S6步骤中酸性还原剂为次磷酸钠,酸性还原剂的添加量为2.0~3.0g/L。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种嫩肤环保面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述S9步骤中防水剂的添加量总液量的2~3%,膨松剂的添加量总液量的2~3%。
