技术领域
本发明涉及高分子制品,具体是涉及一种汽车表面漆保护膜及其制作工艺。
背景技术
目前,随着汽车、家居及高端装备进入千家万户、各行各业,特别是汽车已成为多数普通家庭的基本配备,汽车因长期暴露在外部环境中,其汽车原漆容易受到破坏,需要经常维护。如何使汽车、家居等表面不受气候极端变化、特别是外部恶劣环境的影响,已是行业内必须考虑的课题,并且还要符合环保要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,而提供一种能对汽车原漆保护良好、具有金属光感、多层复合的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜及其基材层制作工艺。
本发明的目的通过如下的技术方案来实现:金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,包括PVC基材层,在所述PVC基材层的上表面依次设有表面保护层、UV光油涂层,在所述PVC基材层的下表面依次设有压敏胶层、离型层。
所述表面保护层,其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂38-46份、辅助增塑剂3-8份、热稳定剂1.8-2.3份、抗静电剂1.6-2.2份。
所述PVC基材层,其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂46-56份、TPU16-28份、热稳定剂1.6-2.6份、光稳定剂0.5-2.0份。
所述PVC基材层的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度1300、聚合度1000中的一种或两种,所述PVC基材层的增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯、聚酯增塑剂中的一种或两种,所述PVC基材层的热稳定剂为液体复合稳定剂钡锌、粉体复合稳定剂钡锌、粉体复合稳定剂钙锌中的一种或两种,所述TPU为硬度85A以下的聚酯型TPU、硬度85A以下的聚醚性TPU中的一种或两种,所述光稳定剂为邻羟基二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、受阻胺光稳定剂中的一种或两种。
根据所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜的PVC基材层的制作工艺为:首先,TPU需要预先在干燥器中烘干除去水份,温度90℃,干燥时间4小时;计量所述PVC基材层配方各组份重量,将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、热稳定剂加入高速搅拌机中混合280-320秒,温度达到100-110℃,再加入干燥后的TPU、光稳定剂混合50-60秒,温度达到110-115℃,制得混合原料;然后,通过行星挤出机进行混合塑化,其一区挤出温度170-180℃、二区挤出温度140-150℃、中心螺杆温度130-140℃;接着,通过五辊压延机压延制成此PVC基材层,其一号辊温度为180-185℃、二号辊温度为180-185℃、三号辊温度为185-190℃、四号辊温度为190-195℃、五号辊温度为175-180℃,并经过冷却水内进行急速冷却,水温为10-20℃制得,以实现其金属光泽和耐候性。
采用本发明后,其PVC基材层配方针对耐候特点,PVC选用聚合度均匀、杂质小、白度高等乙烯法生产树脂,增塑剂选用非DOP的增塑剂,其他辅助材料量身定制而形成。工艺方面包括压延辊筒的温度、速比、速度、烘干温度等,并采用过水急冷、加热加压卷取、低温冷冻等制作工艺保证原膜平整、无水纹、无晶点及表面清晰度,从而保证了耐候、光泽度、透明度、晶点流纹等要求,起到车衣隐形保护膜基本架构的作用,使车衣隐形保护膜整体具有超强的柔韧性、防刮伤性、高光泽度、耐候性。
本发明最下层为离型层,可随时轻易揭除,再用于贴附车漆表面,达到保护原漆、装饰车身的目的,与传统封釉、镀膜、喷漆等漆面化学改变形成鲜明对比。此车衣隐形保护膜是专为汽车车身贴膜而设计的高性能聚氯乙烯复合膜,具备便于施工,柔韧性、耐久性、抗化学腐蚀性、透光性强等诸多特点。可有效保证贴膜施工过程中面对曲折车身表面时进行准确、无缝隙、无气泡贴覆,不会对车原漆面造成损害,相反,会良好保护车原漆。并具有广泛应用于贴附家居、各种高端装备基材表面的属性。

参照附图1可知,本发明金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,包括PVC基材层3,在所述PVC基材层3的上表面(由上而下)依次设有表面保护层1(为最上层)、UV光油涂层2,在所述PVC基材层3的下表面(由上而下)依次设有压敏胶层4、离型层5(为最下层)。
此车衣隐形保护膜以聚氯乙烯(PVC)、增塑剂为主原料,再辅以TPU、抗静电剂、稳定剂、辅助增塑剂等副料。
所述表面保护层1,厚度为0.06mm,起到隔离、防污、防尘并具有可拉伸延展作用,起到保护UV光油涂层作用,其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂38-46份(其中40份为优选)、辅助增塑剂3-8份(其中5份为优选)、热稳定剂1.8-2.3份(其中2份为优选)、抗静电剂1.6-2.2份(其中2份为优选)。所述辅助增塑剂为DOA、环氧大豆油中的一种或两种。所述抗静电剂为季铵盐阳离子抗静电剂、非离子型抗静电剂中的一种或两种。所述UV光油涂层2(聚氨酯紫外光固化涂层,为透明涂料),厚度为0.01mm,起到耐刮耐划作用,让其体现金属光亮、美观、质感圆润,通过涂布在PVC基材层3的上表面后,经过UV灯的辐照,使其内部交联固化形成坚韧的表面。
所述PVC基材层3,厚度为0.15mm,起到车衣隐形保护膜基本架构的作用,具有超强的柔韧性、防刮伤性、高光泽度、耐候性。其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂46-56份(其中50份为优选)、TPU16-28份(其中20份为优选)、热稳定剂1.6-2.6份(其中2份为优选)、光稳定剂0.5-2.0份(其中1份为优选)。

根据所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜的PVC基材层制作工艺为:首先,TPU需要预先在干燥器(料斗式)中烘干除去水份,温度90℃,干燥时间4小时;计量所述PVC基材层配方各组份重量,将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、热稳定剂加入高速搅拌机中混合280-320秒,温度达到100-110℃,再加入干燥后的TPU、光稳定剂混合50-60秒,温度达到110-115℃,制得混合原料;然后,通过行星挤出机(二段式)进行混合塑化,其一区挤出温度170-180℃、二区挤出温度140-150℃、中心螺杆温度130-140℃;接着,通过五辊压延机压延制成此PVC基材层,其一号辊温度为180-185℃、二号辊温度为180-185℃、三号辊温度为185-190℃、四号辊温度为190-195℃、五号辊温度为175-180℃,并经过冷却水内进行急速冷却,水温为10-20℃制得,以实现其金属光泽和耐候性。这工艺工序为创新点、关键技术所在。
所述压敏胶层4(丙烯酸为主原料),厚度为0.02mm,起粘结汽车漆表面的作用,通过涂布在基材层下表面方式而经烘干成型。所述离型层5(即离型纸),厚度为0.11mm,使用前保持压敏胶层(粘结层)的粘性。
Claims (5)
1.金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,包括PVC基材层(3),其特征在于:在所述PVC基材层(3)的上表面依次设有表面保护层(1)、UV光油涂层(2),在所述PVC基材层(3)的下表面依次设有压敏胶层(4)、离型层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,其特征在于:所述表面保护层,其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂38-46份、辅助增塑剂3-8份、热稳定剂1.8-2.3份、抗静电剂1.6-2.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层,其原料配方以重量组份为:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、增塑剂46-56份、TPU16-28份、热稳定剂1.6-2.6份、光稳定剂0.5-2.0份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层的聚氯乙烯树脂为聚合度1300、聚合度1000中的一种或两种,所述PVC基材层的增塑剂为偏苯三酸三辛酯、聚酯增塑剂中的一种或两种,所述PVC基材层的热稳定剂为液体复合稳定剂钡锌、粉体复合稳定剂钡锌、粉体复合稳定剂钙锌中的一种或两种,所述TPU为硬度85A以下的聚酯型TPU、硬度85A以下的聚醚性TPU中的一种或两种,所述光稳定剂为邻羟基二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、受阻胺光稳定剂中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的金属光感耐候式车衣隐形保护膜的PVC基材层制作工艺,其特征在于:首先,TPU需要预先在干燥器中烘干除去水份,温度90℃,干燥时间4小时;计量所述PVC基材层配方各组份重量,将聚氯乙烯树脂、增塑剂、热稳定剂加入高速搅拌机中混合280-320秒,温度达到100-110℃,再加入干燥后的TPU、光稳定剂混合50-60秒,温度达到110-115℃,制得混合原料;然后,通过行星挤出机进行混合塑化,其一区挤出温度170-180℃、二区挤出温度140-150℃、中心螺杆温度130-140℃;接着,通过五辊压延机压延制成此PVC基材层,其一号辊温度为180-185℃、二号辊温度为180-185℃、三号辊温度为185-190℃、四号辊温度为190-195℃、五号辊温度为175-180℃,并经过冷却水内进行急速冷却,水温为10-20℃制得,以实现其金属光泽和耐候性。
